I came here after a VERY pricey trip to MINI of Mt Laurel and WOW, I was extremely pleased with the service I got. I roginlally brought it in with some concerns the dealership had highlighted and added a PA Inspection. However, the assured me that there were no issues warranting service and saved me literally hundred of dollars that I would have spent elsewhere.I needed to drop my MINI off after work and the night drop was a little tricky to find. However, once you get back behind the building, parking was ample and the night drop box was easy to use.If you have a MINI or BMW, you will want to go here over any other local shop for service or upgrades. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of their staff. The fact that they were willing to be honest with me about the service my car actually required speaks volumes. Tim (owner) is knowledgeable and friendly. He's great at getting back to me when I have questions. They definitely know their stuff about minis. They know more than the service folks at Mini of Mt Laurel.

I took my 2009 335i coupe here for years for all sorts of maintenance such as regular oil changes, walnut shell cleaning, front struts, oil pan gasket, and more. Tim is great to work with. Better quality service than the BMW dealer and for less than half the cost. I take all my older BMWs here and they get these cars running like new. I ve taken my Mini Cooper here a few times. They ve been really helpful every time. They have a deep understanding of the cars they service. The prices are fair and the work floor is pristine.

Had an unexpected issue with my BMW and went to Helix at the recommendation of a good friend. My car was assessed and fixed in an extremely timely manner, with plenty of communication along the way. All in all it was a pretty minor fix but at all steps in the process I felt heard and respected, which made me that much more confident and comfortable. Overall great experience here and I'd highly recommend Helix to anyone with a BMW or Mini Cooper!

Top notch, very professional. Was having issues with my 2011 BMW 328i Coupe and was there 3 times within 6 weeks each for a different problem. They even took 10% off just because of all the issues I was having. A friend of mine recommended Helix for my Mini. The owner Tim was great to work with. I ended up having to get the clutch replaced. Super easy to work with, prompt service, car drives like she s new again. Thanks Helix!

If you own a Mini then you are in luck! The team here at Helix are very friendly and their knowledge of the cars is second to none.They offer their services for a much more reasonable price than the dealership and when they fix a problem it stays fixed. Unlike my past experiences with dealerships.If you need a Mini or BMW garage for your maintenance/repair needs look no further! Just give them a call and they will be more than happy to help.

MINI and BMW specialists. Smart group of guys. They run a tight ship and stand by their work. Great service. Would I recommend them? The answer is always YES! You want to upgrade your BMW and/or MINI? Make an appointment. It will be done right. They took my car in when other shops were afraid of the work.

Just got back from service with the Helix team. Tim is a pleasure to deal with. He's honest and a nice guy to boot. I only got my Mini earlier this year, but they've already taken care of a number of issues for me. Their prices are competitive and they do good work. I wish I didn't have to take 76 to get to them (one of my least favorite roads to drive in a Mini) but the fact I am willing to do it should tell you all you need to know. Glad I found them and look forward to using them for years to come... although I hope not TOO often ;)

Top notch service at better prices than the dealership. Isn't that what you want when you are getting your BMW (or MINI) serviced? These guys are car enthusiasts and they tell it to you straight. I have had performance work, upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance done at Helix and the guys are always up-front and honest with their estimates and advice. No drama, no attitude.

Another fantastic job done by the crew at Helix. I've brought my car here a few times in the past and have never been disappointed. I had reached out to them to have my valve cover gasket replaced, walnut blast, and new spark plugs installed. They quoted a very fair price for this job, and their turnaround time was an added bonus. I will always come to Helix for my repair and any other type of work for my car.

I can't say enough about my experience with Helix. My wife own's a 2010 Mini Cooper. One day, the check engine light went on and we decided to take it in for service. After getting quoted for a fix at nearly $5,000 at the dealership, I took our vehicle to Helix for a second opinion. On an initial phone call with Tim, he explained that many of the things that the dealership explained about the problem with our car made sense in theory, but it would be hard to believe all those things we're wrong with the vehicle. Long story short, it took them just over a day to get under the hood, diagnose the issue and determine it was a simple oil pressure issue - not the laundry list of part replacements and catastrophic issues pointed out by dealership. A $5,000 fix turned into a $200 oil change and part replacement. The mechanics we're straight forward, talked us through every step of their process and we're transparent with us from the very beginning. The customer service couldn't have been better. They also showed us some wear and tear that should be taken care of in the future and quoted us now so that we could plan for the fix in the future. Much better than being hit over the head with a rogue bill come inspection time. A big thanks to the Helix team - we'll be back for future service and maintenance work.

I recently got my clutch replaced on my Mini JCW at Helix. Not only did they get the job done quickly but they provided me the best price for parts and labor. Eric, the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the damage and work he did to replace the clutch and fly wheel and also showed me a detailed breakdown of the cost. He even allowed me to come on a Sunday (when the shop was closed) to pick up my car. Moving forward, I plan to have all maintenance and performance needs taken care of by Helix. I highly recommend this place!

I feel extremely lucky to have found Helix. Tim and co. take such great care of my classic Mini and put in the extra effort to make sure everything is working properly even when I'm just in for a state inspection. Really above and beyond.

Very thankful I found this shop. They specialize in MINIs and BMWs. Just had them take care of several routine maintenance and unexpected repairs. Had an issue with a part in the adaptive headlights being broken and instead of just suggesting a $1000 replacement they were able to 3D print the part and repair the headlights for less than $50!! Highly recommend Helix if you own a MINI.

Had a clutch replaced here on an E36 and they did a great job. Tim was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. The whole team is very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They took their time to do the job right and I respect that.I will definitely be taking my cars here in the future.

Money or profit isn't their priority here, there priority here is YOU and helping you to their fullest! 2009 Mini S. Had the walnut blasting done and a timing chain replaced. I never met Eric, but Mike the mechanic is awesome. I had a few issues that my regular mechanic couldn't figure out. I found helix online and after 2 tries, Mike figured out exactly what was wrong. Cool guy and not pushy. You can recognize him by his colorful hairstyle. The walnut blasting is 349$, great price compared to the dealership that wanted 850$!!!! Will use them again for my Mini needs!!!

I have a 2010 Mini Cooper that developed some problems which stumped my local mechanic. With the recommendation of another Mini owner, my husband and I contacted Helix Motorsports and they were able to look at my car and correctly diagnose what was causing my "engine" icon to continuously be displayed on the dash. They also discovered a worn timing chain that needed to be replaced ASAP, which prevented me from having very serious problems not too far down the road! The cost estimate given was just about exactly what it really was. Even though Helix's location is not convenient to where I live in Pottstown, it was so worth it to take it there and now have my Mini back in tip top shape! We give Helix Motorsports 5 stars!

Excellent mechanics. Took my X5 there for some Check Engine Light work. Honest, accurate diagnosis and timely, affordable repair. They won't push unnecessary repairs on you. Absolutely no reason to go to a dealer if you're not on warranty or something. They specialize in Mini's, but do work on any BMW.

If you own a Mini or a BMW this is the place to get it fixed. These guys have saved me so much money over the years. They have replaced my brakes, suspension, clutch, tires, and so much more. I take my 2005 Mini Cooper S and my 2006 BMW 325xi to Helix and ever-time I leave with a smile! At Helix they live Mini's and BMW's and it shows...... a very special place.

The staff here is trustworthy and knowledgeable and price the work fairly. I ve gone to Helix for both my BMW and Tesla. I ve always had a great experience here. I wish there were more neighborhood shops run this way!

They know their minis. Tim is very knowlegeable. The rest of the crew is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is my car stayed too long (5 whole days!) But they were able to get it ready before the weekend. Their prices are better than the dealers but not by much, Id say 20% less thats it.

This is a LONG overdue review. I've been going to Helix for several years now and I can't say enough good things about their ability to handle all kinds of auto work. From repairs and major modifications on our Mini Cooper S (R53) to tuning our 135i (N54) Helix is one of the few places around that truly knows what they are doing. These guys spend hours fine tuning designs to squeeze every last bit of power and efficiency out of Germany's best vehicles. From selling top-quality performance parts to diagnosing and repairing mechanically complex issues on extremely confusing vehicles, Helix can do it all. They will build your car and then some. You will NOT regret taking your car to Helix.
