This review is long overdue! Took my car here twice within this past year. The owner helped me a lot with pointing out what needs to be done. He was straight forward and wasn t trying to rip you off, like how my past experiences were. The owners were communicating effectively, regarding options to choose from when it comes down to replacing accessories, engines or parts. 10/10 will recommend!

I always bring my civic and Supra in for maintenance and they have been nothing but the best. Great communication and service. Very good prices and quick turnaround time.If you have expensive wheels that need tires mounted and don t want your wheels damaged during the process, I 100% recommend P&P since they ve mounted 3 sets for me without a single scratch.

I bought a used car and not even a week later, it wouldn't start. Found out it jumped timing and needed a new engine. I was so bummed out, I wanted to just get rid of the car. But my friend recommended P&P Auto Services and I'm so glad that they did. Got the car towed there and they replaced the engine within a few days (crazy fast), amazing how fast.All these 5 star reviews are definitely deserved. Great shop, great service, very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, trustworthy and honest. My #1 shop to go to from now on. Highly recommended!

I usually dislike going to have my car looked at it because I find the experience can be unpleasant, but I actually love taking my car to P&P because I know they'll take care of my car (and me!) They are always prompt and honest, and I've never had any surprises with them. I really appreciate their service - it's nice to find someone you can trust!

We've been going to P&P for a few years now. I've had a few mechanics in South Philly over the past decade+ but none better than Y at P&P. He and Sapphire always make sure to take care of our car when we bring it to them. They are kind, honest, and Y really does great and thorough work! We're very lucky to have them so close to us in the neighborhood. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Really thorough inspection, and very thorough explanation of what they found. Reasonable prices and time estimates on repairs. Friendly, knowledgeable and generous with their time. A family joint! Never felt rushed or gaslit. It is cash ONLY. Go local!

P&P services has been the most trustworthy and customer-friendly auto repair shop that I ve frequented in decades! They value you as a customer, always explaining in detail up-front issues with you regarding your auto. Also, if they determine that you may need service down the line, they are extremely proactive. They have gone far and beyond the call to ensure that satisfaction has been met. I was referred to them years ago and don t see utilizing anyone else. Do yourself a favor and seek them out. Excellent service. They are very honest, and recommend to replace things that are necessary. With expensive parts, they will try to source the best deal for you. My car has been serviced here and now it is more than 120k miles and running strong. They are very busy. Call before you come.

Bought this 2005 Subaru sti engine from p&p and I was told the engine was a good running engine only burned some oil. He told me it was a good rebuildable core but This was absolutely not true and now they do not want to refund my money because they said I might of swapped over parts from the engine lol... it s been under 24hrs since I purchased it. They never mentioned that the exhaust side of the heads are all stripped, the block has ring land failure, cylinder wall is scratched , the cams are bad to the point the cam gear won t go over it anymore. I got no invoice to show I paid $2500 for this engine and I obviously lost my money now but, I just want to let anyone know before they make the same mistake I made to be careful when buying from them.

I don't know much about car, all I do is drive like mostly everyone else so finding a trustworthy and honest mechanic is an absolute necessity. I know the owner from a previous shop and as soon as he went solo, I followed his knowledge and manner to his new auto shop. The owners are very friendly and would help with any and all questions about the car. They would offer their time and expertise to make sure you understand the cost, the pros and cons, and whether something is necessary before you hand the car over. The price is fair and affordable. The wait time is generally as they promised. You can also drop off the car and pick up later. I am extremely satisfied with their services, expertise and general helpfulness. I had a great experience with P&P Auto Services and would highly recommend them! The staff give great customer service and knowledgeable expert repairs at very good prices. My neighbor recommended them to me when I was in need of an urgent brake repair. They took my car in same day with no appointment, quickly assessed the problem and fixed the issue. I felt like I could trust their advice and that the price was very reasonable. In addition to this, they are just nice people to do business with. They are the best auto mechanic shop I have went to and I will never go anywhere else. They guarantee all there work and they show u the old part that they removed so that u know they actually fixed it. And they will tell u if it needs to be fixed or not. They are so honest with all the work they do and the prices are very reasonable. I can go on and on about how great p+p auto services treats there customers. I am always overly pleased with there work. Just give them a chance and there work will speak for itself. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Hands down one of the best shops in the area. They are nice and honest people and its always a smooth visit when i have to come by. The shop is low friendly which is great for people who drive modded cars such as myself. I would definitely recommend P&P if u were considering looking for a new shop.

After a tire blew out while doing deliveries, I managed to get to thier shop and after only 15 minutes, they had the tire changed to a new one and I was back on the road. Disaster struck twice however as the OPPOSITE tire blew out on me only 20 minutes later! Upon going back however the process the repeated as they had me back on the road in what felt like minutes. Amazing service from these guys and highly recommend if you are in need of some quick professional help.

The auto shop you have been looking for!! This shop is so caring, understanding, and communicative. They have great pricing and got me in at a time that worked for me. If you re looking for a trusted and educated auto shop I can highly advocate for P&P Auto Services. I have taken my vehicle there on multiple occasions one in particular was on short notice and the owners were very kind and got my vehicle repaired at a very timely manner. I have referred individuals to their services on many occasions and will continue to do so. I can say with confidence that the product of the business reflects the owners of it. I could tell from the first meeting the two are very admirable hardworking individuals.

Been a regular here for as long as I ve lived on this street, had my bmw serviced as well as my current new Toyota Camry. Super professional and easy going and not stuck up like most shops that will charge ridiculous prices for anything. If they can t do it they will recommend other people which shows not only respect but shows how willing they are to help others get business. P&P has been my go-to shop for 6 years now. They are trustworthy, efficient, and effective. They make me feel comfortable and always see me within 24 hours. They have kept my car running and live it's best life and were honest with repairs. Their pricing is beyond fair and the customer service is above and beyond. I have seen them for tire replacement and repair, my axel, cooling system, breaks, inspection, oil change and any and all needs. I won't bring my car anywhere else!
