They are great. Their pre purchase inspections have saved me from buying two different cars that would have been very problematic. One of them had a bad engine and they told me before they even started the inspection and didn't charge me. I highly recommend them they are honest and are not greedy

Next Level is always fast and understanding. Even on days where they are busy they take the time to get you what you need. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The owner is great person and as a person with a Russian speaking dad, this place makes it easier for him to explain himself.

Best spot to fix this guy when it breaks down :)Next level auto has incredible customer service and they are very organized, I m finally done with shops who say one thing and do another. Next level always met timelines and work incredibly fast, all of my repairs and maintenances are done the same day within few hours! Wow!They charge good money but for a very good service, this is top value!!!Next level auto is definitely a master in customer service and mechanics anywhere around this area!

Best shop for high end and sports cars. Employees are very friendly and get work done very efficiently. The techs know what they are doing and explain exactly what they re doing. Only shop I trust with my car! Great Great service...amazing inspection approach and evaluation. You will receive detailed pictures, estimates of repairs and precise diagnosis...all the work they do is in timely manner..they offer options with parts and review everything with you before order parts and start the job...so there is no surprises...it is very important and you can trust them..i stopped shopping around - this is the place to go to..they know the game...MVP goes to Next Level Mike ;)

Recently moved from NYC. My friend recommended this place for doing inspection. Very professional and reliable with affordable price. They took me right away and done inspection while I waited in clean waiting room with AC and bottled waters, Keurig coffees. Will come again.

These guys did an alignment on my Porsche Cayenne after I completed a 3" lift. The entire process was seamless and my car drives great.

Very impressed with the service from Mike and the team. Bought a European used car, that broke down due to overheating issues on the second day after purchase. Mike and the team ran diagnostics and fixed the car in a professional and methodical manner. Pricing was very transparent and reasonable. They test-drove the car after the repairs to ensure everything worked well prior to handing the keys back to me. They even called me after I drove home 20 miles to make sure that I was happy and there were no issues. I'm out of state buyer, ordered pre-buy inspection. Vehicle came out with some serious issues. Guys came back with several estimates on all possible options for repair. Very professional and responsive to all requests. It allowed me to make well informed decision. Ultimately saved me thousands of dollars.Reasonably priced. Needed my Ducati Monster inspected after an accident to get a new title since it was totalled by the insurance company. They worked with me while I waited for the salvage title to come in which got there on a Saturday almost a week later then expected. The person that needed to do the paper work wasn't working that day but came in to complete the paperwork so I could get it back on the road the same day. Can't beat the service!

My family has been bringing their cars here for years, and we'll keep doing it for as long as they're open (even though we live almost 2 hours away). You won't find better. Awesome Shop, Awesome Service.I meant to leave a review for a previous job they did but I forgot.This shop is extremely professional, the auto technicians are fantastic and went beyond fixing my vehicles but actually took the time to explain the problems each of my vehicles had and what I can do to prevent future issues. Particularly the Auto Technician named Mike who seems very passionate about his job.The shop is also very clean, and I had no worries of leaving several of my more expensive vehicles over night/several days at their shop.Definitely would recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very pleasant, courteous and professional. Andrey is very smart, personable, and an excellent mechanic. Offered a reasonable price. He takes the time to explain the options and leaves it to you to decide. Excellent results! He is open to questions, and helpful at all times. They also have a cozy waiting area with refreshments, which I found delightful to just hang out for the time being. I'm glad I found out about this mechanic (ask for Andrey or Yuri [Manager]), would definitely highly recommend, and will happily come again if any of our other family cars have any issues in the future. Much appreciated, Andrey and Yuri!

AMAZING SERVICE The staff had great patience with me, and I m very grateful for that. They have worked on my car longer than expected because I have provided the wrong part (which was my mistake), and they never charged me for those extra hours of work Lesson I learned from this experience is to let Next Level staff source needed parts for the car themself, even if they are more expensive, rather than waste time trying to figure out the cheapest option yourself.Super thankful for the customer service experience, and will be DEFINITELY coming back for other car services

This shop is a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable people and friendly. Kept me up to date on all the work with updates. I highly recommend you ask for Mike, he was exactly who'd you want to deal with in any shop. Will be coming back for all my maintance.

Mike helped me tremendously! Went to a few different shops and everyone gave me the run around. Mike helped me fix my car every step of the way and kept me updated constantly. I appreciate his transparency and will be recommending all my friends to Mike and next level shop thank you guys
