This is the greatest shop I ve ever been to so far and I m blessed to have found them. They are very knowledgeable, fair, understanding, and most importantly, honest. The owner is very passionate when it comes to fixing any issues you may have and very willing to explain what was going wrong with the car in detail. I ve learned so much just from the conversations that we have.Which brings me to my next point of why they re so great, they actually find the issue and fix the issue if possible. I ve been to too many mechanics and dealerships (especially dealerships) that will just say that everything needs to be replaced without even attempting to fix the issue, which causes the price to jump unnecessarily. Being able to find the source of an issue and fix it surgically seems to be a dying art. For example, my parents have a car that was leaking power steering fluid. They took it to another shop in their area to have it fixed. A week later and the issue arises again, they bring it back only to be quoted over $1000 for a rack and pinion replacement. I thought that couldn t be right and instead brought the car to this shop. Same day and $75 later the issue is fixed. They addressed the leak which ended up just being some things that weren t tightened properly. I went from almost having to pay over $1000 dollars to only paying $75. This shop is amazing and fair.I could go on and on about my experiences with this shop, but the gist is this shop is amazing. They are a blessing and I m truly grateful to have a mechanic I can trust.

Nothin but good can be said about this repair shop. They have been servicing all of our cars for a very long time and I ve never had any complaints. Great communication. They have really experienced mechanics that can solve complex problems with ease. Coming to the shop and talking to staff is always a pleasure. Total rip off, i have changed all my spark plugs and ignition coils for my BMW and the fuel injectors and i have paid over $4000 and in not even 6 months all the spark plugs went bad and two coils burned out and the fuel injector on cylinder 7 went bad and the owner was like i m not responsible and we have no warranty while when i purchased those parts while the car was getting fixed he was like you have lifetime warranty on the coils and spark plugs and 2 year warranty on the fuel injectors but unfortunately it was a lie. So disappointed, be careful when you go there and make sure you have something written if they promise with any warranty bc they don t keep their words!!

I highly recommend Ivan and his staff!! This is a Class A certified business. The personnel is attentive, informative, reasonable, and reliable. The waiting area is clean and very comfy! The business is organized and busy, but always available when necessary! Do not hesitate to give this shop your business!

A million thanks to Ivan and crew for the excellent work they did on my car. They are professional, courteous, and understanding. My car was out of commission and I didn't know what to do. My wife and I contacted Ivan, we got my car towed to their shop and they worked diligently to find what was wrong. Which happened to be the Timing Chain. Also, they work with vehicle warranties. I took my Mercedes Benz S 500 4matic to IC auto inc.To get a neutral emergency switch put in and waited 3 weeks for my car to be repaired I get my car back and didn't even drive it A-day the switch goes bad. I call them and tell them about the problem they tell me to bring the car back that they put in a junkyard part that they will rectify the situation So I take my car back I wait another 3 weeks and the car is worse than when I took it to them. my councils It's all torn apart and now I have to take it to my regular mechanic to fix everything they messed up I am so frustrated and furiated with these people I will never use them again "if you want your car fixed with junkyard parts go to these people that's what they're good for."

This place is great. I've used them multiple times for repairs needed to my 08 Infiniti FX35. I'm a Lyft driver and usually call requesting repairs pretty last minute. They've always squeezed me in when I was desperate, and charge less than estimates I've gotten at other shops. When I needed my control arm done, I was given ridiculous prices at other shops because they assume I have money because I drive an Infiniti, but in reality, I'm a single mom struggling to pay my rent and only have an Infiniti because a friend was nice enough to sell it to me super cheap after my old car broke down. IC Auto did the control arm for the same price they charged me to do the control arm in my old car, which was $150 cheaper than another shop wanted to charge me. Highly recommend. They do quality work at very fair prices.

The owner is a true car enthusiast who enjoys rebuilding/modifying cars as a hobby. I got a chance to see one of those cars in a shop - an impressive attention to detail.Also, this shop does a regular car service, and in my case, a long list of jobs on engine and transmission were performed with true professionalism. I have a fleet of vehicles, this is the best shop that I have ever used for both my personal imports and my working Ford trucks. Ivan was always able to program or diagnose any issue we had. I reccomend!

I was in the area looking to buy a used car and wantted a mechanics opinion. I don't remember the gentlemans name but he was very friendly, took it for a test drive and threw it on the lift and to lookk it over the truck for me. He gave me some insight for better bargaining price. I offered him money bit didn't accept anything. Seems like an awesome shop and guy wish I lived closed to use him as my mechanic. Ps bought the truck
