I broke down on the road and this shop saved me in a huge way. I called the shop and they were able to take my call after hours, and take the trailer first thing in the morning.Joaquin is a great and trustworthy person to work with. He called when he said he would. Gave honest diagnosis and fair prices. Trailer was ready on time and they even showed me the old parts that were removed to show the work that was done.I was able to get back on the road and couldn t have been happier.Thank you for everything!

Our car hauler got rear ended really hard. Northeast fixed it the very same day, ordered and replaced the lights even better than they were before the hit for a really great price. This is the place to go.

Paid $2500 for a supposedly patch job that leaked so severe after repairs that it couldn t be used until properly repaired in Okc at an additional cost!Total loss estimated $5800Very dissatisfied with this company!Beware!!Stay away! You ll thank me later!

Had just bought a small box truck that I needed to have a large hole patched on the roof of the box and a mud flap reattached. Called John on a Saturday morning and he said bring it right over for an estimate. Gave me a very reasonable price and did the work the same day while I waited. His crew is great and know what they are doing. They do anything from tractor trailer to small box trucks, mechanical, bodywork, tires, road service whatever you need. Very happy with the work and the price. I will be using Northeast Tractor Trailer for all my my needs.

If I could give them a zero star I would! Do not use them! I call them a lady pick the phone. She say $125 for the service call and the hourly rate! I was cool with that. The first tech only take cash for is service. I call the lady back told her what going on. She call a 2nd tech he say it be 2 hr before come out. I say ok. When he came out it was emergency line. When I ask about my bill. The tech got mad and told off the emergency line off. All because I black guy Ask about my bill . The bill was lot more than 125 services call and 125 hr rate. The tech was out there No more than 45 minutes and the red emergency plastic line. Wanted to charge to some crazy amount. Again do not call them. They see you on the side of the road and they think money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Eye glasses because they think about the money. Do not use them

I needed my 5th wheel replaced ASAP!!!!! I had a load to deliver one day away and this shop had my 5th wheel replaced in just a few hours, witch time-critical in the trucking Industry!! 4 out of 5 stars because their credit card machine will not be up and running for a couple of weeks, so I had to pay in cash which I do not carry around on me.

As a Canadian trucking company, it's sometimes a gamble when dealing with a company in the US for repairs. Northeast was very professional, had the job completed very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Northeast. Thank you.

Dirtbags needed a repair done was later in the day I priced 3 other places and was told used was $300, brand new was near $500 labor will be a $150 for one hour labor $650 total at the dealer... These guys charged me almost $900 and put a used part on my truck and when I told them they were way high they said then go there oh thats right you cant their closed... Price gouging at its finest... stay away as far away as you can

I am posting this review to WARN people of this company...i am currently working on taking this very poor mechanic shop to smalls claims court....they told me my box truck needed $1600 for 2 parts brake booster and master cylinder ...after they put them on they called and said my truck was done but need brakes blead..... i gave them $500 toward labor.....and the brakes needed to be blead so i would owe $240 more for labor due when truck was done.....they towed my truck (causing a new issue with steering pins due to not towing correctly) to another mechanic shop because they needed a machine to bleed brakes they said.....that company actually said there is no such machine and didnt even like the owner of Northeast Truck and Trailer Repair....that shop held my truck for 2 months never finishing the brakes.....i had to have Robs Towing to come tow my truck and fix it....Robs had to fix a totally different part which was the real cause of my brake problem....Northeast truck and trailer repair is a rip off....and costed me $4000 double what it should have costed!!!!Get a real diesel mechanic shop not these guys!!!
