This is so much better that helps me understand and good waiting for a free coffee, that's the magic word. I truly recommend this to everyone who's deaf and believe me, I'm deaf and they helped me to understand. Great place for oil change and service.

I love this place. Staff is polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Went in for an oil change and this become my go to for all of my car needs. Love that they know me by name.Highly recommend.

It has been a LONG time since I have been to a mechanic shop that 1) I m in and out on a Friday getting my inspection and 2) I m getting the service I needed and not being offered or told I need all this other stuff done. The reviews steered me right and I am glad I decided to come here today. I told them I needed my break checks and they did a courtesy of checking my break pads and more.

DG 5th Street Auto has EVERYTHING!Alignment, Drivability Specialist, Glass Installation Center, State & Emissions, and awesome customer service. These guys treated me with respect, explained the issues with my car and gave me an awesome price. They even gave me a coupon for 10% off my next service. Had a broken side mirror assembly replaced. They went above and beyond by reusing/ swapping a good existing sub component for the best outcome. It was done quickly at a fair price, too. All-stars.

They did great work but I was not told they were charging me for a full diagnostic on my vehicle and the owner claimed he told me but he did not. Also I had some parts in my car for my other vehicle that I had to return to Autozone and they were stolen by the workers. I wanted to get my car fixed little by little with DG Auto but because they were dishonest I'd rather pay another honest mechanic to do the work. It was my first time at this shop. I contacted the owner and let him know but he basically swept it under the rug. He stated he will call me back after he speaks with his workers and never did. He lost a great customer with me because I was will to stick with DG Auto. I pray they do not do this to other customers because that is bad business.Services: Auto glass repair, Vehicle Inspection
