My check engine light came on and I started to panicking so I drove all over and no one would take me because they were booked. On my way home I remembered this place right near me so I stopped in and told the guy my situation and he said he could look at it right away when he was finish doing what he was doing. He said I could leave my car and he would call me. He called me and told me what was wrong, and told me how much it would be to fix the problem. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than what I thought it would be. I'm so glad he was able to take my car given the short notice. Both guys were extremely helpful and professional. The mechanic broke down the problem in a way I could understand and I was very pleased with the service I received. I will return again of I have car issues. Thanks guys.

Vince has been servicing my car for more that 10 years. This is a great neighborhood repair shop. Anytime I need an oil change or inspection, Vince will pick up my car and drop it off after work. Now that's great service! Very trustworthy.

I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer from Vince a few months ago for my son. I paid $3500 because it only had 74,000 miles and 1 owner. Vince also said it belonged to one of his neighbors, an elderly man, and he (Vince) was the one who worked on it. He has had nothing but problems. The engine light came on and Vince did replace a gasket on valve cover while it was under warranty, the light still comes on.He told Vince he was smelling coolant, Vince said everything was fine-his own mechanic later found it needed thermostat housing unit.One of the many sounds was caused by the sealed transmission being out of fluid. When checked, only a few drops of fluid came out. If Vince was maintaining this vehicle I feel he's responsible for this.He stated at the time of sale that all fluids had been checked and had been maintained.Just had ball joints replaced, linkage for rear passenger window went and he's got paper holding it up, and numerous other issues. Sensor, which has been replaced, still shows check engine light.As he says, every week it's something else. No way was vehicle worth anywhere near $3500 or well maintained. No car with 1 elderly owner that was maintained by a mechanic should have these problems at 74,000 miles! I told Vince how important is was for my son to have a good car to get to his job,. he's just getting back on his feet. I am so disappointed in this man.

Have been going to this place for many years. Always fair pricing and the car issues are taken care of in a timely manner. No pressure to get things fixed. They don't act like a salesmen. They tell you honestly if something needs to get fixed now or you can wait til a later point. Appreciate having a mechanic I can trust that won't take advantage of me. Highly recommend.

The owner is a super great guy! He was able to get my car in and out without charging me an absurd price. Usually when I get my car worked out it takes a couple of days buts here my car was worked on within a day. I would definitely recommend.

They sold me a damaged car. It had low miles. They made it all bright and shinning. But that under the car was rusted out. I snapped an control arm while, the struts went etc. It would cost too much too fix up. So my car is garbage and I need a new car.i would have given now stars but you have to to level a review

I've taken both my car and my daughter's car to Oxford Auto Repair and have been fully satisfied. Unlike other auto repair shops they do not look for additional problems to drive up the costs of the repair. They fix what needs to be fixed and inform (not pressure or scare) you of additional things that may be problems in the future. I've never gone back for the same problem after it was fixed.

Made the mistake of going to this place for my inspection in May because it was close to home. Was told that I needed to change 3 tires, replace a rim, realign tires, and replace brake light to pass inspection. Was quoted 140$ per tire and 165$ for my rim. At first, I didn't want to because of the high prices but went ahead and did it to get everything over with. To my surprise, I was given cheap Achilles brand tires which can be found for about 75$ each online (not the 140$ plus tax) and a used rim. Also, they tacked extra fees like chemical disposals, data connection, and many miscellaneous things. My bill came to over 800$ lol I just want to warn anyone to be careful and double check everything. Wish I read the reviews first before stopping there. Shady business practices!!

I took my car on Wednesday to Oxford Auto Parts because it would crank but didn't start. Vince the owner started telling me that it was the PCM without checking the car and wanted to charge me $847.00. I told him that was alot of money but if that's what it took, then fine. Yesterday he called me stating that I needed a new engine and he would do it for $2500.00. I started calling around and a rep stated that the engine for this car is priced at $800.00 and that Oxford Auto parts had already called for the engine. Vince already had made the decision to charge me and do the work without my approval. I went yesterday to pick up my car and the engine had already been startwd taken apart. Be careful with those 2. They are no good.

My wife car had a flat tire and was fixed in this store. Later when we check the driving record on Liberty Mutual RightTrack, we found there were 9 additional events (6 rapid acceleration, 3 hard braking) in my wife's record.How can changing a tire cause those event? It seemed like someone from that store has taken my wife's car for a race!Don't take your car to this store because you will never know what this store may do to your car!

Vince seemed like a good guy, till you get inside the office /waiting room. It's extremely dirty and smells, he maid a few racist remarks which I didn't appreciate, the other wanna be auto tech smelled like a farm animal and his breath was even worse from the rotten teeth. He gave me a price for work on my truck that was so high , I thought I was at the dealer. Couldn't get away fast enough. My suggestion, definitely go somewhere else.

Vince seems line a nice guy....but such expensive service. All I needed was him to remove my spare and fix my flat tire and check the pressure in all my other tires.

So I broke down right in front of this mechanic shop i left the car there then the owner called me half hour later and told me it will be $950 for an Alternator 2014 Jeep patriot I'm not a mechanic but it sounded excessive So I called 2 other mechanics nearby And both gave me a price at no more than $300 i Even called Pep Boys $486 I asked him why he said the alternator cost $350 labor would be 450 Just beware if you take your car here check prices elsewhere 1st he still charged me 50 bucks to charge my battery

Wannabe be conartist .. Went to get two plugs for two tires.. One in each back tire..He tried to charge me $50.. This is Philly not Long Island NY... I see why the auto shop down the street gets way more business.

This little Chinese guy is very rude one day somebody gonna back smack him for being rude he need to stop with his little attitude and listen to what people are saying and stop giving people attitudes..

I have had my car repaired here numerous times. Vince is fair and they will get the car done in a reasonable amount of time.

Do not buy tires from this place. Bought a used tire with 80% tread left for $60 and it failed after a week of driving. They sell damaged tires for high prices.
