I don't know why there are one star reviews, I got my car fixed, I got my bumper put on and they fixed my engine, if there were more stars I would put them on here great work guys

Usually a good experience here but the inspection took way too long. The guy kept asking was I here for an expectation and asking for my paperwork. Duh, your in the middle of doing the inspection now. He kept getting side tracked with other things that others were already working on and going to the corner store a few times instead of finishing the job he started. Over an hour for a simple inspection.

This place is totally unprofessional. I won t even get into other details other than him sharing other clients business with me. Do not trust them with your car. My bumper had pieces hanging TWO times after he supposedly fixed it. They lie and say they re ordering new pieces but use your old pieces instead of buying new parts. A guy that works there used string and other materials to tie broken pieces of my bumper up instead of properly fixing this. I was told to stay out of parking lots as if that was the issue. I never had issues with my car until AFTER my accident and making the mistake of going to him. If you care for your own personal safety and your families, please find another place. Going the cheaper route isn t always the best, besides there are plenty of other collision shops to go to.

I have just recently made it my point to continue to go to this gas station it is not the best looking need some work for as the potholes and like I said it doesn't look very good but I get my truck washed there very good prices they've gone up a little bit but the car wash is very good the women that wipe your car down after it comes out of the car wash it's just amazing as far as the car wash people and how courteous they are and you get a discount on your gas if you get a car wash I love discounts again it needs some work it looks kind of creepy

I have been using Pro Autobody for many years and for a variety of different vehicles with different issues. From my 1st car, a Honda Accord to my Luxury Lexus he's done them all. He fixed my Grand-Jeep Cherokee that appeared to be in mint condition except it was completely off the frame and very dangerous. He fixed my Lincoln navigator when I was about to give up because the damage was too bad and unaffordable but not for Gino.What I love the most about this place is that you deal directly with the owner who takes huge pride in his business. They are honest people AND my FAVIORT reason and the reason everyone I send to him are so happy, his prices can't be matched for the quality of service you receive.He works with you financially and always offers several options because let's face it, sometimes we have to say, "fix it the cheapest way" perhaps because your selling or its just not in the budget to get the whole car painted just the side door etc. He works well with the variety of car insurance companies we use and people seldom have to go in their own pockets for price differences.It's most unfortunate that even after driving more then 25 years I'm still ripping off my bumper or backing into a pole but one thing is certain, Gino, owner and operator of "Pro Auto Body" will makeIt all better for a price I can afford.Thank you Gino and staff for your outstanding service. See you soon I backed into another pole in my Highlander
