Very professional service. Gave a detailed explanation for all the work that needed to be done. The quote for the work was extremely reasonable. It was quick to get an appointment to take the car in for repairs and the work was done professionally and fast. And the car was returned to very clean. Truly A+ service. I highly recommend!

John was a referral from my trusted mechanic and didn t disappoint! Papa s did a fantastic job fixing the damage on my Honda Pilot and even repaired a dent that my insurance wouldn t cover on their own dime. They re a true South Philly mom-and-pop shop and each member of the family that I interacted with was professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Car looks brand new after all the damages repaired to it. Family friendly atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. Would suggested others to go here for their auto body repairs.

Very very sweet and informative secretary and front office staff.... was very helpful to me with all the paperwork. And arranging a rental car.. Excellent Paint work second to none all work done was excellent and in a very short time frame.I left my car on Monday and work was finished Wednesday and I picked up my car .

I can't say enough good things about Papa Auto Body. On top of receiving a like-new paint job, they were kind, honest, communicative, and professional. I am always worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs, but John took the best care of me and my vehicle. I can't thank them enough and would recommend this shop to anyone. I can t not say enough great things about this body shop! I brought my car in with damage around the whole car and as a young single girl I was nervous they were gonna try and take advantage of me and rip me off but instead they gave me a fair price for the amount of work I did not feel robbed at all. They finished my car so fast too and the body work and the paint was perfect!!! I honestly can not say enough great things about this place. The father and daughter made me feel like family from the minute I walked in the door. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who ever needs work done!! Thank you guys for all you do! Although I hope to not need work done again if I do this is the only place I would go from now on! The best body shop in Philadelphia (the world even). Quick turn around time, responsive, helpful, and more than fair prices. This is the second vehicle of mine they have fixed after an accident, and you would never know! They were even kind enough to help me figure out my rental car & made this stressful situation a BREEZE! Thank you Papa Auto Body!!

This man was the nicest man I ever had work my car! I was rear ended, my car was a mess! They fixed everything and more! they said it would be ready in four days and i picked it up in four days. never had a problem! my father couldn't even tell where i was hit. they did a great job! i hope i am never in another accident but if i am the only place i will taking my car is to these guys. Great work and service!!!

Best auto body shop hands down Christina is amazing they were extremely fast with fixing my car and effectively keeping me updated and communicating with me. i definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I am 50 years old, and I lived in South Philly most of my life and dealing with an auto body shop has been always an experience I dislike. For once, it was a real simple experience and my car looks even better. I can't believe it; but it does.I was referred by a friend to try Johnny's body shop; he paints the best; I was told. Well I called Papa's to check on my car, it was all ready for pick up and I found it detailed like better than new.Thanks, John! You made a bad month into a good one!

My Car was hit parked in front of my home. This auto body shop.. did an AMAZING job. The staff was AMAZING.. texting me letting me know what was going on every step of the way. I CANNOT thank this auto body shop enough. South philly.. this is the place to go.. they are honest, professional & extremely good at what they do. I would give this place 20 stars. Anything happens to my car, this will be my go to spot. Thanks again. A++++ in my book. I Will be referring this place to friends & family.
