Unprofessional people. Brought my car in for replacement of bumper and headlights. Poor quality job. Came back to kindly ask the owner the problem he yelled at me kept saying incoherent explanation. At the end he said he didn t worked on my car but his assistant did. And there was nothing he could do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Philly Auto Repair is the only auto repair shop I will be going to. Fixed my radiator in 30 minutes. Now my car runs better than it did before.

Hi Philly Auto did me two great favors in my time of need,My GR.daughters muffler was hanging off her car,didn't know what to do and Mr Abraham jumped right in and fixed it.He's a pleasant man.On another occasion my son bought a car from the auction and needed new brakes and once again Mr.A took care of me asap.So appreciate the work he does for me and my family.Thats my #1 auto repair and great prices too .Thanks Madhi for coming into our community.

I was given an estimate of 4900 to fix my car so I started search and I found this shop. I could not be more pleased with his work. I came out paying 125 for my car . I recommend him any day Awesome person and work!!!!

Great experience at Philly Auto Repair. Needed new brakes and rotors. I don't know a ton about cars so I really appreciated that John took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and why I needed all new parts. Abraham was transparent about pricing and the cost was incredibly reasonable. Repair time was quick too. Thank you for a wonderful experience! This is my wrost experience.. He scratch and damaged a new rim and was never able to put the rubber on nor wanted to be responsible for the damage. Now the owner says that this is false that I was never at his place. I have no intention of lying alone I do not want more people to go through my situation. This is disgusting place with the worst service they can receive.

8/ 21/23 call the place up ask if they had a 235/ 75 R15 used they had one for me price was great , tire was very meaty . And also the Hispanic gentleman pointed out a few LIFE SAVING things my suv needed steering / wheel parts . That man saved my life not driving it til EVERYTHING IS FIXED.

So unexpectedly, my bf had a flat tire less than a mile away from them. We maybe called about 4 other stores looking for the tires he needed , but couldn t find them and after stressing so much , I finally called Philly auto repair not realizing they were literally a few blocks away. We were blessed he had the tires we needed and Marty , the guy who worked on our car, waited for us at the gate despite it being 40 degrees outside, and diligently worked on replacing our tires for such a low price. We were in a rush to a business meeting, but he took not even 10 minutes , and we still made it for our appointment. Bless your soul Marty. Needed to get a belt change in my car. The team is very helpful, they diagnosed the issue swiftly & recommended a change that would ensure the engine would continue to run smoothly on my car. In & out quickly! Johnny & Mahdi were extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great shop to go to! Marty helped out in an emergency situation and had us back on the road within 2 hours. Unfortunately not from this area but would use him as a dedicated mechanic!

Everytime I need something fixed on my car this is the place I go. I fix it once and never have to again because they do it right the first time. My car was jerking while I m drive and eventually it became unable to drive. Was able to haul it to Autozone and they told me I need a $75 part to fix it. Brought the part then came here the next day. The guys here were able to deduce that I simply needed transmission fluid. Waste of $75 at Autozone. As always the service is quick and reliable. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and don t make you feel stupid for not knowing something. I will be back for ANY car issues I have moving forward. Ten outta ten.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife broke down an hour and a half from home. While going to meet her, I arranged for her Honda Odyssey to be towed to Philly Auto Repair. They were chosen only because they were close to where she broke down, and had good reviews.I can clearly see why they have good reviews. They were friendly and reassuring. The Honda was diagnosed as having a faulty alternator. We only had enough time to go to lunch before it was fixed and ready to go, with very affordable pricing.Finally, their follow up is impressive. They called us an hour later to make sure it was running properly. They texted once again the next day to check in.Philly Auto Repair is first class.Service: Engine repair

All I can say is I have never been to a more honest and genuine mechanic/repair shop. Prior to coming to Philly auto repair I was having difficulty finding a place that would fix my car and not take advantage of a 23 year old girl. Not being from the area I relied on Google to find the best repair shop in philly and I m so happy I did. The owner was so helpful and understanding of my situation from the jump, I was able to get a fair estimate and accurate time table for my car to be fixed. The people who work here are honest and hard working. I 100% recommend them to anyone in the area needing work on their car!

Highly recommend this place. Mahdi has very affordable prices compared to many other auto body shops in the Philadelphia area. He also works closely with the customer to make sure everything is perfect before you leave. Even after I left, he said if I had any problems that I could come back and he could fix it. He did a blended paint job to match my car and fixed the dent. I would definitely come back as a return customer in case I need anything else for my car, even if it's for an oil change, because I know he will get the job done right!

This place has so much to offer! I had been looking for a new car for almost a year looking online and visiting a few dealers. After I talked to Mahdi from Philly Auto Repair he said he d look into checking auto auctions within 2 weeks he found the exact car I was looking for and when I got it and the brakes needed to be replaced he replaced them for me for a third of what I would of paid anywhere else. If you looking for good service where they actually care about your business this is the place to go!!!

These Guys Are The Best, They Have Great Employees And The Price Is Unbeatable. Mahdi Is So Awesome Because When I Needed Some Tires For My Truck He Helped Me Out Right Away And I Got Some Really Good Tires For The Best Price In My Life. My Appointment Was At 10:30am And I Was Out The Door At Noon. The Owner Is His Father And He Is Also A Great Guy. He Even Gave Me A Ride To The Store While I Was Waiting For My Truck To Be Finished. I Love These Guys And Will Be Returning For All My Vehicles Needs And Wants And Bringing My Family And Friends To Them As Well!!! Thank You Guys So Much And I Will See You Soon!!!

I used Philly Auto repair for installing a transmission purchased from an online retailer. They communicated with me during the installation process frequesntly, providing updates. Addittionally they fixed the transmission for less han the price the online retailer quoted me. I would highly recommend them for the transmission installation.Service: Transmission
