Followed this owner to 3 shops for the last 10 years until he opened his own! He is the best. He treats you like family. I trust him with my car and I wouldn t go anywhere else. Trust you will not go to another mechanic shop once you come here!

Best shop in south Philly, honest & quick. They always send me pictures of the repair work and waits for approval before getting started. Never going anywhere else. This shop is the best. Fixed my electrical problem after i took it out from 2 other shops that couldn t.

Best of the best. Less than 6 hours turnaround for repairing spark plug threads after a blowout and replacing all plugs + coils on my V10, and I only called about bringing it in a day ago. Every other shop in town had at least a week before they could get me in. Friendly people, incredible service, and very reasonably priced. Definitely my new mechanic in Philly.

not a car expert. came to find out what was wrong with car constantly shutting off months agoalthough it s a scam to charge me for a free service (battery reading was done) i only implied to pay bc i was able save hundreds of dollars by not going to some other mechanic the next morning for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. hopefully other young ppl aren t overcharged

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stumbling on acceleration. Jeff diagnosed it as a bad ignition coil. 2 1/2 hours layer, it was fixed. Good Job!!

By far the BEST in south philly! I have had such wonderful experiences with Jeff and his team. After looking for months for an honest, fair, and knowledgeable mechanic, I finally found my go-to auto shop! Customer service was fabulous! One time, my gear shifter was not working and I was running late to a client meeting. Jeff fixed the issue immediately on the spot and I was on my way! His compassion for his customers and pride in his work is the reason why I continue to go back for all my car s needs!

Needed an inspection and oil change, didn t have an appointment and the owner and his team were able to take me within minutes. The owner was very knowledgeable and even with being busy with other customers they got me in an out. Overall had a great experience with them will definitely be back for any work that id need done in the future. 10/10 service 10/10 professional 10/10 prices. Check them out you won t be disappointed I definitely was not!

I must say I m sooooooooooo happy when I say these guys are the truth trust me. Good work they keep updating you on your car let you know what going on they also are very professional nice and on time. Thank you Fellas for all your hard work for putting my converters in my Honda Pilot. I m truly greatful and happy I wish you fellas nothing but success. Please everyone I highly recommend Passyunk Auto Center for all your hard work and dedication. These guys will get you straight. You guys gained a new customer and I will be coming back!!!

I bought a 92 Ford Econo van to live in that turned out to be a total lemon. I was experiencing electrical issues and other mechanical problems. Had damaged rims and so much more wrong. Considering I'm temporarily living out of my van, I couldn't go without the repairs I needed done.These guys made sure I was well taken care of. From the moment I called, they got me in quickly to take a look at my vehicle. The level of detail and time they took to ensure I was aware of any issues whether it was minor or major was something I've never experienced with most mechanics. They didn't have to do this but took the time to explain everything, and also made sure I understood what I could go without or push off for later. They showed they care about their work to the point where they removed the middle seats I needed taken out to have more living room. I couldn't even get a scrap yard to do that for me and I was willing to pay. That's above and beyond.Cost was reasonable and saved me allot of money. I was quoted by other mechanics and would have paid much more and in some cases double if I had gone to another shop. I couldn't ask for better service and will definitely come back for the remainder of the work I need done when it's time.Jeff, you and rest of the crew are lifesavers. Thank you.

I am really grateful for these guys. The owners and the staffs was great. Respectful, honest and helpful. These guys work hard fixing my problem. on my minivan sliding door I suppose to replace the whole door per dealer suggestions, the guy at Passyunk auto onlyhonly suggest to change the door parts thats broken. It safe me money and time. Thanks for the hard work and great customer service.

I have been coming to Passyunk Auto since the first time they open. My family have been coming to this shop for years since the previous shop owners, but now the service is even better and the place got some facelift. My brother and my dad come to this shop for any car related issues. The crews are very friendly and welcoming. They complete the work on timely manner. If I have any car issues, Jeff is my go-to-guy. Compare to other auto centers, Passyunk Auto price is very reasonable. Jeff is a handy man. Not only he can fix the machines, but also he can handle mechanical and body works too! Passyunk Auto is an one stop shop. Why coming to an car dealership when you can get same services with less price?

awesome place. the guys got me in and out in an hour fixed my car right up for a cheap price. my car sounded horrible before and afterwards it purred like a kitten. friendly staff, good service, good prices, definitely will be back in the future.

best shop in all of south philly! Pricing is very reasonable. These guys are very honest and quick. If your not going to this place your paying too much. The customer service is amazing from the staff. Highly recommended for all your automotive needs

I am impressed with how professional and friendly this place was. They were honest and helpful with educating me on the issues with my car which I had trouble with at other mechanic shops. as well as getting it fixed in very little time. I recommend this to everyone

I had a great 1st impression/experience with this auto center. The owner was polite and my service was fast. The waiting area was clean. And the price was affordable. I will be bringing my car back for its inspections and any other service needs. This is one lovcal business I do not mind supporting!

I ve been to many auto shops in the city and this is the first time I ve felt 100% comfortable with the staff. The service is always friendly, I m never upsold on unnecessary services, and the work is reliable. The prices are great too. Highly recommend!

As Philadelphia turns to pothole swiss-cheese and the driving gets crazier, I've had a lot of work done here. It's the only place i'll bring my car to at this point. Great, honest staff, they remember your name, get things done in a timely manner, and you won't feel robbed at the end of it all. Recent inspection (May 26th 2020, and I have pics of the stickers and I'll post a pic of the receipt to prove it - contrary to the owner's response below), tire rotation and oil change. Oil wasn't topped off and I just added 3 quarts this morning. The thing was dry. No leaks - they just forgot the oil. Good thing I don't drive the car often, or else the next step would have been replacing the damn engine. $45 wasted for "oil change w/ filter" per the receipt.

I really do want to support local business and not just the big corporations. This place just doesn't have the skill or talent to handle jobs bigger than a oil change or tire rotation.I got front struts and rear control arms changed out (was not cheap), my car sounded worse than before having them fix it. Front struts were installed incorrectly. Then the rear control arms were making some noise after they installed, after bringing it twice I brought it to meineke and they told me they were bad control arms. keep in mind this is only 4 months from initial install. after going back to NS Auto, they simply said there was nothing else they could do, just a disappointment and clear sign of lack of knowledge for auto repair.

I love this place. It's close and they do good work for a good price. I've been going to them for about two years and never had an issue. New owner fixed my mirror for free and got me set for my road trip.

If your looking for an honest mechanic who knows exactly what he s doing, then this is your spot. Went here per reccomendation from a friend and I haven t gone anywhere else since. You take your car there with an issue and they get right down to figuring out what it is, they explain the issue to you so you know what you re getting into. Awesome service. Always a pleasure 10/10 would Reccomend

This is the best place in Philly. The peoples work there are so nice to me. They are really friendly. They found my car sickness and fixed it nicely. I highly recommend this place for everyone and my friends.

The mechanics that fixed my car was kind and helpful. He drove my car n know the problem right away. He was able to tell me what s wrong with it n he gave me an estimate cost of it which isn t so bad. I ll def go back there againService: BrakesService: Brakes

SCOOTERS ! My Piaggio Fly scooter is fixed thanks to Jeff and his expertise.He fixed it so fast made my head spin. And this after the snobs at East Passyunk square scooters said my scooter was a total loss.Fast and Friendly I highly recommend Passyunk Auto Center.
