I've been going to Mr. Kitts for a few years now. The customer service is always stellar. The office is clean and comfortable. They honor their appointment schedule, and the work is done right. The owner will let you know if there's a problem brewing and tell you what to look for when and if it occurs. I appreciate their integrity and quality of service. Tell your friends and family: This is the place to go when you need auto repair.

Broke down on 76, called for roadside assistance through my car insurance (Liberty Mutual), Mr Kitts was the tow truck that was sent. Nice, professional, no complaints.

Mr.Kitt s Service Center & Towing got me in and worked on my car. My car had a lot of problems going on and I had to get it fixed right away due to a business trip. They swiftly assessed my car and repaired in less the 24hrs!! Never have had experience like I did with them. They took care of me and had reasonable prices. Definitely will be going back for service! Good people s and good vibes over there.

I recently got my car fixed at Mr. Kitt's Service Center, and it was a really positive experience. John, the mechanic, was super friendly and explained things in a way that made me feel comfortable, which isn't always the case with mechanics. Amy, the secretary, was really nice and made sure everything went smoothly, even getting me the best price for my repairs. Mr. Kitt, the owner, made sure the service was quick and reliable. I'd totally recommend their team for any car needs. The honesty from John, efficiency of Amy, and Mr. Kitt's commitment make them a solid choice.

Hands down THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!My mother was driving near the Rt42/I76 interchange when the back end of her car was run over by a tanker that did not stop. She was stranded, alone and terrified, we called Mr Kitts for help within 25 mins they arrived, hooked up and took her car to the shop, they told her to clear it out because they were confident it'd be totaled(they were correct). This was extremely helpful as she was on her way home to Erie, PA and would not be 'local' to see the process through. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you all!!! Amy at the desk was WONDERFUL...she was so calming and helpful!

Just wanted to say before I write this review that I am not connected with the business nor did I know anyone there before dropping my car off.Got my vehicle serviced there today. Unfortunately my battery died while getting my tires done at another shop. Read reviews and decided to give it a shot. Don t let the area deceive you, It s not in the best area but does not reflect the level of expertise and service.John Jesse and boss lady at the front desk were all great. I got my battery swapped out for a new one and an engine air filter for a very reasonable price. Car was done the same day.They also recommended not to do a service I had asked and explained why which was very valuable. I appreciate the honesty and will take my car there again.Terrific experience and have already recommended them to others.

I would not recommend going them at all! I took my car in for service they said I needed a motor got the motor they put in and when I picked my car up the check engine light was on and the mechanic said he would need to do a diagnostic now I brought the vehicle in with no lights but ok fast forward to 6 weeks later the car starts having and the same issue I sent it in for the first Tim which was check stabilitrac and traction control ok so the lady calls and says I need a new engine and that it would be 500 for them to look at what the problem could be so I knew that wasn t logical so I had them tow my car back to my house takes it to another mechanic he diagnosed the problem fixed it right away and no I did not need another engine not even close lol please stay away from this place I paid almost 3000 for absolutely nothing my car is back running and all I needed was a tuned up and tie rod ends and no Che k engine light anymore and it didn t even cost me 300

After taking my car to 3 mechanics in the area, with no hope Mr.Kitt came to rescue! From the receptionist staff , mechanics and the tow yard I can not be anymore thankful for the help. High quality work, staff and care!

Do not go here for an inspection.I went here a few months ago to get my state inspection. The guys I usually go to could not take me for next few days, and so I was looking for someone with immediate availability. I had just failed my inspection with my usual guys for two very specific reason: tires and twisted brake hose, both of which I had fixed prior to visiting Mr Kitt's. When my car was inspected at Mr. Kitt's, they failed me and came back to me with around $2,500 in repairs! That's nearly the value of my entire car, LOL.All I can chalk it up to is they made some kind of assumption about my wealth (I am NOT wealthy) or naivety. I took my car back to my usual guys -- who are reputable mechanics and do not pass people whose vehicle is unsafe -- when they had availability, and passed my inspection with no problem.At the end of the day, I was out ~$45 and a couple hours of my time. They wanted me out much more money, and for no good reason. Avoid!

Mr Kitts Service Center is a awesome place to take your vehicle to get serviced. The staff is very Professional. And don't forget he will even tow it for you. And remember Excellent work from excellent people.

I've been satisfied with an oil change appointment , my car inspection/ emissions , brake work and tires. I would return for future work and recommend Mr Kitt's

Let me start by saying don t make the same mistake I did, GO HERE FIRST!!!! They keep coming through for the win. I needed a lift kit installed. 4 wheel parts gave me the run around for a month. Until they finally said they couldn t install the lift. Not to mention I bought the lift from them . Called Mr. Kitts, had it done in 2 days. Needed my exhaust manifold replaced! The bolts needed to be extracted. Nobody wanted to touch this job or they made it sound so complicated just to try and charge me up. Came through Mr. Kitts and got a great price. And was able to get it taken care of the same day. This is my new shop. I will not make the same mistake of going somewhere else! Unless it s something they don t cover.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

They completely misdiagnosed my car and did repairs for surface level issues, to which was very costly at $1700 ($900 for a fuel pump which is outrageous) only for the engine to seize immediately after I payed and drove off of the property. Then the owner proceeded to tell me it was my fault the engine seized to which I now know it wasn t my fault. Had to take the car to the dealer for them to tell me it was Rod Bearing Failure. NOTHING to do with a FUEL PUMP. It s clear these guys are just looking at check engine codes and not doing actual diagnostics. Engine was literally knocking. Either way, I was told they could fix it but that did NOT happen. They ultimately just took my money. Worst experience I ve had.

I want to say my time here was amazing , I didn t get much done only a visual inspection because I thought something was wrong in reality it wasn t. The lady in the office was amazing , they kept me updated, and most of all didn t try to screw me over. Their goal is to satisfy the customers and they do just that!! I recommend this service center for your car needs.

Went to Mr Kitts a few times. Everyone was friendly and professional. The receptionist Amy was very nice. The mechanics John and Victor was great. With repairing and diagnosing the problems that was wrong with the car. They kept in contact with me while my car was there. Would definitely recommend them. Will be sending people their way. I've told all of my friends and family to support this business. The owner and staff are extremely personable and have always demonstrated excellent customer service. The prices are great and the wait time is minimal. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. If you've never patronized this business, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.Recently, my car was badly hit and in need of towing. Mr. Kitt's was the first phone call my daughter made. First let me say I m from the south and this place made me feel like I was at home. Everyone that I came into contact with that works there greeted me. Mrs.Amy at the front desk very polite and funny as hell. (Has a beautiful family.) Everyone there kept me very entertained while I was waiting on my car. (Wish I d got their names.Will next time. Just nick names lol) Got my emissions done I passed Everything I just needed new windshield wipers and a tag bulb. I went ahead and let them replace everything. They had me in and out of there. I did have to come back the next day, my tag light went out again Amy told me to bring it back in. They replaced it again with no hesitation or extra charge. Other Customers that came in I could tell they are returning customers and that says a lot. Prices are very reasonable with how crazy everything going up right now. I Came here to just to get my emission done now they have a customer for life. I will be bringing my car back for my regular maintenance and if anything goes wrong with it. Cross my fingers that will not be for a long, long time. I will be referring people here.
