Ludlow Auto Repair Shop will always hold a special place in my heart. Isaiah took amazing care of me. I had my car towed here to get an estimate for repairs. I knew the repair costs were going to be high, and I was paying out of pocket. Isaiah worked for days to try and find a way to get the cost lowered and still get quality parts. Unfortunately the cost was still high, so I decided to trade it in. But IF I ever need ANY kind of car repair, this is where I'm going. TOTAL 5 STARS!!

Isaiah's service in fixing my car was exceptional. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. From the moment I contacted him to the completion of the job, Isaiah communicated effectively and provided a clear timeline for the repairs. Took my car over the owner called the insurance company the same day, got everything done, including a rental that picked me up and I dropped it back off to Ludlow. My car looked great, they even detailed the inside.....thank you btw it was a mess! The woman at the front desk is the sweetest! I will bring my car back if needed and I recommend anyone to use them. I literally had to do nothing.

Amazing shop! Everyone who worked there was so friendly. The owner helped resolve our issue directly, got the repair done quickly, and at a very fair rate! Would absolutely recommend people use this shop, and I will be going back here or sending my friends if we have issues in the future.

I was referred by a family member for some extensive body work on my car. The process took a few weeks but every time I called, Lisa, the receptionist was always very courteous. Isaiah was pleasant and professional and the work they did was amazing. My car looks as good as new and I would recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

This place made my car look brand spanking new like how it did when I first drove off the lot. In addition, they got rid of the cigarette smell in my car, arbitrarily. Very satisfied

Outstanding service! My Subaru was broken into with the window smashed and glove box ripped out, I called Ludlow in a panic about what to do. They were professional, down-to-earth, and very understanding. The repair job was great and I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend and will be going back for future auto body repairs.

Ludlow Auto repair Shop, is like family. We all know business first, but they put you first!!!! From getting you in a rental , to making all the dings and damages to your vehicle history. My car came back to me just as I took it off the lot!!! Brand-new and looking good. I have done business with this shop for 10 years, and the service is above standard. If you need that work look no further, Ludlow Auto will get you right.

I can not recommend this place highly enough. I went to Ludlow after consulting with three different shops about a cosmetic repair on my Mazda 3. Isiah thoroughly walked me though my options and did not try to b.s. me with anything. The repair looks amazing and Isiah went out of his way to make my experience fantastic.

The catalytic converter was stolen from my car on 3/10/22. Ludlow sent out their tow truck guy to pick it up from me, I am an hour away from them and there was no additional charge. From what I had heard, for the car that I have, it was taking up to 3 months for shops and dealerships to get the part. I got my car back in less than a month. And, my car was shiner than when they got it. Also, their customer service was phenomenal.

I would highly recommend this shop. I was treated like family, they communicated well and was very professional. I received my car in better shape than it was before the accident. It literally looks like I drove it off the lot of the dealership. They are the best hand downs in Philly. For a company to stay in business for over 50 years and still gives top notch customer service is amazing!!!!

I can't thank these folks enough for saving me. I caught a flat on the back right wheel of my Porsche Cayenne and went to these guys to check it out after a recommendation from a friend of mine. Not only was the service excellent but they went above and beyond in getting me the identical tire I needed (instead of other shops who just wanted to use different brands but same size). They also helped me learn so many new things about my car. If I have any car issues in the future I'm literally only going to them.

I had a fantastic experience at Ludlow Auto Repair. The staff was extremely helpful in obtaining a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. Isaiah and Ike couldn't have been nicer people. They guided me through the whole process, helped me get my rental car, and completed the work on my vehicle quickly and in all honesty it came out looking better than before it had been hit. I'd highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work

The people at the Ludlow Auto repair is like! Basically like family to me! You go and you will get kind courteous and professional service! Also the staff is very knowledgeable! Your work will be done in a quality Manor.Anon average you do not have to wait weeks or months for your car is returned!they vacuumed the inside and clean the inside of your car and wash the outside when they returned it to you if it's an insurance claim that you need take it to them they can help you with it they are truly very kind and professional people!
