Ryan Palmer(Sales) and Dunphy Ford are top notch. We were searching for a 2023 Maverick Hy-Brid. A Very IN DEMAND vehicle with many dealers charging " Market Adjustments of $5,000.00 Over Invoice" If you can find one. NOT AT DUNPHY, NO MARK UPS. We bought an IN TRANSIT Maverick bound for Dunphy. Easiest process I've ever had buying a vehicle. Ryan was a great communication .The Maverick was a surprise and when we got there Ryan Palmer was genuinely as excited as we were . He brought the car around with a bow on it and was part of the fun. He reviewed and explained every aspect of the Maverick. Dunphy is Clean, Neighborhood, Friendly Dealership with a large Service center waiting area. Thank You Ryan and Dunphy. We need another Ford, We'll be back. Those Mustang GT Electric look pretty enticing.

I've been coming here for at least twenty years. It's a small, neighborhood dealer so you get a personal feel compared to a corporate-run dealership. The downside to a private own dealer is you don't get the same amenities you would with a larger dealer, such as shuttle service or free car wash with your service.

Beware if you plan on buying a used vehicle or tuck stay away form Dunphy They sell used lemons they do not service there used vehicles when they put them on the lot I bought truck from Dunphy back in last spring it is 2014 Ford F150 It's been in and out of the the Ford Dealership shop like 6 times for major issues since I had the truck things like the drive shift and rear springs and the truck still has major problems and also when I bought the truck I didn't realize it was a rust bucket it has major rust it was Doctored up so you could not see the rust at first its got over 4000$ or more in rust repairs yeah they sold me a overpriced lemon Dunphy junk I bought the extended warranty form budco but it is still costing me a lot of money in diagnostic feels every time it goes in the shop once a or twice a month If you are going to buy a used vehicle go to another dealership that services there vehicles before they put them on the lot and offer you a free and better warranty from there dealership on there used vehicles when I bought my truck the plan was to keep the truck and trade it in within two years for a new truck but it looks like that it's not going to happen now because I got screwed over by Dunphy when I bought the truck off of them the only way Dunphy would make me happy if they bought back the truck I bought off them and they paid it off for what I owe on the truck and get me into a new truck or they fix all the issues on the truck for free but that's probably not going happen I don't think Dunphy cares I am just looking out for people who are planing on buying a used vehicle I don't want see people buy from Dunphy and get screwed over by Dunphy on there used vehicle

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. From the time my husband and I got out our car, we received the warmest welcome from Ryan Palmer. When I first saw the Ford Edge Titanium I fell in love with the interior. Ryan began telling us about the car and invited us to take a test drive.Best test drive ever. He knew so much about the vehicle and showed us how everything worked, it was like he made the vehicles himself. I was sold after that. Everything went so smooth. He's one of the best salesmen I've ever came across." He can train a lot of them so called salesmen." He made us comfortable and very relaxed through it all. One of the best experiences I had. When you're in the market for purchasing a car, go see Ryan Palmer at Dunphy Ford, you won't be let down. You'll want to buy that car just like we did. I just love my car!! Love this dealership! This is our second time in one year to purchase a car at Dunphy Ford and both experiences were great! Ryan Palmer and Mark Singer were excellent. Both of our purchases (October 2016 and July 2017) went very smoothly with very low stress negotiations...VERY low stress. I searched for months for a very specific car and that was what originally brought us to Dunphy in October of 2016. I was in contact with 5-6 dealerships for about 2 months and finally found exactly what I wanted at Dunphy Ford but it was 40 minutes away. We had such a great experience buying my car that when my husband was looking for a car, of course we returned. We both feel their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is like none other. When we left the lot today, there was a threat of very bad storms and Ryan knew we had a long trip back to South Jersey. He actually called my husband to make sure the trip home went well due to the bad weather and to double check once again that we were happy with our new car. Who else does that for a used car purchase??? A class act all around! Thanks again to a fantastic staff at Dunphy Ford.

As a former car salesman, I m really big on great customer service. My experience at Dunphy Ford was not only easy and smooth, but it was also informative and professional thanks to Ryan Palmer who was my sale guy. Ryan made sure I was comfortable and happy with my selection and helped me get as close as possible to my preferred numbers. This was an overall phenomenal performance from Ryan and Dunphy Ford. Thanks again. In a few years I ll most certainly be back!

My experience with Jim Molloy buying a used car yesterday was exceptional. He respected my time, treated me courteously and sold me the used car I wanted. Handled all the details efficiently and made signing the paperwork easy for us. Everything Jim said he would do was completed as promised today. Many thanks Jim and all the Dunphy group.

Went for vehicle inspection/emissions and got told the machines were having a hard time reading the vehicle. And that they need to take it on a $65 drive run. Since when TF does it cost to drive a customers vehicle!? Pure scam tactics just to milk more money out of you. Oh I almost forgot to mention that I was there for nearly 5hrs on a vehicle that needed nothing. Do NOT come here unless you want to be scammed. Never again!

Simply Amazing Experience. I have been to many car dealers in my car finding journey with the final stop at Dunphy Ford. I found a great car with all features I was looking for within my budget. The best thing about this experience was Steve and Mark Singer. They were so nice and professional. This was such a smooth transaction. One phone call, one visit and deal done. Most of the other dealers were not polite and they would show best car online, but when you go there they would tell you we just sold it yesterday or 2 days ago. All fake deals on the web sites. On the other hand, Dunphy Ford had what they showed online and they worked with me on the price too. I would highly recommend everyone to Dunphy Ford and Steve and Mark Singer. May be that would become last stop for you too.

Had a great experience. Phyllis had the car we wanted to see ready to go for a test drive. They worked hard to get me the best price and a good financing rate. Great experience and my daughter loves the car. Got it all done in an afternoon! Great stuff.

Update 8/10/2019. Bought car number 4 Memorial Day weekend from the Dunphy team of Steve and Bruce. We were looking to down size and they came through with a great deal on an EcoSport and within 2 weeks of purchase we took it on a 3500 mile road trip. There was plenty of room for all the items we needed for our trip including the dog. Travailing for that distance we encountered many different road conditions and the vehicle handled it with grace. The time behind the wheel was shared with my wife. When not driving the passenger played navigator and DJ. The infotainment system worked equally as well with my Android phone as the wife's IPhone. The driver and passenger seats had plenty of adjust-ability to make us comfortable on this long trip. This is the first vehicle I have owned that gets over 30 miles to the gallon traveling at highway speeds. Thanks guy's your the greatest!!!2016-Steve and Bruce are awesome! We have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years. Great sales and service.

I went in to have my inspection done on my car a few months ago and mentioned to Tony Maddonni, who works in the service department, that I would be in the market for a new SUV in the summer. He mentioned that when I was ready he would help me in this process. He helped me to pick out the vehicle, take it for a test drive and even gave me a rough estimate to figure out how much my monthly payments would be. Phyllis was able to get me a good financial rate that was pretty close to the estimate. I was in and out with my new SUV in about two hours and overall it was a great experience. This was my third purchase from Dunphy Ford and I will remain a repeat customer.

When it came time for me to replace my old car, I didn't have to look very far. I bought my SUV here and couldn't be happier. The team in used cars was awesome and took the time to answer all the questions I had, which were a lot. It was great being made to feel like part of the Dunphy family and not just like another deal like you do when you talk to bigger dealerships. My SUV runs great and looks beautiful! When it comes to taking care of my SUV, I bring it back to Dunphy. Tony and Tom in service are wonderful. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new or used car to go to Dunphy! When you go, ask for Ryan Palmer, you will be happy you did.

I was looking for a very specific F-150, and my local dealer found what I was looking for at Dunphy Ford. The local dealer, however, was not interested in negotiating the best price possible so I reached out to Dunphy Ford directly and I am very glad I did. I connected with Steve Rigler there and Steve was extremely helpful and courteous through the entire process. As a result of working with Steve I got a much better deal than I would have gotten going through my local dealer. Steve made the entire process easy and seamless. I live in NY, not PA and Steve and the team at Dunphy Ford arranged all the necessary paperwork in advance, so when I came to pick up the truck I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Steve was honest and transparent from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a new Ford vehicle I highly recommend you go to Dunphy Ford and ask for Steve. Five star service in every regard!

I just bought my first car from Dunphy Ford! I spent a year combing through websites and reviews trying to find my perfect car. With one visit to their website, I found a car with all of the features I was looking for and thanks to Steve, who went out of his way to secure financing and worked on the paperwork that evening from his home, I had my first car by morning. This week was my second time leasing a car here and my whole family always buys from Dunphy! Fast service whenever I come in for vehicle maintenance and everyone here is a familiar face. Salesmen are knowledgeable and friendly and make your purchase of a new vehicle a pleasant experience!

The purchase process was easy. What came afterwards was awful. Took approximately 4 months to receive the title of my car. It was a whole debatical. As soon as I drove off the lot there was this god awful vibration and loud noise throughout the entire car. I took it to the shop while still under 30 day warranty. Walked out with the same problem. I ve had the car for five months now & finally saved enough money for maintenance. Found out that the terrible vibration in the car is from broken motor mounts (very unsafe to drive with broken motor mounts). I m a full time student with barely an income and I was bamboozled. Wishing I had a better experience purchasing my very first car.

Excellent car-buying experience! It started with a phone call in the morning, and by the afternoon, we were driving home in a great vehicle feeling confident. Steve Rigler and the whole team worked really hard to make sure everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Would definitely recommend Dunphy Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

I've bought several cars, both new and used, from Dunphy Ford over the last several years. I appreciate that their sales staff, Jimmy Molloy in particular, has always been helpful without pressuring me. They have always provided a personal, friendly service. I have used them for service on my cars as well and have never had a bad experience.

Dunphy is the best, especially Marty! I have been purchasing/leasing my cars there for over 20 years. I always walk out with the car I want at the price I need. If my car needs fixing, he always makes sure I have something to drive. I highly recommend shopping at Dunphy, whether it be with Marty, Phyllis or Jimmy. Great deals for great prices!

I have bought my last 9 cars from Dunphy Ford. Marty us the best he takes care of your every need. The service department is top notch Bruce and his staff are the best I have ever dealt with. I'm August my current lease is up and I will be looking again for another truck. I will definitely deal with Dunphy FordMy two daughters will be in after the holidays and will be seeing Marty and Phyllis.

Great people at Dunphy Ford. I just bought my 7th work truck in a row from them and it's always been a pleasure. They make the whole process simple and easy, and that's important when you're running a busy company. I've never been disappointed in the vehicles or the service. Nice to not have to dread the buying experience, in fact I always look forward to working with them when we need a new truck. Highly recommend!

By the time I went to Dunphy I was totally done with car shopping. Jim went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted and needed was in the truck and made sure I was truly happy with my decision. He never once pushed for me to buy newer or more expensive he was truly helpful is purchasing our second Explorer. Will always go back to Dunphy first for now on!
