Karl did an amazing job on my scraped up bumper. It was not a big job but still, I was impressed that he did it in one day. You couldn t even tell I had had a fender bender. If you live in Center City, it s a bit of a trek but OMG, really really worth it because of the excellent work. I really highly recommend this place.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Amazing work! The staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the auto body business. Customer service is impeccable. They have reputation for exceptional work that spans for decades and today they still live up to that reputation. These guys get slammed with work because of their professionalism. So if you want expert workmanship, then sometimes you have to be patient... but I can tell you it is well worth the wait. They don't need your business, but trust me... You want their service!

I was referred to this auto body shop through a friend and I m pleased to have gone with P L Auto Body for my vehicle. After getting into a car accident recently, I thought that it was impossible to get my car fixed but Karl and his team made it all happen. I would highly recommend anyone to them. They re extremely professional and communicates well with their customer s throughout the entire repair process. I m impressed of their work and how new my car looks. Thank guys!!

Took my vehicle there after it was struck while parked and I spoke to one of the technicians by the name of Lou. I was amazed by their prompt service and professionalism! From the moment my car was towed to the shop to the final result, it was a pleasure working with everyone in the company. I truly recommend this collision shop and will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you PL for making my car look brand new again!

Great service, good job, car looks great. P L Auto Body Inc is so helpful and keeps you updated on everything. They made a mistake when they were fixing the car, which caused some other problems...and P L Auto Body Inc promptly paid out of his own pocket to have my own garage easily fix the problem. Honest, hard-working and efficient ...I highly recommend these guys

Do not trust this shop. If you've had you car repaired there, do yourself a favor and check to make sure that the parts and the work that you've paid for was done. They charged us for a part that cost $500.00 and they never brought it. We only found out that the part wasn't purchased as well as other repairs not having been made that we had paid him for when we took the car to someone else to look at because it wasn't driving rite. When I confronted Carl about it, he lied. He finally admitted to it after I presented documentation from the other shop. He purposely avoided giving me an estimate of the repair cost in an attempt to hi ball me once he saw what that the insurance payout was over $10,000.00. If that wasn't enough, Carl tried to keep an overpayment that the insurance co. accidentally sent to him instead of turning it over to us. We've given this guy between $15,000.00 -$20,000,00 in business over the last few years, but we are DONE with him. He is a crook.

Amazing work and Karl gives great deals for the quality of work...had them do my 2005 Acura RSX Type-S m, my manual transmission 2006 Acura TL, and my 2010 manual trans Acura TL AWD

This was place was the best. If not going through insurance can't beat their pricing and quality workmanship. Half the cost of the quotes I got in Northern Liberties / Fishtown.

Best body shop in the 215 of NORTH PHILLY BADLANDZ....I been dealing with them since 2007,A1 Body work,Frame work,and definitely Best matching/Blending your paint to match doesn t get any better than there work ask for Karl and tell him HELLCAT SEP send u and he will take care u,IN business since 1968 .....So u know what that means they been getting cars in&out for decades and still going stronger....don t matter what car u got foreign or whatever top notch work A1

Do not take your car to these clowns if you, like myself, want to avoid a premium increase. I should have had my car towed elsewhere when I saw the disgustingly out of shape guy come stomping out the garage to give the car a once over & the way he threw all 300+ pounds into my front seat. He seemed annoyed that my front seat needed adjusting to accomodate his girth. Sorry for not being morbidly obese. They said they would call within 24 hours with the estimate. 48 hours later I call for the estimate & am quoted $400, $650 to repair the bumpers surface & paint so i go with $650 which seemed reasonable considering I took all the necessary parts. None were used. They claimed it would be cheaper but really they didn't want to be bothered unless insurance was available so they could legally do what an individual would be prosecuted for, insurance fraud. Not sure if it was because I'm black & they assumed I wanted the work done for virtually nothing or what but I had allotted $1500.00 for the repairs. They used the machine to pull out the bumper reinforcement, but not quite enough although anyone who isn't blind could see that it could have come out more without breaking. Then they were nice enough to drill their own holes so the headlights could go in & used whatever bolts they found on the floor, some with no nuts attached. Their repair work has caused me to now have to pay more money to go & get all the same parts I took to them (the ones I gave them mysteriously vanished) and have them put on & painted because the front end of my car is making more noise now then it did after the accident. Why? Because things are now rubbing against other things that were altered to put the front end back together. Now, I've had all sorts of body work done in the past so I never expected a pristine car in return but I would never have expected chewing gum smeared across my back seat or cigarette butts all over my floor. Thanks for burning my $60 floor mats that weren't even a month old. I have Smart Start in my car & it saves the position of the car every time the alarm is armed & that information is accessible through an app on my phone. The afternoon I picked up the car, I checked the app & that morning the parking location was saved as 7th & Market. I can think of no reason why my alarm would have been armed at that location. What a nightmare!!! Oh, & if you do go, skip the disgusting "wash" at the end. I had to stop at a car wash immediately after to get the streaked & smeared windows clean.

Love this shop they do excellent work. They repair my red lexus sc430 replace the front bumper and match the paint perfectly and it was ready in a day. Also repair my red Porsche Cayenne S that my husband smash the grill and side mirror up smdh and these guys repaired it in a day couldn't even tell it had been in a accident.. Their prices are so reasonable that I never go thru my insurance. I refer them to anyone who needs body work on there car. AAAAAA +++++ SHOP!!!!
