My brand new car was rear-ended and had minor damage. The bumper needed to be repainted and Liberty Auto Body did a great job! It was a quick turnaround and they color matched it exactly - even including the same sparkles to match the rest of my car. It was reasonably priced and I will be recommending their services to others!

Excellent service from initially call to pick up. Kim went above and beyond when I had run into a small issue with my insurance and helped ensure the cost was covered in full. At the time of pick up my car wouldn't start(issue I knew about with the battery connection prior to dropping off). The gentleman that did the windshield repair came out to check if everything was okay. I explained the issue and he went and got a washer to put under the battery terminal connector and solved my problem! Also the windshield replacement on my 2016 Mazda Miata looks amazing. Quality Work, Great Customer Service, and quick scheduling... what more could you ask for!

Vinny was great to work with. Brought my car in for a crack in the front bumper, which other locations wanted to replace the entire bumper for. He didn't try to sell me on a new bumper and told me it would take a couple of days to complete. Paint match is perfect, and it looks like it never happened. Highly recommended!

To give my background with cars: I can do my own oil change and change a tire. I can't do much else, unfortunately. Because of that I'm always nervous to go to the mechanic. I moved across the U.S.A: from Seattle to Philadelphia, so I was extremely nervous, because Philly has a lot of rules for cars that are very different than any other state ( and/or D.C. where I 1st got my car titled, ect),I was so nervous, but Vinny and everyone else were wonderful. I don't want to sound cheesy, but they were great about listening to what I was concerned about with my car and were just kind and great to be around in general. They did the emissions test, AND did an oil change, general tune up/check up.Just an all around top notch job done by kind, good people. I really hate moving and finding a trustworthy new mechanic sucks. Save yourself the headache, they really do a fantastic job here.

Vinny took care of my car and he did an awesome job. He was quick and efficient and super nice and professional to deal with! Would 100% come back here again for my car. Not only did he fix my car but when I got it back it was spotless inside and out. I love this place.

I went to 3 different highly rated auto body shops to get body work estimates. Vinny (the owner) correctly diagnosed the issues and did the repairs quickly with amazing results (at a much lower cost since the others said I needed a new bumper or new bumper cover). The dealer said I needed new shocks but Vinny said I didn t. He is scrupulously honest and he/his crew does great work. I recommend Vinny s shop with no reservations for both bodywork and auto repair

If the world was filled with people like Vinny and his team, we wouldn t have to worry about a thing. Vinny saved my a** and gave me an incredible price on top of it. He really is the most understanding, helpful, and thoughtful mechanic I ve been to. When i saw the 5 star reviews, I didn t know if I should believe it. But he deserves the 5 stars and more. Simply the best garage I ve been to. Liberty Auto is a straight up, honest business that provides exceptional service at a very fair price. Vinny was in communication throughout the day giving me updates and even kept the place open late for me to pick up. Ill be coming back for all my future maintenance and if you re looking for a mechanic, I highly recommend you check them out.

Vinny and the other guys at Liberty are incredible! Brought my car in with the entire front ripped off and they returned it to me looking good as new, honestly even better than when I brought it in. Amazing work on the car and fantastic customer service - even stayed late for me to pick it up. Did everything they could to make this a positive experience for the customer. 5/5 - anyone should feel comfortable choosing Liberty for any work they might need - they would be in very good hands.

I normally do not write reviews, unless they are very bad or good. I have nothing to say but positive things about this auto body shop and the people there. Vinny is the most down-to-earth and honest person you will ever meet in this industry. Here is my story. My vehicle was hit in the parking lot at work and the front bumper, fog light and grill was destroyed, paint all off. It was hit so hard, the container that held the windshield wiper fluid was cracked and was leaking. I was so upset since this was the first thing that I ever bought and the only thing with my name on it that I can call mine. After researching multiple auto shops, the reviews that I read about this place were all positive, but I needed to find out for myself. I called the shop and spoke with Vinny. He listened to me, understood where I was coming from and took time out to help make me feel reassured that everything was going to be okay. What really made me decide to come to his shop was that after my story, his first question to me was, "are YOU okay? Cars I can fix, no problem, but were you hurt?" That statement right there finalized my decision to go to him, and that I can entrust my baby in his hands. From the first day that I met Vinny, it was nothing but love and positivity. You can FEEL that he loves what he does and ENJOYS it, and he makes sure that every job that comes to him will be immaculate. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before finalizing everything. Any little concern or question I had, he made sure to address it. There's so much more I can say about this shop but that will end up to be a book (LOL) if I keep going. I want to give Liberty Auto Body more than 5 stars because that's how phenomenal they are. My baby came back to me like when I just bought it from the dealership. The ending to my review is this. Go to Liberty Auto Body for all your automotive needs, we are not just customers to them, we are a family to them. Vinny and the team will make sure you and your baby will be well taken care of. "I worked hard for those reviews."That's what Vinny said when he asked how I found him. After someone hit my parked car and destroyed the bumper, I looked for a local body shop, and Liberty Auto Body had the best reviews by a mile. After taking my car to them, I can confirm what every other reviewer has said. Not only does my bumper look better than when I first got it, they threw in a complimentary cleaning and detailing for the whole car and fixed a few minor things unrelated to the bumper at no charge. They did all this just to make sure the customer was happy - and because they're good people who care about their neighbors.I'll absolutely be coming back to Vinny and will steer all my friends to Liberty Auto Body in the future.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Liberty auto is amazing! Vinny, Kate, and their team of mechanics are all very knowledgeable and know the industry.I ve never felt more comfortable walking in an auto body shop than I do when I drop off/pick up my car at Liberty. Over the last 1.5 years, I ve had an inspection, oil changes, brake lights, general maintenance and tires - all done to perfection. I was referred to Liberty when I first moved to Philadelphia and I'm so glad I was. They are attentive, thorough, and conscientious. Just as an example, I had a concern about one tire, and Liberty took the initiative to make sure the same issue didn't affect all 4. I really appreciate Liberty not just for the excellent work they do, but also for their flexibility, and for always taking the time to explain to me what's going on with my car. Absolutely incredible service. Top notch workers, and very friendly and understanding staff. I ran into some bad luck after the Super Bowl and hit a pot hole on Broad St. I had no where to go and was trying to get back home to Baltimore. Vinny and his guys were very understanding and helped me get everything sorted out in record time and even changed my oil. They let me stay in the office while I waited and even offered me a beer. I ve been taking my car here for two years, from inspections to every little thing that seems off, and I have no complaints! It can be intimidating to find a go to shop with your first car, especially as a woman, but the team at liberty is honest, fair and happy to explain everything in detail.I have a pretty old car and recently I took it in for something that felt off. After a few days and a lot of tests, they returned it to me with no problem. Where many places would ve found things to replace to needlessly charge me, Vinny tested everything himself and feels comfortable driving it and I feel better knowing it was looked at and I can bring it back in the future should anything else come up.Highly recommend!

Vinny, Kate and the crew at Liberty are the best in the business. Trustworthy, reliable and their work speaks for itself. The customer service at liberty auto body is 2nd to none thanks to Kate. She helped set up my rental car and dealt with the insurance company too, I didn t have to do anything . When I moved to South Philly two years ago, a neighbor suggested I go to Liberty Auto Body, and I am so happy that I did. I cannot recommend them enough! Little Vinnie is seriously the best. The prices are completely reasonable, and Vinnie has always been upfront and honest about the care of my car. Recently, after having an issue with my car while driving, Vinnie immediately had me bring it in to be taken care of. He is willing to work with my schedule and is flexible and reliable. Vinnie truly cares about his customers and it shows.

Since discovering Liberty, it is the only auto shop I go to now! I trust them with caring for my car like it's their own. They've taken care of everything from oil changes to making my car look brand new after it got t-boned in an accident. The services are very reasonably priced. Excellent craftsmanship, customer service and attention to detail. The crew is extremely friendly and respectful, and Vinny makes sure you are happy with the finished product. Highly recommend!
