I would definitely recommend these guys. I have had no issues, and they are very fast at getting the work completed. Very personable also. Can't say enough good things about this business.

People in the business know that this is the best car repair shop on the planet. You cannot beat their honesty, prices, turnaround time, and skill. Shop around for proof. Compare Kelley's to anyone else. I have no affiliation with them whatsoever, but I like to praise great businesses and Kelley's is the very best.

I called on Friday to see if I could bring my vehicle in for a check engine light. Rich told me that they were booked until Wednesday. He asked me what was going on. I explained to him that my light was on and I was heading to the shore in a few hours and I wanted to know if there was actually an issue or if it was something bogus. He told me to bring it around and he'd take a look at it. I got there. He hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and had me in and out in five minutes letting me know that it was a non-issue and I was safe to drive to the shore. Great experience and I think I found myself a new mechanic! Thanks, Rich!

I have been taking my work and personal vehicles to Eric and his staff for the past 15 years.I have recommended this shop to my friends and family. Anyone who used them have been very happy with their work.Kelly s is dependable and honest. Let's be honest, NO ONE likes needing to take their vehicle in for repairs. A lot of mechanics have a bad rep-most of it earned. However, Kelly's Auto have never been anything but honest with me, and my family. They...inherited me from my dad,who was a customer, then my mom, and now me.I don't have to worry if they are being honest, or trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs/ parts.If you need a mechanic that won't rip you off and who does quality work, go to Kelly's!

I'm from St. Louis and was considering purchasing a truck from a dealership close to the shop. Bob agreed to inspect the vehicle for me prior to purchase and gave me some very valuable information. Saved me a lot of money and charged me less than $30 for the inspection. Very honest and trustworthy place.

Switched my three cars to this shop after a disappointment at Pep Boys. Service was fine for about two years. Prices were average, probably a little higher than Pep Boys, but, at the end of the day I wanted someone I could more or less trust (you are never there all the way unless a. you are a mechanic or b. he is your close relative). Last time my father took the car for inspection, a week or two later I noticed several small things off: some scratch on the front right door (not sure that is from the shop), the plastic panel in the driver side front door (one around the power windows switches) was going back and forth all of the sudden, the A/C blowing mode switch was not working properly: all modes were off and it didn't go all the way to the last mode, you had to switch it counter-clockwise to get to the last mode, and also I noticed that the was a chip/scratch on the left of that under stereo panel that encases the A/C switches, as if someone put the screwdriver to it to open it, some other spots in on the interior of the car were dirty - but that is usually to be expected from most shops in my experience. Someone definitely open the A/C panel in the front of the car and messed around with the insides and the front driver side door for some reason. When brought to the attention of one of the owners, he said it was not them, as they did not need to do anything in those parts of the car for the inspection. Now, I am not saying that the entire shop is bad, this could be just one mechanic, but I did not like how the owner didn't even entertain this idea, and just refused to fix it. I drive my car every day, I keep my interior in immaculate condition, no one else had access to the car. Now I need to take it to the dealership so they tell me what was done to the car.Definitely lost my business. Need to find a mechanic I could trust - a perpetual problem...

This shop has been owned and operated by family since it opened. The father since retired but his sons are doing an excellent job keeping up the business motto of honest good values.Mainly any customer you met while there getting ur car serviced has been coming to Kelleys exclusively for YEARS! I was very impressed as it was obviously they take care of their customers needs, it's one big family.They are honest, reliable and get the job done without hassling you into a new gadget or service you don't actually need.I recommend taking your business here, you won't be disappointed!

Great guys, Eric and Lance are the most honest people you'll ever meet. Work gets done right and on time. Kelley's is the best auto repair shop in Philly or maybe anywhere, but you have to make an appointment, which is annoying. But if you want the best of the best, it's totally worth the wait. I have literally saved so much money on repairs here that I have been able to buy back-up cars. Nobody works for free, but for what you get you ain't gonna beat Kelley's. The one star review is so fake, it is just an ad for Dennis Auto Repair, who by the way went out of business because they did horrible repairs at inflated prices.

Google the video posted by Dr. Paul Teich that raves about Kelley's. Or call Dr. Teich directly. I'm sure that he wouldn't mind spending a minute or two verifying his praise of this amazing repair shop. I am also a loyal customer of Kelley's and have been since the 80's. Kelley's Auto Repair is the most honest in the business. I can only speculate about how many thousands of dollars they have saved me. They do perfect repairs every time and you get the most possible bang for the buck. Kelley's always keeps their word and gets it done on time every time. I am a successful businessperson and thus know something about businesses in general. I wish that all businesses operated this way.
