TOOK MY HUSBAND CRYSLER 300 THERE ON 10/18/23 BECAUSE IT STALLED ON HIM A COUPLE TIMES HE TOLD THEM TO FIX WHATEVER NEEDED TO BE FIXED... THE OWNER TOLD HIM IT NEEDS A NEW CRANK SENSOR, EGR SEAL, IGNITION COIL SPARK PLUGS AND A PLENUM GASKET BECAUSE IT HAD A MISFIRE ON THE AFTERNOON OF 10/25/23 HE PICKED HIS CAR UP DROVE IT TO WORK FOR 2 DAYS...ON THE AFTERNOON OF 10/27/23 CAR STALLED AGAIN... HUSB ATTEMPTED TO START THE CAR WHEN THERE WAS A LOUD BOOM AS HE TURNED THE KEY IN LESS THAN A MINUTE THE CAR WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES... TOLD THE OWNER AND SHOWED HIM PICTURES WHEN HE SAID THAT IT WAS DUE TO ELECTRICAL AND THAT HE DROVE MY CAR 20 MILES TO HIS HOUSE WHICH HE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO SO...IF HE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN INTO AN ACCIDENT OR IF MY CAR WOULD HAVE CAUGHT ON FIRE WHAT EXPLANATION WOULD HE HAVE GIVEN TO WHY MY HUSBAND HAS NO CAR... THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR DESTROYING MY HUSBAND CAR... AFTER THIS INCIDENT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP... NORMALLY IT'S A30DAY GUARANTEE ON ANY WORK PERFORMED BY ANY MECHANIC OUR CAR BARELY MADE IT TO 3DAYS FOR ALMOST 800 DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER 9UR MONEY BACK FOR DESTROYING OUR CAR...I WISH I COULD ADD PICS

STAY AWAY!!! SCAM !!!They Sell transmission to me with warranty after I install it and confirm defects like delays between 1st and 2nd. they refuse to take it back after a week of purchase.

I purchased a tow truck from owner and it is not functioning he refused to give me my money back and now I m out 10000 dollars do not do business with he refused to give me my hard earned money I worked so many doubles to make a way for my family this man is in ethical

Polam Inc is quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I took my car to a mechanic in Glenside who quoted me $4,000 for repairs. Jacob actually did more than the other Mechanic had given me the quote for and he charged me $1,500. He also got the repairs done the next day while the other mechanic had taken a week just to get me a quote.

These mechanics are the real deal! They are efficient and effective and affordable. Jacob his father and the crew are the best. They all seem to love what they do. We need more like them.

The first time I took my car to this shop I was satisfied with their service but not satisfied with the turn around time it took 3 weeks for me to get my car back the second time I decided to use this service I took my truck while my truck was sitting waiting to be fixed my car broke back down not even a whole month later I then returned my car in the meantime this shop now had both my vehicles after having to hound them about me needing one of my vehicles they finally fix the truck still all the while they still had my car for another 2weeks almost 3 weeks until today i decided I can no longer allow them to blow smoke up my ass n I needed to get my car towed from them and take it to another shop they service suck I will not recommend anybody to this shop at all

I have a 2014 Ford Taurus and I needed a new water pump unfortunately my water pump is connecting to my timing chain ... I got recommend from a friends to this location and to speak to Jake long story short good quality work good customer service speaking with Jake gave me peace of mind and a good turnover time and definitely a good price I would definitely recommend this place Thank you very much
