When I say this team single handedly save me from a mental breakdown I mean it. I called in desperation for repairs in an emergency and Cheryl and her whole team walked me through the process so smoothly. She is a godsend. They talked about the repairs, what was needed, and was upfront about the price and billing insurance. I was STUNNED when I saw my car. It looked brand new. They also did a detailing service as a part of their service and I cannot stop smiling. They have made a customer for life!

1000/10. I had to best experience with Dior. My Kia was stolen but ultimately recovered and returned back to me almost unrecognizable. Fortunately I had Dior walk me through the entire process from start to finish with my insurance company, estimates, adjustments, etc. I received my car back very much quicker than anywhere else that offered an estimate. I cannot recommend Nigro's and Dior enough.

A car smashed into mine and my car was badly damaged. I took it to Nigro s Auto body Repair, which had been listed in Philadelphia Magazine as one of the best car repair shops in Philadelphia. I picked up my car today and it looks FANTASTIC! It drives like new and I could not be happier! The front office staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly! Big shout out to CHERYL! If you need repairs to your car go to Nigro s and you will be thrilled with their work!

My car was stolen and ditched right around the corner from Nigro's, window smashed, hot-wired, and engine left running. I waited 4 hours for my insurance's tow truck to show up and eventually got fed up, so I looked at the closest repair shop and just drove there myself. I am so lucky that it was Nigro's. Their staff was so friendly and took care of everything for me, I barely had to deal with my insurance after the initial claim. My car was in okay shape before this happened, but after I got it back, it looked better than I've ever seen. They replaced all the damage and also had it detailed, which made me so happy. Love their customer service, thank you!!

If you want your car fixed to like new condition, nigros is the place. Rafael and the team in the shop are second to none. True craftsmen that refuse to compromise quality. A dying ideology. I have brought multiple cars to nigros, and the peace of mind I gain from knowing they will return my car repaired flawless is priceless.My Audi R8 was recently totaled. Their craftsmanship is important yet their office staff has your back when it comes to making sure your insurance company doesn t rip you off. Cheryl went to war for me to make sure liberty mutual didn t strong arm me and get away with deceitful strategies. Be patient and grateful as the insurance companies are ruthless. I am forever grateful that Cheryl held my hand through the process to make sure I held liberty accountable to the language in their policy.Thank you always to everyone at Nigros.

After having my car stolen and beat up - I wasn't sure where to turn for repairs. I found Nigro's and the whole process was seamless. They offered to have my car towed to their location, worked directly with my insurance, and ensured my vehicle was 100% safe to drive. They really cared and put a lot of effort into communicating with me, repairing my vehicle, and making sure I was comfortable along the way. Highly recommend!

Nigros made my car look new. It was a bit beat up, but they made it look like it came out the dealership. They also treated me humanely and tried to help me where they could.

I was side swiped on i76 in July, I was looking around for good body shops and found Nigro's online. I spoke to Lindsey and spoke to her over the phone and helped me make a decision on what I wanted to do. Dropped it off and was explained how to get my rental down the road and when I can expect my car back. When I came to pick up the car it looked brand new and they even took it to the dealership to fix an issue that they seemed to cause back when I bought it. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out. Thanks guys!

Nigro s Autobody is a true gem and I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding service they provided. From the moment I first met them, I was immediately impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel like I was part of their family. The quality of the work that this shop provided was nothing short of exceptional. Needed estimate for a small fender repair and paint.The guy behind the desk insisted I use my insurance without checking out the small repair but I didn t want to at that point his whole attitude changed-so he told me it s a state law and that he needs to know why I don t want to use insurance he then began to exaggerate expenses such as laser mapping and some other services that were totally unnecessary for such a small jobHe said it would be at least 800 before they even start any work .at this point he hadn t even look at how small the damage was. He just wanted to over charge my insurance NEVER LOOKED AT MY CAR ONCE

Nigro s is a gem. It s so difficult to find a body shop you can trust and Nigro s will be my spot going forward. Cheryl made me feel cared for and I didn t worry about my car once. The quality of work meets my expectations and they honored my request to only use OEM parts. The only negative aspect is that I think the communication around completion date could have been more proactive. Don t think twice about using Nigro s after an accident or for any situation.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Living in Philadelphia I've had plenty of damage happen to my car over the years. Domenic and his family have helped me each and every time. They care and go above and beyond for their customers. They will work with the insurance company to get their clients the needed top of the line repairs and service that they deserve. I would never take my car anywhere else. Got in a car accident and took it to Nigro's. They did great work and I had no issues. I drive an Alfa Romeo, and they seemed to be the only one in Philadelphia who knew their way around the vehicle. Support staff was incredible and they kept me posted at all times and were very courteous. Cheryl was awesome. They went above and beyond and took care of the car like their own. Not only that, car was washed inside and out when returned! Great attention to detail and would highly recommend for any future work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Scratched up my rear bumper on my way to work and really wanted to get my car back to looking new. Checked out one other shop based on google reviews and they told me that they only accept new clients based on referral. So went to nigro s next because of their good reviews on google and they were close. Don was helpful in setting up an appointment next day and discussing what repair I was looking to do. Was not sure what to expect because I requested to touch up the paint rather than to repaint the whole bumper which would have costed much more. Overall very happy with how the repairs came out. Can barely notice the deepest scratch when looking closely which went down to bare metal on the quarter panel. The repair cost was $400 and got my car looking new again.

I came to Nigro s based on the reviews on Google and I m so grateful with my choice. From my first meeting through to getting the car, the staff have been upfront and made the entire process easy. They worked with my insurance and Honda to ensure my leased Honda HRV was fixed to specification and the car came back to me looking brand new. Nigro's staff was friendly and professional and made the process of having my car repaired (especially dealing with the insurance company) super easy and pain free! They did excellent work on my car as well! Will definitely use them again!

DO NOT USE THEMThis business is an absolute sham. They have great reviews but I'm not sure from who? I was treated as if I was not paying them for a service. I was told I had about $1500 worth of damage on my Mazda. I had one months worth of rental coverage... after repeatedly telling them this they continued to keep my car for an additional 9 days. When I reminded them they owed me for this difference they seemed annoyed. I must have called 15 times asking for a call back from Cheryl with no response.I then took my car to get Inspected the next week and my tire had been swapped out for a cheap tire and was not passing inspection. When I asked them to cover the expense because I had pictures of the correct tire from before I gave them my car of the correct tire- they blamed it on a subcontractor and told me the owner would be gone until July 11.

My car was hit on October 3rd, and I was looking around in the area for an auto repair shop. I am SO grateful that I ended up going with Nigro's, and I will explain why. The insurance company of the driver who hit my car ended up being a nightmare to work with, and informed me after nearly 3 weeks that my car was a total loss and not able to be repaired. Cheryl was an absolute angel in helping me through the process. She was not only responsive, but completely patient and understanding to the situation and gave me so much helpful advice regarding my total loss settlement and really vouched for me over the insurance company that was difficult to deal with. My settlement claim is finally closing today, over a month later...but I couldn't thank Cheryl enough for sticking by me through it and being my light in this less than desirable situation. She definitely made it better to deal with. Nigro's really offers incredible customer service to their clients and what I truly appreciate is their integrity and willingness to help, especially when that can be difficult to come across in the current times we're in. I couldn't thank them enough for all of their help and recommend Nigro's to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop. Thank you for everything.

As a customer, I'm not rating this business. It doesn't deserve one star. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star to post my experience. These are all bought out reviews it seems. I took my brand new 2015 Honda Civic and they repaired it as if was a 2007. My door had severe damage and instead of calling my adjuster for more repairs to be done. They neglected the inside of my car door by using duct tape and electrical wiring. Thank God Honda was able to go over the work and fix it. I wouldn't trust this company for major work to be completed. My only source of customer service came from the Mexican workers that actually did work on my car. I came out of pocket an additional $500 for it to be fixed. They are dishonest and very arrogant people to work with. I live on a side street in Grad Hospital and not surprisingly, some sideswiped my brand new SUV. I initially took it to Caliber Collision on Washington, but they weren't willing to work with my insurance and said they couldn't see me anyway for a month. I googled Nigro's and was initially skeptical - it seems like a tiny place. I brought my car in, they performed a high level estimate (and followed up that day with a detailed multi-page itemized estimate). Jason, who did the estimate, was a pro and ran me through the things they'd take care of that I wouldn't have even thought about. And this isn't a cut-rate shop, they have all the advanced tools to make sure your car not only looks good but the underlying electronics within your car that you can't see are in tip top shape. Jason promised me the car would look like new and when it was delivered, it indeed looked as shiny and new as the day I got it (manufacturer colors and parts replaced). They kept me up to date during the repair process and they were even the ones that pushed on the insurance adjuster who was dragging his feet. Side benefit, they're 2 blocks away from the rental car lot so that was easy. Super nice staff, would highly recommend.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My car was parked hit many months ago and was worried about the repair cost. I brought my car to Nigro's after seeing great reviews and so glad that I did. Dominic, who gives you a feeling of warm welcome and safety, provided me a huge cost saving advise to contact my insurance and report the issue. Upon doing so I was able to get help from my insurance with the repair cost. Dominic and his staffs were honest, reliable, and helpful with the whole process from beginning to end. In addition, my car looks amazing like I just got a new car. They added detail cleaning to my car! Great work guys! It was the highlight of my day. Definitely give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Nigro's was super helpful and easy to work with. I was given a free written estimate on the spot and then was able to bring my car in during the pandemic to be repaired. They worked with my insurance adjuster and made extensive repairs. I had no idea the extent of the damage. I will definitely refer anyone to Nigro's or bring my car back if it needs it. Lindsay is so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Nigro's!

Amazing customer service and super professional. I don't know too much about cars and live alone in the city, and I have always been worried about being gipped. I didn't feel that at all with Nigro's. They were very clear with me and my father back in SC and delivered a spotless product. My spotless interior was also a pleasant surprise. It needed a good vacuum! Thanks again, Nigro's, and I will be sure to come to you with all my car needs.UPDATE!I can't add another review, but I worked with Nigro's again recently after a hit and run. I can only affirm what I posted a few months ago. My car was finished in less than 2 weeks and they helped me arrange a rental car and even provided a little friendly conversation while I waited for the rental car to pick me up. I really appreciated a spotless car inside and out after all the snow, ice and salt from this winter.I highly recommend their services whenever the unfortunate wreck occurs.Thank you again!!

Everyone we worked with was great! My car was fixed efficiently and well. They completely detailed my car and it looked great inside and out! Everyone there was great to work with and talked me through the whole process of dealing with insurance. They helped me get my car fixed the right way! I would definitely recommend Nigro s Auto Body!!

I was very happy with their service. Dom and Jennifer were very helpful from beginning. I just dropped my car and they handled the rest of it. I was surprised when they also detailed inside of my car, it has never been that clean since I drove off of the dealer lot. Most of the places are only nice because they want your money but don't care after that, Nigro's is totally different. I had to come back few days after I picked up my car and they were very nice to me, made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this place to anybody I know.
