Best experience I've had with an auto mechanic! And as a woman, I felt safe with these guys, knowing they weren't ripping me off. It might be the only time I've left a mechanic and didn't have that feeling in the pit of my stomach, knowing I was getting taken for a ride. I left feeling confident in know I got great service at a great price. They took the time to show me the old part so I knew it had been replaced. I usually don't get any verification that repairs were made. Everyone is very nice there. And they gave me a sweet pen :)

I've known these folks since the early 2000 around 2001. They are like family to me and I've never ever had an issue. This is the only mechanic I trust to take care if my families vehicles. If there's something they're not sure about they'll let you know. I really can't say enough great things about this establishment.

The j R and big Ray and all Workers they were helping me without any issues , i will recommend them for anyone want to do inspections & emissions or fixing the car.

This is a special place disguised as a regular place. Good folks, they treat you like family, they're great mechanics and they never over-charge. If the problem is straightforward they get it done well and quickly for a fair price. If it's a mystery, they work hard to figure it out. If ever I bring them something they can't fix (for example, they don't specialize in very complex wiring work) they'll say so up front, and recommend someone who might help. Always tough to find mechanics you really trust, but I trust Ray and the guys 100%.

My fianc� recommended me to Roberts after I heard nothing but great things. She was right, they treat you like family and they make sure things are taken care of without any problems. I ve been going here for the last two years and that won t be changing!

I had a Friday evening emergency when my vehicle needed a new engine mount and they were able to order the part and install it for me. My vehicle has been running great since.

There are straight forward and do reliable service. No price gauging and true to the time they promise. I don t usually write reviews but this shop does some good work for a reasonable price. That s so rare these days that it deserves a review!

Robert s Auto Repairs is the best in town! I have been taken my cars there since I was 17 now 43 and now my son takes his cars there. Excellent customers service and if they tell you it needs fixing trust and believe it does. Prices are reasonably priced compared to other shops in town. I had the pleasure of dealing with the late Mr. Roberts and best believe the service and quality has not changed.

From a mechanics standpoint I came here for some advice today. Big Ray is with it, along with the entire crew. Everyone that was there today was able to offer some kind of helpful advice and I really appreciate it. The place is busy for obvious reasons, and everyone here is nice and honest.

I took my car there on February 27, 2021 and I didn t get it back until April 16th. One of the employees Corey stole items out of my car. The owner compensated me for the theft. But my car was vandalized again. My hood was damaged while removing it they said I was like that when I brought it there which is a lie. I refused to pay them and they agreed not to charge me anything because of the amount of time it took to fix my car and because one of their employees stole out of my car and vandalized it. Do not trust this garage.UPDATE My car broke down 2 months later the problem they supposedly fixed and I had to junk it. HORRIBLE

There are not enough stars to do justice in a rating for them! They do great work, treat people very well, and the prices are excellent - this is the best place that we've ever experienced; in every way. God bless them. You will be pleased with whatever you have done there!

I had a power steering pump installed, two week prior I had front and rear roters and brakes installed, the work was good on both occasions,I have used Roberts Auto Repairs, for years, they go the extra mile.

This place is amazing, The staff is amazing. I went in stressed out thinking the worst and the fixed my problem and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Safe to say they are my go to for all my car needs

When I came to pick up my car , they broke another part of my car intentionally just so I would come back and spend more money with them .
