One of the best things about this MAACO IS THE STAFF!! They have the best customer service I've seen in a long time!! I don't need to speak on the quality of work, because my pictures say it all, and to top it off... The Price ! If you want great quality and beautiful service, and a nice price. Please check them out 1st! Their pleasant atmosphere will win you over as well! You can't even see the dent that was on the passenger side fender!Thank ya'll for my beautiful paint job!Bugs B.

I went to this shop to repair a few scratches on my back bumper and wheel molding. When I received the quote, I asked Frank, how long does a job like this typically take? To which he replied, well, if you bring it on Wednesday I ll have it ready by Friday. Initially, I thought this estimated date was a bit overzealous, but I trusted his judgement. I called on Friday to follow-up and there were no status updates. All I was told was that they were backed up and the painter is out sick . I was instructed that my car would be done Monday and that I should call then. Monday comes and I call again with an update that my car is in line to be painted and won t be ready until Tuesday. I m frustrated because now it is Tuesday and I ve been on hold for an hour waiting for a status update. This is unacceptable considering that I asked them UPFRONT how long they might need for the repair. If this job was going to take more than two days, I would have been fine knowing this ahead of time so that I could arrange transportation to and from work. I don t care if the job was going to take a week it s the blatant lies that are really disheartening. I d also like to note that I know for a fact that repairs weren t started on my car until two days after I dropped it off (Mercedes app will notify me when doors/trunk are open). This means that they knew they would not be able to make repairs in a timely manner when the car was dropped off. I could have simply got the repairs at a later time rather than allow my car to sit in an overcrowded lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Got caught in the middle of a shootout needed to get my car repaired and repainted. Frank was very helpful and honest were able to fix my car for a good price and they did an amazing work. Thank you maaco for a tremendous job and Frank and Allen were very helpful.

I am writing from Mayfair Maaco. The trouble about these reviews, is that the whole story is never seen. As far as Ms. Tyiesha, her vehicle was here for a month and a half because we fixed every little detail she was not happy with, we went above and beyond to help her in everyway. When the vehicle left for the final time, her fiance' was very happy and said it looked great. We took every chrome piece off of her vehicle and buffed them individually, we painted her vehicle the first time and she found flaws. We advised her to take the vehicle home, wait two weeks for the paint to settle. She refused and left the vehicle here. the second time was also a base coat clear coat. We tried our best to make her happy. But in this situation, it didn't seem like anything we did, was going to be ok. The car she was speaking of that we drove her fianc� home in, was NOT a customer car, that was a runners vehicle, that we use at the shop to transport for errands or when a customer is stuck with no ride.The owner is available at anytime. he freely gives his cell phone number out so that he is readily available to all of his customers. takes his time to speak to anyone and helps in any way he can.The pictures below are of the completed vehicle. which shows a beautiful vehicle.Thank You,Maaco Mayfair

IM so excited that. I have visit this place the staff there are very professional took my car a acura tl there for body repair and a paint job and I was amazed with there work everyone there is so professional and respectful the supervisor is a great person and have the best people there working for him and MIKE I would recommend him to anyone .. This is really the best place to take ya vehicles they are in great and professional hands.. Thanks you soooo much everyone for the best job's done ever I would go there again..Service: Painting

I had three accidents wow I bring my Truck here three times and three times they did amazing job. I'm in love these people lol... They're dependable, liable, honest, and hard-working.I know when I bring my truck here and by the time they finish with it. it's in excellent condition it amazes me every time and the customer service is awesome.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My wife had an accident a couple blocks away from this Maaco shop so I thought it would be convenient to use a location near her job. The owner Dave and his staff was very friendly and professional. The staff was very nice and I was happy with the job they did. I had my suv painted entirely and also had the hood refinished on my moms car the next day because I was so happy. This is the third time I've used them and I highly recommend them. Pricing is also very good and reasonable.

I'm very Satisfied .... when I first came to see my truck I seen a few things I didn't like... they had no problems at all correcting the issues ... I would definitely recommend my friends to take their cars to this location.... the owner was understanding about the issues I had and didn't hesitate to send it back into the shop and correct them... they definitely Brought my truck back to life again!

I had my cracked bumper replaced, my doors dent was fixed (doesn t look like it had a dent at all) without replacing the entire door n I got it painted a different color! They are amazing! It was great service. I used them years ago to pain one of my other cars. This time they fixed my daughter car that was badly jacked up so to a car accident. They fixed up spanking mew and I got it painted. Looks Great..I love it.. and to top it off best prices on town hands down. Thank you everyone!! Was a bit nervous handing my car over to this place because how the cheap the price was. But I have to admit they did a great job! I came in here after an axe was thrown into my car from a landscaping accident. Immediately my landscaper took me over here to get these damaged repaired. At first I thought since my landscaper was paying for it he wanted a cheap job, and didn t care about looks. I m proud to say I was wrong and that Macco did an amazing job! You can t even tell that there was damage, and the paint was blended perfectly! Best thing was that they looked out for me! They told me it would take me 3-4 days to get my car back. Due to my surprise they got it done within a day and it was perfect! I highly recommend it!

Just a note of appreciation from my husband and myself to Frank and his mother and the great painting Crew who greeted us warmly and painted my black ford taurus and Mike's green subaru in a suburb way. The Crew did an excellent job and in record time. We live near the Art Museum but didn't mind the drive at all. Also thanks to the Deli across the street for the great chicken salad sandwich. They did a beautiful job on our Truck. All of the staff are great and extremely professional. If you should go there ask for Mike Campbell, he will go above and beyond for you and will make sure that you are one hundred percent happy before you leave, he even delivered our truck without us knowing. Great guy !

I usually don't write review but this service exceeded my expectations, i brought my 2008 acura tl type-s in for for a brand new paint job since the oem paint was faded and Allen write me an estimate and set up an appointment for the following day and the car was done as promised and boy the paint came out Excellent, my car loolsNew again. A month later my wife 2018 acura mdx was rear ended and again i took it to Allen and he was able to get the bumper fixed and painted done the same day, came out so clean the white pearl matches the oem paint perfectly... this macco location will be my go to bodyshop from now on although I'm from south Philly bit it's worth the time ...Thanks to Allen and the Paint crew!!!

I took my car to Macco after visiting several businesses. I was greeted quickly. I explained my service need and was given the advice and options needed. When the work was completed, I paid the exact price quoted and the body and paint job was very good. Excellent service. First time there and they treated me like we've known each other for years. The work is top-notch over exceeded my expectations. I am going to strongly recommend David and the team more business. I will be a repeat customer for either small work are large work in the near future. Once again outstanding customer service and treated me like family or close friend.

My vehicle took about a month in a half to complete because of the unprofessional work that was done.They sanded over my chrome pieces of the outside of my vehicle. They also damaged some parts in the inside of my car. Paint was chipping so bad, it was unbelievable. I do not recommend this place to anyone that is looking for quality and professional work. A customer dropped off his car for some repairs and they waited until the customer left to give my fianc� a ride back home in the car that the customer left. Is that even allowed?!?!?Owner tries to defend his employees but that type of behavior can not be defended. What would happen if there was an accident. Mike, please be careful with the individuals that you hire or maybe you accept this behavior and their actions. Please do not waste your time or money.The owner does not want to answer or reply to any of my calls. I am requesting a refund of my money!He should answer the call and deal with the issue head on instead of ignoring the problem.

The staff was great! They were friendly and put me at ease in a emotional situation. They made sure my car was done correctly and everything was in working order! I really appreciated the hard work. Even though it cost a little more than expected I was assured that the work would be done. I would recommend speaking with the manager Deiago and the body man Cruz both perfect gentlemen, professional and skilled. Thank you Macco I am a customer for life!!!

Just got my car back and I was literally in tears when I saw it! It came out so PERFECT! You can't even tell there was any damage at all. I'm so happy with the outcome. Maaco went above and beyond my expectations! Great great place! Thank you Mike! You're the best!

Good place. Car came out good. No complaints about actual work. It did take a little longer than expected but worth the wait. Only complaint is that every time I call it takes forever to talk to someone. There s days where I call (during working hours) and they never even return the call. But overall good

Very good job overall !!!I took my car for fix and paint, and they gave it back to me like brand new, they cleaned the interior and exterior. They gave it back ahead of time. Diego and David DeMarco was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the work.

The estimate for the job said that it would take 3 or 4 days but it ended up taking two weeks, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. When the car was returned the antenna and hood emblem were not on the vehicle so I had to return to the site to have them reinstalled. The paint job itself was very good.

Had some work done on my roof 2 yrs ago and it started to rust again. Brought it back and they said it ll take 5 days. They took 10. Work still looks poor.Worse yet, they dented my door and said they need to review the security tape before they can do anything.Lousy service, lousy work, shady people. AVOID!Service: Body & Trim

Very happy with the customer service! Lori knew I was so upset and wanted my car fixed sooner then later so she squeezed me in to get the job done. Thanks so much Lori for caring and being so nice! Excellent customer service from all employees here.
