Called and all the staff was super friendly and advised to do a brake inspection after my car problem concerns. Went in and quickly received service to find that I only break fluid. There sincerity to not take advantage of my lack of knowledge to try to do service work I didn t need was a blessing and a reflection of their sincere work ethic. Oh and cheery on top they topped off my brake fluid for free. I will be back for future needs in a heart beat.

I came to Meineke to change break pads and was pleasantly surprised after they offered free breaks check, that I only needed rear pads change. The price was cheaper than I was given in other places. Chris and his partner were very welcoming and nice. The total experience was great and positive. I highly recommend service shop at 9909 northeast avenue Philadelphia 19115. Thank you!

Awesome location! Awesome service! Friendly and helpful staff. I ve been going here for years and the experience gets better each time. I moved to Mt. Airy and would still drive back to the NE for their service.

I've been coming to this location (Northeast BLVD) for years and I have never had a bad experience. It is so important to have a mechanic you can trust. As long as Shane and Shirley are there I will not go to anyone else. I go here for all of my needs including oil change/maintenance, inspections, and recently put on new tires. I've been treated with kindness and respect and honesty every time. I am grateful for their service and recommend them to anyone.This is my sincerest opinion as I will not vouch for people who do look out for my best interest. I feel confident that when I leave my car will be fine.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

3 times the charm. They never evaluated the services needed properly from the beginning, but still charged every step of the way for work and parts. Multiple times, until they got it right. Warrantees were honored reluctantly.That location is under staffed . And the owner is reluctant to add experienced technicians. They don t do alignment , claiming their equipment is not in service. The owners son has been there to add his rude, threatening attitude to any problem solving inquiries. I went there for an honest full service evaluation and repair. Not Running a professional business . I blame the independent owner. Corporate should step in and make or take necessary action to bring that location up to standards. The employees there are doing the best they can.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

Very bad customer service, the lady is always rude when you call for an appointment, she hangs up the phone immediately even if you still speaking. This happened several times and I decided to leave my feedback. The mechanic was great btw.

The staff at Meineke were so nice and friendly! I walked in for an oil change and they took my car right away and called me when it was ready to be picked up. Best prices and service in the area! When I came in to get an oil change I was excited. Seems like a professional place with friendly employees. However 2 days later my car lost all oil. Had it towed and found that a bolt had gone missing. Guessing it was not screwed on properly. After returning and explaining my problem to the employees they contacted the owner for me. He approved a refund on the oil change I had gotten here but I was still stuck with the bill for the towing. Not to mention the entire day I lost and bunch of oil I had tried to put in before I realized it wasn't holding in.if I hadn't noticed the oil light I could have easily lost my cars motor for good. Disappointed because the customer service of the customer facing employees was great. But I don't know what they're doing in the back.Service: Oil change

If I could give zero stars I would!! These people are terrible. Shirley has terrible customer service. I was waiting for my car and Shirley and Shane were smoking a cigarette. I will never come back again here ever again! I will be contact corporate.

Be wary!! I was a repeat customer. They re quick and convenient. During a routine oil change they stripped my oil plug. I was told that this was something that commonly happens and is expected, and that they would give me a good price of $800 for a new oil pan.I was taken advantage of and feel something different would have been said if I had appeared less gullible.I did have to get a new oil pan because of their mistake but went to a more trustworthy mechanic. It s a $600 hard lesson that I shouldn t have had to learn.

I just got a regular oil change, and as I was leaving my car was thumping underneath (which it wasn't before I brought it in). I went back in and told them and they fixed it. I spent $60 and was there for almost 2 hours. Also, I tried to come here in September for an inspection and no one called me before the appointment to tell me that their computer equipment or something wasn't working. So, they told me when I showed up for the appointment.. The staff is friendly and waiting area is comfy though.Service: Oil change

This facility is so professional! They inform you of what services your car is due for but don t pressure you into getting the services. I had many questions about services recommended and they were extremely patient and explained the pros and cons of getting the recommended services. They informed me there is a profile in my name and I could get the recommended services at the time of my inspection if I could not get them today. They were very courteous and my services were completed within 45 minutes. They re prices are also reasonable. I strongly encourage making an appointment if you have time constraints. If you are looking for a great mechanic, this is the place to service your car!

Had an exhaust leak and I had a feeling was flex pipe. They got the car in and on lift under 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes they confirmed what I thought. They are very honest and said only needed driver side flex pipe. Let me look at exhaust and based on what I saw I did both flex pipes. Excellent work.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This space is far from 5 stars. Are they well equipped? Yup. Well located? Certainly. However, a warehouse has good equipment and a road sign is also in a great place, but I wouldn't leave my car there. The main problem here is the service: Dao is constantly grumpy and arrogant... With so many competitors around, I don't feel like returning!

I called several places in the nearby area for a starter replacement and Andre at Meineke was the only one who was kind and able to get me in the same day. My car refused to start once stopped and had AAA called twice already for the same issue so it was more of an emergency. They ordered the part right away and took me in within the hour to help me. They were courteous and professional once I got in and fixed within a very reasonable time frame!Services: Electrical, Oil change
