They did and exceptional job on my SUV , the staff and Gus treated me like family and with me being new to the area he also gave me some great references for other automotive services as well. Worst place ever. Totally screwed up my wife's car. Brought back multiple times. Eventually having to take it somewhere else to get straighten out. Who ever paints there be color blind. They're work and quality control is just terrible. These pics we're from 1st repair and evening pics we're from 2nd attempt painting the while car. Worst experience with a body shop ever.

I received my suv back quicker than the expected date. My vehicle looked brand new again. He explained exactly what he done to fix my vehicle and everything he check. They took the extra step .and detailed my interior (and it was a mess when I dropped it off) they were all so kind and professional. All and all he went above great. The work on my car was finished a week early, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Gus was very hospitable and accommodating. Dealt with Gus directly. He was a straight shooter on timing and expectations. His shop dealt directly with the Insurance company to handle payments. Quality of work looks excellent. Carstar replaced a damaged door and fixed damage and alignment on another door. Paint matching is well done. Gus indicated the replaced door may need to be adjusted once the new rubber seals become better molded over the next month. Carstar will perform adjustments, if needed, for no charge.I Fully recommend using Gus Carstar for your auto body repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are the greatest company, work was done fast and looks like new. They cleaned and vacuumed our car and when I picked it up looked like brand new car.I feel bad I don't remember the woman who greeted.us and did the paperwork, I can not say enough good things about her. She was friendly beyond words. She made sure we understood the process and made sure we got our rental. When I picked it up today she was so sweet and caring. I picked it up alone because my husband was having health problems and she was kind and supporting to me. I think she deserves a raise :-)I will highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. They get a 10 plus from us.Service: Painting

I was the victim of a hit-and-run where the front of their vehicle smashed my rear passenger quarter panel/trunk area. I was worried about the repair, lining my trunk up, but they did a terrific job squaring my trunk and matching the paint perfectly.
