Very professional and the price was reasonable for my rear brakes done, wheel balance and front motor mount and he even realized I needed the transmission mount too he showed me how the Olds parts I would definitely recommend my family and friends to him! Great fellows

This place is a joke. Took my car there for an oil change. They proceed to put my car on the lift and I see them stop and start to talk. I walk back and notice that that they placed the Jack under the floor pan bending both rocker panels on my car. I confronted the technician and the owner. The tech was drunk and the owner told me not to worry about and seemed irritated. All in all my rockers are damaged and Qwest isn t willing to repair the damage. Avoid this place at all cost dude is a joke and this business is a joke.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Anthony is my go to mechanic when I have any issues with my car! He is knowledgeable and super fair with his prices. Every time i take my car there I get great service an my car runs great,they only use the best parts an prices a reasonable for the quality of service you receive,I d take my Mercedes there rather than the dealer your car gets more attention to detail

This was my first experience with Qwest Total Care Auto; and it was so positive, I have already made a follow-up appointment for my front brakes (had rear Brakes done on this visit). Making the appointment was effortless. I received prompt follow-up, and they offered a confirmation text that was complete with a link to directions via Google maps. When I arrived, they were ready to take my car and I was out and moving on with my day in a reasonable time. The other thing that I appreciated was they were honest. I went in thinking I needed rotors. There were no tricks. I didn't need rotors! They also checked the front brakes and gave me a time frame for when I should be trying to get them done. I left there super confident in my decision to give Qwest my business. Now, I want to encourage everyone to check them out!Service: Brakes

Anthony diagnosed the noise and vibration problem as being caused by worn front wheel bearings. He scheduled service on my car, ordered the parts and installed them. All s good no more noise and vibration.
