I had a wonderful experience taking my car to Modern Collision. All the communication and interactions were professional and pleasant. The work on the car was perfect, no complaints, and the car was returned cleaner than it arrived. 100% would recommend, seriously, this place does great work.

Modern Collision was quick, professional, and speedy with repairing my vehicle a few months ago after a break-in occurred and my mirror was shattered. The pricing was very fair and my case was handled with so much care and attention. Will continue to use their services from here on out! :)

My car had a collision recently and I send it here based on garage reviews in this area. Here s my experience at Modern Collision.1. They will only fix according to what s on the photos from insurance. I didn t know we have to take detail pics of all damages to insurance. There are other scratches related to accident not in photos. The owner brushed them off and said they are not part of this collision based on his photos. He could told the insurance about other damages, but it s not his problem.2. They choose what to fix from those photos. When the car was ready to pickup, we pointed out that an item was missing from the bumper. The owner gave us his bureaucracy talk and said yes, photo show it was already missing, so we leave it the way it is, if you want, we can order it for you So he did us the favor and order it as a gift . And during the 10 mins of picking up the car, he mentioned this free gift more than 10 times, as if my insurance didn t pay him.3. When we drop off the car, we told him there are other problems with car, he said he only do body work, he offered to have other mechanic look into it. When we pick it up, the problem are still there, since he already claimed insurance money, he just gave us a print out report, and told us to go elsewhere to fix those problem.4. When he gave us the key, I saw that there are deep scratches on the car bumper, and before I could say anything to him, he intimidated us from behind and loudly said Is there a problem? Is there a problem? And chased us out of his lot.In conclusion, if you enjoy being bullied by the owner, love body shop bureaucracy and let the mechanic do what they want to do, and have your insurance paid for your free gifts , Modern Collision is for you.

I found myself in a position where my car was far from home and immobile. I'd been having a hard time deciding what to do with the mess at hand and was struggling to find someone who would give me the direction I needed to make the next move. Bill presented me with honesty and guidance in a very stressful time and it speaks volumes to his character and business ethics. Admittedly, I did not end up having my car serviced here due to the distance. If I lived closer I would certainly be inclined to and would recommend this place 1,000 times over.

Modern Collision Center, professional service included me in the process from start to finish. Bill was empathetic to me when I ran into a hiccup waiting for a part from the factory. Talk about Top of the line collision repair?? This is factoryfinish serviceI brought may car to Modern collision and right from the start Billmade me feel like family and assured me everything is gonna be alrightand lo and behold he got the "magic" doneThe estimated finish time he gave me was the exact time they got the work done. My car came out a perfect beauty and on top of that washed. I had a small emergency in which my car battery died on me while parked by this shop. I ran in and asked for help. Without hesitation, they jumped my car and gave me some helpful tips for the future. When I tried to pay, they refused payment. I'm sooo grateful!
