Meineke on Ridge Ave was wonderful. They got me in right away for an oil change after another location failed to open for my scheduled appointment. The owner, Ryan, was kind. I truly appreciated that. Kindness is sometimes hard to find these days. He even applied the coupon without me having to ask. That gesture speaks to his integrity. I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely love this Meineke! I recommend them to all of my friends in the area. Something I find important to note... I ALWAYS feel respected here as a young woman. I feel that at other auto shops, I am often talked down to or over charged for things I don't actually need. I don't know much about cars, but the team here is always honest, helpful, and will only charge me for what I ask for or is absolutely needed. I feel valued and appreciated, and will continue to come back!

I rarely make reviews, but the service and efficiency at this location was top-notch. They had my car done in under 2 hours and automatically applied all potential coupons towards my service. They additionally printed out copies of my insurance and registration which was a nice touch. Will definitely be returning for any future services needed.

Meineke on ridge ave is the best!! They are quick and honest. I thought I needed an oil change and they said I didn t need one. A lot of places would have done it without even checking. I dropped my car for inspection and it was done within two hours. Love this place!

We take our cars to Ryan at Meineke for inspection. My daughter was just there with her car and as usual Ryan was the consummate professional. They are efficient, supremely qualified and reasonably priced. The best place in town. Thanks Ryan!

I've come to the Meineke on Ridge several times now for routine car maintenance and have always had great experiences. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and they don't bully and upsell you into anything you don't want or need. My friends are all jealous that I have a trustworthy auto shop. :)

Told me I d fail inspection unless I got new brakes for $500. I asked to see the brakes and the mechanic told me they actually pass but are low. I asked why they were giving different answers on whether the brakes needed replacing or not and that this made no sense, they either pass or not and it shouldn t be up for debate. After much discussion, they gave me the passing sticker and told me I was fine. BEWARE - do not go here unless you know your car very well - they may try to take advantage of you and get you to pay for things you do not actually need to pass inspection.

I am not from the area, but I trusted the reviews for this shop and I am so thankful I did. The guys got my car in quickly and finished my car quickly as well. They updated me with what the issue was and cost to fix it, and notified me when my car was ready. Thank you again!

Ryan and the Meineke team always under promise. Overdeliver always share what they re gonna do before they do it even if you ve asked them to just do it, they re friendly staff, clean office and their ability to fit you in and take care of emergencies make it made it or go to place to get our cars fixed Highly recommend using them

Brought in for inspection and oil change. No check engine and no code issues (personal ECM check) when came in , and none were found during the process which is always perfect. I waited while it was being worked on and was only there probably an hour total for everything. Nice waiting area, I ve seen total messes. Seemed like a very honest shop with friendly staff as well. Total was pretty typical and what I had more or less expected coming in. Didn t make a big deal all my documents were digital either, simply gave me their card w/email and took care of it. Even printed out a copy for me without having to ask, which I appreciated (no printer). Would recommend, making appointment super easy as well.

A big thanks to the guys here for getting me in and out the other day with an oil change and inspection. I had a crazy busy day and was a bit scatterbrained when I went in but they were so kind and worked with me on my paperwork and within my time constraint.Really appreciate it! See you in 5K!

This place is great. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. They go out of their way for you on even the little things - for example, for my state inspection they pointed out the key fob battery is low, they were going to even replace it on the spot but were out of stock and said they would order and replace it free if I wanted to come back and pick it up. I don t think they really had any obligation to even check that to begin with, let alone go out of their way to help me with it. Amazing service from some stand up guys. I had an inspection and oil change done. I set up an appointment online a day or 2 before and waited at the shop as opposed dropping my car off. They had my car done in under an hour. They were fair priced and helpful in answering my questions. I will definitely be back!
