I went Integrity Auto Parts this morning during the rain to grab some new wiper blades. The older gentleman at the counter was so nice and helpful. I told him I didn t know how to install them and asked if he could help me and he agreed. While he was installing them he offered for me to get into my car so I could get out of the rain, which was very thoughtful. I really appreciated his help! I will be coming back!!!

Walked here to get a new headlight bulb. Service was rude - the staff barely acknowledged my presence during the transaction. Though I was eventually helped and got the correct part, there was neither a thank you nor eye contact as I was handed change and the receipt. I left feeling as if I had intruded, which is an unacceptable way to be treated as the customer!!! I figured I'd patronize a local business over Pep Boys a block away but am sorry I did. Go to another auto parts store and get help from real humans.

Amazing service, I was in and out very quickly, just picking up some screws for my license plate. Very helpful staff

It's incredible to have 2 auto parts stores 5 blocks approx. Apart that are so great at giving you the right part the men are experienced in the field.
