I LOVE this body shop. They all are friendly and will keep open communication while your car is there. They are trustworthy. ROSE is the BEST!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need and deserve. She contacts and have the rental company and have your ride ready before your arrival and deals with the insurance company and their nonsense.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

100/10!!!If I could rate using every star in the galaxy, I surely would! HIGHLY recommend. I love how evident everyone s love is for what they do, and the love they simply have for you as their customer/client at Hollywood Collisions.From claim guidance to the moment I drove off their lot, I was shown consideration, understanding, patience, and compassion. There s NO other body shop I d trust. This is my second time needing their services and it seems the experience gets better each time.The first time someone attempted to steal my car by busting open my steering column, shattering my rear window and dinged up my passenger door; and in less than 2 mths I got my car back better than it was when i first got it off the dealership lot!The second time black ice made me swerve off the road, ruining the front of my car. There isn t an issue they can t fix, and i m forever grateful for them and their generous hearts.

My car was hit while parked and boy at that moment was I devastated but thanks to Rose all weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I dropped my car off and received red carpet service. Rental was set for me, insurance company was handled for me man this is the BEST shop to go too! If you re ever into any accidents I highly recommend Hollywood. My girls Rose and Vanessa will get you right everytime thanks ladies!

My was done so I go pick it up had to go by a battery because they drain the battery when I took the car the battery was fine so I know not to go back again this is my second time going there the first time was good now this my second time hopefully I will not be in accident again look around before you take your car

Hollywood Collision is the best when I mean they treat you with excellences, top tier services they treat there customers the best, they keep you updated with everything about your vehicle from the insurance, rental, oh did I forget to mention that you get picked up and taken to your rental when I mean you don t have the lift a finger you really my Gurl Rose get the job done and Vanessa s hands omg her work speaks for itself thank you again and I recommend anyone to bring their car to them #Keyana

Been to a few shops many of them performance based but ANY COLLISION OR BODY WORK BRING IT TO VENESSA SHE IS LEGIT. TOP CRAFTSMANSHIP AND QUALITY ASWELL AS GREAT COMMUNICATION at her establishment wouldn t recommend anyone else

First off, I just want to start off by stating that I absolutely LOVE that this is a female owned body shop! Second, I enjoyed working with Vanessa and how professional and considerate she was while my car was in her care.My car took about roughly almost two weeks to complete, I am in love by the work Hollywood Collison did. They did an AMAZING job with the paint and body work. While in the shop Vanessa made sure to keep me updated on estimated times and what was being done/completed to my car.The repair was quick and smooth didn t have any issues whatsoever and got my car back in no time!I 100% recommend Hollywood Collison for all your body work and paint repair needs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 19 year old got into an accident I took a chance and used this shop instead of my usual guy .Mostly because of the excellent customer service . *UPDATE*10 Aug 2020Got my GT-R back mid July after 6 months of waiting around for it to be finished. It was a nightmare to even get it back,None of the structural work that was listed on the insurance estimate was completed.The radiator support was never replaced as the owner claimed it was.Numerous connectors are disconnected and just hanging.Mounting brackets for the bumper are broken.The front bumper is NOT new as claimed.The front lip fell off while driving down the highway.The bumper itself was held on with sheet metal screws tapped into the fenders.Numerous lights were burned out.My driver side door won't open from the inside.The driver side mirror was disconnected.The $5,000 custom paint job has so many swirls and holograms in it you'd think it was 3-D.There's well over 10-15 THOUSAND dollars worth of repair work to fix the things Vanessa broke or neglected.This is a classic case of insurance fraud as she was paid well over $30,000 to repair this car and she used the money to go on trips and purchase new bags with.Avoid this shop at all costs if you don't want to have to get an attorney involved.Service: Body & Trim

My Insurance gave Hollywood Collison a very hard time and Hollywood didn't give up on me. I'm so pleased with my vehicle. Whomever scratched my vehicle, I thank you because my vehicle looks brand new. I usually find something wrong with something, but this time I couldn't find anything thing but happiness. I came in the shop very upset and Hollywood took note of that and offered me help without any strings attached. I really appreciate the owner and employee's!! By the way it wasn't expensive. I picked the right place !! Thanks again and I really do appreciate you Vanessa. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND MUCH SUCCESS

Hollywood Collision deserve 20 stars. They really repaired my car..they worked on it and made it look brand new as if I never had an accident. They staff is very professional, detailed, honest and they are true advocates for you ,while getting you exact quotes and prices for repairs needed. Hollywood collision was great. Vanessa the owner and Madeline the office manager/secretary were both very helpful and professional in every aspect during the whole process while my truck was in the shop. It was done in a timely manner and came out looking brand new. I would take my truck back to them in a heartbeat if i ever had any damage again and would also refer anyone to them as well. Overall it was a very good experience working with them and i highly recommend them.

I would recommend Hollywood Collision to anyone who is in need of repairs. I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my car. Everything was done in a timely manner and looks great on the car. Vanessa had such awesome customer service. She made sure to explain in detail what needed to be done and also follow up to make sure I knew where they were with the repairs. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Hollywood Collision is the place to go! Vanessa was great with being very attentive with details of the damages to my car. And dealing with the insurance company making sure they kept they end of their responsibility and paying for everything. Madeline kept me in the loop with every change. Called me and was available every time I had a concern or question. If you want good work good quality and good customer service. I recommend Hollywood Collision!

I was out of state while my car was towed to Hollywood Collision and the staff there was incredible with their level of communication and care for my car. They ensured I was kept in the loop every step of the way and that I knew my car would be in good hands even though I was out of state. They took great care of my car and had my back with insurance to ensure that my car got the best treatment possible and made sure the insurance company didn't cut any corners. They are caring and considerate through tough conversations and very transparent throughout the process. Hope I don't have to use them again but would highly recommend them!

Hollywood Collision did a excellent job painting & replacing my rear bumper on my 2015 car. The office staff was very professional & very informative during the repair process. I am completely satisfied with the overall experience & the work done on my car. Looks perfect, All smiles over here, thankyou Vanessa! I will refer your company to my friends & family !!

If you are looking for professionalism and speedy and efficient service, Hollywood collision is where you want to go. The owner Vanessa is very polite and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and done well. Didn't feel like I was getting schemed or anything with Vanessa nothing but the up most respect for Vanessa and her shop with the way it is ran. The workers as well were very professional and they even gave my car a good cleaning inside and out. Car looked better coming out then when I brought it in the way they cleaned it up. Thank you to everyone at Hollywood collision I and I'm sure others appreciate what you do and how you do it. Thank you all.

Hollywood collision is by far the best body shop! Things are always done in a timely matter and they always go out their way to please a customer The owner Vanessa works with everyone and no matter what has her customers backs!! Her office girl Rose is so sweet she's constantly calling to give updates and always friendly. Most importantly her guys do great work if you want great customer service and quality work I recommend this team to all!!!
