Superior quality of service vs the other big franchise companies (Midas, etc). Was referred to Rio after getting my car serviced from Midas for which the replacement part was installed incorrectly and it took close to 6 hrs. Midas swore that the part was installed correctly after having their master tech visually review it. However, Rio had to correct their work. The reps at Rio were very patient and thorough. My car drives much better than before, and it took less time even with me having more services done than just correcting Midas' faulty work. I will definitely return for all future work/service. The photo on the left is the result of the work performed by Midas (Roxbourough) for a passenger side upper control arm, and the photo on the right is the result of the correction completed by Rio Brothers.

The guy at the front desk is unbelieveable! He's 95 years old and still sharp as a tack. The guy that's does the repairs is also up in age but he knows his s**t. Went for an alignment and was in and out. Highly recommend these men!

The problem was the Progressive insurance company took 3 weeks to address the problem and denied paying for all the damage had witnesses none were contacted a very poor way to handle your customers. Never ever again less on advertising lies and care for those who pay the bills

Would never uses this place again. Paid for a service that they said they did only to find out that they never preformed the service. The only good thing I can say about them is when I returned to let them know what they didn't do, I was immediately refunded my money. Had I not let another shop look at my car for the same problem. I would have never known they didn't do anything in the first place.

Very good service. They've been there a while for a reason. It ain't because they like the scenery. Very professional and courteous. I'll return for alignment when i get new tires.

Racial Discrimination!!!I m an Assistant Director for one of Philly s largest charter school networks. My husband also works as an Assistant Principal for the organization. On Thursday Dec 21st, I was leaving one of our campuses to go our our central office. When I got to my car I noticed a screw in my tire! My tire was about half way flat. I went back into the school to tell my husband (who happens to work at that particular campus) about the incident to see if he could potentially call AAA. The principal (a white woman) suggested I go to Rio Brothers Auto Body to get my tire patched as they serviced her car before. I drive my car across the street and walk into the establishment. There were four older white gentlemen there and by their disposition I could tell they didn t want to service me but I inquired anyways. Hey, do you all fix flat tires here? , I ask. One of the gentlemen says, No not really. They can help you down the street. He referred me to Clark's Tires which happens to be a black owned business. Anyways, I call my husband to make sure I went to the right place. In short, my husband goes in and tells them that his principal referred us and they also tell him that they can t help us.Now for the foolishness....I walk back into the school building and I asked one of our white co-workers (whose name is also Ashley) to call the auto shop and ask if they could repair her tire that has a screw in it. She was told over the phone, Yes, we are available. Bring it over and drive slow! Little did they know, they were about to service the car that my husband and I tried to get serviced TWICE at this point. Ashley gave the shop my husband s number so they could contact him when the car was done. When they called, they were shocked that he answered the phone and asked if it was the right person. My husband and our co-worker went back into the establishment and demanded an explanation for such discrimination! They were given a plethora of excuses such as "We have a black employee whose been working with us for 50 years." and "Our 95% of our clients are black." It's sad that businesses such as these take black dollars but still engage in such bigotry!If you are African American, do NOT give these people your money! They are blatantly racist.Shout out to my white colleagues who used their privilege to oppose racism in the marketplace. I believe this incident was a major eye opener for a lot of people.Overcome evil with love .

Place has been here for ever, since the 50's. One of the brothers is running it and it's that great local small business feeling. walking into the small office is like sipping your coffee in a racing museum, which they give you free coffee. His mechanics joke around with each other and it's a good feeling. Rob has a dry type of humor so don't be quick to think he's serious. I came in for an alignment, but I can see myself coming back for bigger jobs.

Came in needing frame work and was recommended to Dennis a young black male in the back of the shop who complained about what he couldn t do . Meanwhile other mechanics ( all white ) stood around doing nothing. STAY AWAY BLACK PEOPLE . Also notice the mechanic in front of the shop only works on white peoples cars , go by and check .

I had to take my car down the street because they were going to service my car while they were DRUNK!... at NOON! I had to explain to them that's now how things work here in America. Truly a shame! smh
