I dropped in needing 2 new tires and they took care of me on the spot. They told me how long it would take and they were on schedule. I had many questions and they were all answered. When they were unsure they checked with another more experienced employee to ensure the answer was correct. I truly appreciate people willing to admit that they don't know everything and are willing to take the time to get you a correct answer. Wrong answers and not helpful no matter how fast you get them. Positive experience!

Mike and Martin at the front desk were very kind. I popped in because I had a flat and although they quoted an hour it did end up taking almost 2.5 hours to get me in and do one tire. I think it had more to do with my timing and the lunch break of the mechanics than anything else but it was a bit annoying. Overall though, solid shop, solid prices - would recommend!

I hate to see the store front empty. Twas a great store for many years. The garages remain open. I needed 4 new tires on me old Roadmaster wagon. Some bolts were were frozen into the hubs(?). Everyone from front counters to mechanics/techs were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and capable. They did a terrific job. They did a free inspection in and out, and they were quite accurate. Now Christine is very happy. Thank goodness for that, aye.

Had to get a safety inspection renewal at the last minute. Easy to make an appointment online and they were ready for me when I arrived. I didn t have my paperwork where I could access it but the service manager went above and beyond to help me find my registration and helped me print my documents. The waiting room is also clean and comfortable. 5 star service

Mike and his team are the best. When I arrived for my appointment for state inspection, I couldn t find my vehicle registration (without which they couldn t perform the inspection). Of course, and hour after I cancelled my appointment, my registration turned up. I called to reschedule and Mike kindly got me in right away. Best part: it took less time for them to perform the inspection than it did for me to find my registration. Thank you!!!

This place is worst. Trying to get my Tesla checked for inspection and they took two days to do so. I even when I scheduled early and they promised me they will be finish by two to three hours. Employee are bad at communicating with customers. They keep you on phone and started side conversations about sports with other employees. That s disrespectful and wasting my time. Please don t visit this location.

Will try to over charge and claim work needs to be done that doesn t. Last time I use pep boys because of this predatory, scummy practice. Save time, money, and piece of mind by finding ANYWHERE else.

I purchased new tires and rims for my 2006 mustang. I was extremely nervous of the fittings of the tires but thank God the boys over here at pep boys went above and beyond helping me out. Thank you guys so much the smile on my face is priceless......

So I have a flat tire. I saw that they offer towing services and I tried to utilize the service twice, but nobody got back to me. That's OK, I thought. I'll just hitch a ride to the shop and buy the tires I need directly, and have local to me guys install it.When I got there, I learned the tires I wanted *just* sold, so it was suggested to me that I order more tires directly from them. I was totally onboard with that, until they tried to tell me the tires I needed for my car were wrong. The tires that came with my car are wrong?? How? But then they couldn't tell me the right tires to buy. Don't try to upsell services and products if you don't have intimate knowledge of that car.

Horrible experience at this pep boys location. I got my oil changed here back in August and they stripped my drain plug. Now I cannot get my oil changed unless I buy a completely new part costing over $1,000+ from the dealership. I would not recommend visiting this Pep Boys even for basic services.

Great customer service! Josh initially and then Mike who handled communicating with me about getting my car fixed were kind, patient, and willing to explain everything to me. I felt respected and taken care of. Quick diagnostic, repair, and communication. Overall great experience. I would definitely come back again if I need auto help.

To be honest- I had a bad experience at the Christopher Columbus location. After calling to resolve the issue Mike from the Ritner location called me and has been honest, prompt, and beyond helpful. The issue has now been resolved and I feel very taken care of by Mike. He fully explained the issue to me and has helped me coordinate, going above and beyond. 5 stars for Mike!! Thank you!!!

I made an appointment online for an oil change and got a call the morning of my scheduled appointment to let me know they were "too busy" and couldn't do it. I definitely would not recommend using their website to schedule anything because the appointment days and times are not accurate. The gentleman on the phone was not helpful and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience this caused me. I also received an email from Pep boys stating that I canceled the appointment when in fact they called me by phone & cancelled the appointment 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time.

Did 4 tires installed, 2 tires have wrong rotation arrow (facing to the back) . Not good!! Just realized it after 2 weeks. Don t know what damage it has done to the tires. Bad experience with pep boys

Josh kept me up to date when I was getting an oil change service. They re transparent and they don t try to nag you with additional services. I ve gone here twice already and both times they ve done well with finishing the job in a timely manner.

If you want to be cut off, yelled at, and gaslit, this is the PEP boys for YOU! I loved sitting for 2 hours without anyone checking in with me as they walked by me multiple times. I also loved that my appointment was pushed off rather communicated with me they wanted my confirmation although I GAVE IT BY MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. I also loved being yelled at by John when I was confused why he assumed I wasn t going to want the service when all I said was that was a long time to wait. If you want someone to make you cry come here.
