Sergio and the team at Midas (Castor Ave) are great! They are very knowledgeable, respectful, and have pleasant smiles on their faces. The service is fast and done correctly. They even help with finance options if you need it. I always worry as a woman that I will get taken advantage of with pricing when it comes to auto repair, but Sergio always makes sure I am paying a fair price and service is done correctly. Thank you !!

I came into Midas today in need of new tires, and took advantage of the buy 3 get one free deal that is being offered. Sergio stopped what he was doing and came to the phone to help me find tires that would match, sent me financing options and got me In and serviced within a timely manner on the same day.I really appreciate the extra work that the mechanics put in on a busy Saturday to manually remove my wheel locks after other mechanics misplaced the key.I can always count on this location to take proper care of my vehicle and be fair with pricing . Thank you everyone at Midas!

My oil light went on during a drive on Saturday afternoon. I was able to get an oil change appointment for about 3 hours later and was in and out in less than an hour. I was super happy that this little glitch didn t mess up my entire day, as car things sometimes do. The store manager, Sergio, was exceptionally nice. They did a courtesy check of my car, which I appreciated, since I have state inspection coming up and I don t like surprises. And their waiting space was clean and inviting. I ll be back again.

Rojas was great! He gave me a great breakdown of all of the issues I had with my car so that moving forward I would know what I needed to check. He was very transparent with the coupons available too. I will for sure be returning to this location.

GREAT Service! Randy was a HUGE help and very polite. Had me in and out in less than an hour. One of the best oil changes I recieved. Also gave me some advice on additional issues my vehicle had.

Rojas and the team at this Midas have been the best team I ve dealt with in all the shops here in the city. Called at 9 am and they got me in at 10 and out by 11. They explain everything and are very time efficient. 5 stars for sure!!

Respectful and courteous have no complaints but if you want a good job then bring your car to 2300 East Castor Ave.This is not my first go around this is where I bring my car so when I leave my baby's good prices are reasonable.Had a good visit.......

I ve been here twice now, most recently for my emissions/inspection. Rojas and Sergio have helped me both times I come here even though there are plenty of mechanics nearer by my home comparatively the folks here are faster and I never feel like I m being oversold or taken advantage of. In my visits to receive services it has always been a good experience. The Manager Sergio has always been there to greet me at the desk and does a great job with helping find the best options for the work that needs to be completed with my vehicle. I always walk away with my vehicle running well and a list of things to do next for my follow up service to keep my vehicle running well.

Great service very professional and courteous staff especially Mr Rojas my service writer. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was done to my car. He is a fine representative of the company and a valuable asset. I would recommend people to use this Midas location.

Sergio M. is extremely helpful and friendly. He explains everything thats going on and answers questions without problem. First time I ever left spending less than I was expecting, glad to know he s being fair and honest. This is officially my go to spot.

Customer service is good, and I believe they probably do good work. I went in to get my car inspected me knowing I have a bent rim so my alignment ends up being off. But entirely overpriced and for labor costs. Quoted me a 4K job, for something I paid $600 at my local mechanic.

A Diamond In The Rough.Sergio Melendez and Rojas are two of the most professional individuals I ve come across in a long time and I m only 32 years old. Professionalism is a rarity these days but these two guys understand what it means to put the customer first. These two gentleman assisted me with getting a wheel alignment performed which revealed that I needed four new tires (which I suspected). Mr. Sergio explained to me what I needed done and that Midas has financing options based upon your credit eligibility. Unfortunately I wasn t able to receive financing due to my financial institution. Sergio tried serval methods but to no avail. He explained all what needed done to car and explained what took priority over the next And he didn t make me feel pressured to over spend or make me feel embarrassed when I just couldn t afford to fix all my old car problems lol. But he took care of me and had me rolling out just in time for our first winter snow in several years. Mr. Rojas just exudes positivity and that s what needed more of in this world. He either really enjoys his job or really just loves helping people out. He made sure to tell every customer Thank you and God bless you . That meant a lot to me to hear because I too works a job that heavily depends on our customers. So major shout out to you guys at 2300 Castor Ave, Philadelphia!! You have a repeat customer out of me. My family appreciate you guys

I came in for a diagnostic for engine lights on my vehicle which were not on at the time. I was advised about what could be causing the problem even though it did not show up in the report. I feel as though I received good information and advice about my vehicle and I am satisfied

Overpriced and they don't know what they are doing. They told me I needed work on my car that wasn't necessary. Their guessing game will break your pockets and your car issues still won't be fixed. Don't go to Midas . Waste of money.
