This Midas is amazing! Nick, the manager, is absolutely wonderful!! He is honest and explains the work that needs to be done in an understandable manner. I believe he cares about his customers and their safety. The guys who work in the garage are just as great! They respect your car and keep it clean while they are working on it - which can be a challenge sometimes depending on the job they need to do. The waiting room and restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. It is also a plus that you can tell everyone gets along and works together by the friendly atmosphere. If you need honest, reliable work done to your car, I highly recommend you go and see the guys at this Midas location!

Nick was friendly and prompt upon my arrival. Car was done quickly and I was informed of services completed and recommended in the near future. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back for future services.

I have been to this location for inspections, I have gotten brakes, as well as all of my oil changes. Nick is always friendly and helpful when I get work done on my car. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I have sent my daughter and my sister here as well cause I trust the staff. If anyone asks me about their vehicles, I always recommend Midas on Frankford Ave in the Northeast. Work is always done properly on my vehicle. Their prices are so much better than the dealership I would normally take it to. I have had work done by and would recommend Brahiem and Yadi.

Nick and everyone at Midas were great. They were able to find me a new tire at a cheaper price than other people and they replaced it quick. We ll keep coming here for our cars!

I visited Midas in Northeast Philadelphia for the first time and was greeted by Nick. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such amazing service and felt like a celebrity. Started my day off with a flat, thought it was going to be a pain and take time to get fixed. I called Midas went in and they had it taken care of so quick! I ll definitely use them again for any tire needs!

Nick and Brahim were amazing!!! They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional!!! I was able to get in and out for appointments and my car is better than ever!!! It s hard to find places where people truly care about the work they do and customer service truly blessed to have found this location.

I am never disappointed when I come to this location (9200 Frankford ave) Nick is ALWAYS super helpful and friendly and the guys in the garage do amazing work and stand by their business I recommend going nowhere but here for your tires brakes all if it!!!!

Workers were nice and efficient, changed my oil cuz that s what I came for but I also need a inspection done in a month so they had a full look around and found out I need a good amount of work done , so pretty annoyed with that but service was good and guys were nice and helpful!!

Nick and Mauricio had me very pleased with their customer service. I needed rotors, brake pads and new tires. The price came out pretty pricey but they suggested for me to sign up for the financing plan and it all worked out . I will be back again for any other car problems. They couldn't help me with what I needed done, but the staff was awesome!! Very fiendly and helpful! Also pointed out a few things wrong with my truck I wasn't aware of, but just to let me know...not to make money! Very honorable in my opinion!!

What a great experience at Midas on Frankford Ave! We had an issue with our car while we happened to be driving by, and Nick the store manager had us back up and running within minutes. I was in the area of the Midas store when my check oil light came on.I went there right away and they were so helpful! Checked my oil which was very low and gifted me with some oil. I was so impressed. Highly recommend!

Beware!!! Preditory business practices.Came in for an inspection and was told I needed all new rotors and pads when I just installed them about 4 months ago. Then I told them I did this and this can't be right and said. " Oh it's the back" than I showed back up to pick up my car and was told that I had rust on my brakes and that's why they were confused. "I drove the car to the shop how can there be rust on the rotors? I pulled off my tire and brakes and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rotors and pads. I called to tell them this and was told they would only do it is if I changed my rotors. I did so came back and finally they gave me my stickers. I have proof of all of my claims. Total waste of time and money. They are the reason I don't trust big shops. I will not nor recommend anyone doing business with these people. Scam artists!!!

Guy lied to us saying we needed 900 dollars worth of repairs. Had it looked at by a mechanic friend and there was no issue.

I guess you re supposed to walk in the garage to get anyone s attention because no one will help if you stand at the front desk. Probably for the best.
