I love this place and have been going here for 20+ years. They are accommodating, honest, honest, honest, which for me as a woman is the most important thing. The prices are reasonable. One time they fixed my water pump and replaced the battery which came from AutoZone. Six months later, the battery would not charge. I took it back to them. They called AutoZone and AutoZone delivered a new battery. Free cost as it was under warranty and I was on my way again. I would recommend this mechanic to anybody. It doesn t look like much on the outside, but these guys are hard workers.!! finding a mechanic that doesn t rip you off and actually knows what they re doing is not an easy task

They couldn't find where the sensor went for 2 hours. Then they said I had the wrong part. I had the diagnostic done at Auto Zone. It tells you what the car needs. I went back to Auto Zone and the young man showed me where the part goes. He sent me to a good Auto shop near by and the young man put it on in 5 minutes and charged me only $20. H&M's tried to charge me $77 for not finding where the sensor goes. Not good business.

H & M auto is always fast and convenient! Herman (I believe that s his name) has always been a pleasure to work with, he s very upfront and honest and helpful. He s made my mechanic experience very easy and comfortable. Im glad I found a reliable mechanic I can trust !! Thanks so much to everyone at H&M!

Hours are great, guys are quick, but the place can get busy. I would've given more stars but had an alignment done and was told upon completion that the printer wasn't working so I was not given results of the test. Should've been informed before since they knew it was not working prior to performing the test.

With a leaking tire we found our way here on the directions from a kind person at the gas station. Super amazing. They were able to fix our tire and send us back on our way home to Baltimore, late on a Sunday afternoon. Super friendly and happy to help. Beautiful blue pit!

I had a flat tire from a nail and they handled it so quickly!! I drove up and they immediately started working on it. Before that I went to a place and waited for 45 min. Not only that but they told me to replace my entire tire and charged me way more than this place for the exact same thing!! This place doesn t rip you off and the people who work here are really sweet and helpful.

I had a nail in my tire on the driver's side. Took it to them to plug it and it was a good experience. We were in & out within 10 minutes. It was busy too but the staff was on it.A few weeks later, I acquired another one in my passenger side rear and since I had a good experience the first time around I returned. It took nearly 30 minutes to "repair " the tire. We were the only customers they had at the time. When my service was completed, everyone disappeared and no one backed us out /guided us out of the facility as they did the first time around. Fast forward a week later and my paasenger side tire is flat (has a slow leak) again. I'll locate another place to assist this time around.

I ve been coming to this shop for the last 8 years. They ve worked on 5 of my cars and never left me disappointed. They re often busy but you never have to wait long. They work fast and do the job right in front of you. Reasonable prices no matter the issue of the car.

DON'T EVER GO THERE. I went to do maintenance on my car which included: tires changes, balancing and alignment. As I was leaving the car was making a noise like one of the metals was broken. I didn't think much of it until I started driving the car more and realized it was driving differently by shifting and swerving on the roads. I went back to let them know and they refused to take accountability for breaking my hub bearing. I had my car for 4 years and it never gave me any problems.

Well it's a place you can go to If you don't have a lot of money if you have to get a tire Is inspected closely Make sure that they're not trying to hustle you And to getting a new tire

This place had super fast service. I went in short notice to fix a flat and they fixed it in 10 minutes right there! Only cost me 15 bucks and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very honest people who get the job done!

When you're in a pinch on a Sunday and you happen to find an honest mechanic who fixes the little thing that's actually wrong versus a big thing, you thank god you found a winner. I had a great experience with these guys. They found the problem quickly, showed me the issue, and fixed it just as quickly with no frills to the charge. This is what feels like the 10th thing to go wrong with my car in a week, and they were by far the best I've dealt with.

Auto mechanics name is Herman he is a very nice person really down to business did a beautiful job on my old 2000 Dodge beautiful work. He guarantees his work so if you have to swap out from your old part to the new part you just bought he will not do it which is good because if we have swapped out the part I would have been coming back in a few days with the same problem. He is a good conscientious mechanic.

Went there to get brakes and a caliper put on. The messes my car up my tire is smoking while driving down the street. They fixed one problem caused another, $1700 later my car still doesnt work correctly and the guy has no answers. Once I brought it to be fixed and the lot was full so I parked it on the street, the mechanic left it there for a week and didnt start the job until I came back complaining.I wouldnt send my worst enemy there

Worst place ever they get over on women. Over charge you and dont fix the problem so you can keep coming back to spend money. They don't take their time or properly check your vehicle for issues. Dont waste your time.
