Powells auto s customer service was amazing! I was in and out I took my car there for oil change but also asked for them to look at my brakes I knew something wasn t right but wanted to make sure Clarence had informed me that I really needed brakes and it was priority . I agreed to have my brakes replaced and it was a very reasonable price and I could feel the difference in my car before and after very satisfied with the service and customer service . I will returning again for any of my car concerns !Services: Brakes, Oil change

Amazing customer service! Clarence Powell is very respectable and customer friendly. I needed a front and back bumper replacement for my car and I was in and out within 1 hour! If I have any problems I will be returning.

Totaled my car and had it towed here. Was too overwhelmed to deal with it so the storage fee racked up to almost 3k. They were super cool about it, and didn t put a lien on my title or property and let me trade the title in exchange for a waived fee. Awesome local spot to take your car

The entire team at the shop was helpful, they explained what I needed done on my car without using unnecessary jargon. They got the work done on my car quickly, I definitely recommend going here to get your car worked on for a decent price and exceptional quality.

I m always a little scared when it comes to car shops because my car is like my child lol, but Powell s Auto really put me at ease! My oil change literally only took 20 minutes, and the price was not what I was expecting, it was less than what I thought I was going to be charged! I really appreciate everything they did, and will definitely be going back!Service: Oil change

I was a little hesitant of trying a new auto repair shop but Powells auto did not disappoint. They were very fast and professional & got the job done right the first time. I had a back end bumper crack and they did a wonderful job as if it was never there! You will not be disappointed.

I m usually skeptical about having work done in the inner city, a dear friend of mine highly recommended Powell and I didn t regret it, not only did they smash the competitive pricing but they walked me thru the process never becoming annoyed and pacified all of my preexisting anxiety I m a lifer!
