DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, UNLESS IT'S A KIA!! I purchased a car from DESIMONE AUTO in They'll sell you an extended warranty, and when something goes on your car, they charge you nearly $300 just for diagnostic. Then they come and tell you they don't have a certified mechanic for no vehicle other than a KIA... 1 star is tooooo much for this spot but whatever, it's a must to rate to be able to leave a review anyways.....

Had work done a couple of months ago. Said they'd get back to me in 3 weeks, ended up being a week and a half! They went above and beyond, my car looked as good as new

This is the worst place I ever had to deal with. I should have looked at the reviews first, but I was in a bind. Someone hit my car while it was parked and this was the closest place. My insurance company quoted $3,000 with about a 9 days finish time. Now almost 1 month later, they said it will cost and extra $3-4 grand. WHAT! No one ever answers the phone or return calls. I always have to drive there to find out the status. They didn t even notice a cracked windshield that was from the accident that I had to tell them. Do not take your car there! I m still waiting to get mines back!UPDATE: They told me my car was ready and when I went to pick it up, it still wasn t ready. Things weren t finished when they were supposed to be done awhile ago. They re also still asking my insurance company for more money. This place is horrible! Now the total cost is about $10,000.

I've had my vehicle serviced in good places, but this one right here DeSimone just goes above and beyond their services. I took my vehicle to be inspected with an appointment and they took back the vehicle immediately while I was waited. The whole time I was waiting in the waiting area all they did was ask if I needed anything, would I like an espresso, coffee or anything that I needed. They continued to check on me during my wait. Their services are great will always come here if I were to need any type of services on my vehicle ,even if my car needs repairs due to an accident. No games or play , just great customer services...

Grateful to FINALLY get my son's vehicle back!! They are thorough in their job. Just wish I didn't feel like I was getting the run-around. Should never say by a certain date. Then turn around and say otherwise.

I don t write many reviews, but I promised I would for DeSimone. They are so great for many reasons, completely accommodating, and they do an awesome job. Completely professional group, love them. And, I don t say such things lightly, nor often at all.

Coming back from vacation and was in an accident tow truck driver was there and was assisting immediately. Very friendly staff willing to work on vehicle and complete work on it before insurance even wrote out a check. Lou and his team are very good at updating you. I was able to get a rental there at a VERY VERY reasonable rate. The owner himself contacted me to update and inform me of progress. The day I went to pick up the vehicle the person who does the paper work was out sick, they worked around that since I live further away so I wouldn t have to come back. The work they did on the vehicle is amazing they went over and above on repairs, I greatly appreciate the time they spent to make my vehicle brand new again.

Best car buying experience I ve had. Regin Desimone was awesome by helping me out with everything and made sure I was satisfied. We finished the sale within the hour to make it to work on time. I was greatly appreciated to have him working with me in buying a new car. If I ever have a problem with this cat I know I can go back and they will give me a good price and a job well done. :)

I got into my first accident about 3 weeks ago and even tho I was not at fault, I was nervous about the damages. However, I am extremely greatful that Desimone took care of me once i step foot in their door. They help me file my claim and walked/guided me through all steps i needed to take. They also gave me a rental car free for 5 days and gave me a voucher to get my next inspections done, FREE of cost! ALL of my body damages are fully repaired. I just got my car today and it looks AMAZING. They did such a great job on my rear bumber and the paint job was awesome. My car literally looks brand new again. I'm glad to have such a great team and company work on my car. They are extremely nice from the time I walked in to the time I left out the lot with my car. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs repairs and/or service for their car. They will definitely take good care of you :)

People kept telling me car buying was the worst. I didn't realize how true this would be until setting up appointment after appointment for weeks with dealerships that would not even call to warn me the car I was coming to see had already been sold.This all changed for me once I met Regin & Anthony at Desimone Auto Group. They helped me find my ideal car and walked me through all the steps thereafter making sure I chose the options that were right for me in regards to financing. I felt truly taken care of and like I've never been in better hands. They are just stand up guys and great at what they do. I cannot recommend enough.

Not happy at all... got a great quote but the service is the worst. Planned a date for my car to have 2 strips spayed plus a dent on the back panel. Was informed the it will take approx 3 days . When I Brought my car in was told a different story now it will be a week. I then noticed after that for 2 days my car was just moved obviously to get to another car as I have the T mobile app on my phone . Called a week later for an update was told that the work had just started and that they were in a great time frame ,while at the same time my hubby on the line with another person who told him that no work had been done yet ...smh They don t call you with any updates you have to call them, numerous times and then the phone will just keep ringing. I will keep you updated as how good the work is as this is not an insurance claim .

Excellent service so far! Even gave me a loaner so I didn't have to go thru the headache of getting to a rental place after dropping car off for minor surgery. Update Apr7-2022Just stopped by for a quick estimate on another repair. Mike took all of 10-15 minutes if that. Excellent service as expected.

I cannot rate Desimone highly enough. To start, I had a dent in my KIA which I took to Nigras Autoshop to get looked at and they told me would be a few thousand. When they came and looked again they told me 3-4 thousand. I went to Desimones for a second opinion and it was the best decision I made all year. First of all, they were extremely courteous, understanding, and willing to work with me regarding my insurance (and lack thereof). Secondly, they ended up quoting me at 1,000$!!! Literally the next autoshop was going to charge me four times that. Not only were there prices incredible, they did a fantastic job with my car, worked quickly, were communicative the entire time, and their customer service and culture cannot be beat. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. I, and everyone I know with car issues from now on, will be giving them my business. 5 stars is not enough.

Good experience. Jordan, our sales guy, was great. Friendly and easy going, but I wish he know more about the car. I appreciated the general manager personally making sure my car was detailed before I left at the end of the day. Could have been a bit more flexible on the price, but I felt like I was taken care of. Will return.

From start to finish these guys were fantastic. The day of my accident, a tow-man arrived on scene, Jon. Super helpful, understanding & knowledgeable. He gave me a ride to Desimone, answered my questions and even followed up on the police report for me. Rebecca was also extremely helpful assisting me in communicating with my insurance company. No trouble getting in touch with her when I needed - she really went above & beyond. Mary & Jen also helpful and willing to assist any way they can. Dealing with Desimone was overall easy; they made this otherwise frustrating experience a little less stressful, and not to mention they did a really great job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you, Desimone!

I had an outstanding experience at Desimone Auto Group and highly recommend it. Anthony was great and salesperson Regin was phenomenal. They are professional and I received excellent customer service. I would absolutely buy a car from them again. They made the process seamless and enjoyable!

Avoid at all costs. It took them a week past the estimate to complete my car. When I went to pick it up half the work they were paid to do had not been done. There was body work that was completely neglected. They were supposed to replace a few wheels and they just polished the damaged ones. They were supposed to replace siding on one side of the car and instead they just ripped the siding off the other side to make it match. They promised to fix everything they had not done but upon returning they had not and still tried to pass off damaged parts as new. It has been a month and the paint they did put on the car is already peeling. They're actually criminals. My experience made me angry enough to seek legal action. This place should be shut down.

These guys are amazing. They are on there game and get everything you need to get your car. You have a problem and they ll do everything to help you fix it and I can say is that I had an amazing experience in every way, with the sales group, with the mechanics and everyone there. I definitely recommend it to anyone who s buying a car here. You won t be let down!

Excellent service we received during our car buying process. We worked with Mike and Carmelo. Very easy going salesmen. We came from the Washington DC area with a trade on a Saturday evening. They did not pressure us to buy. They wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the car and the service we were receiving from them. We will definitely recommend and spread the name DeSimone Auto Group around as much as possible. Thank you very much for your salesmanship.Side note:They were having a small Holiday Party to boost the moral in the shop and the dealership and even offered there food.

I couldn't be happier with the service and results from the collision repair for my Mercedes Benz. They make you feel like family, and go way above and beyond to earn your business. I will never go anywhere else for service or repair. They provided me with a rental car during the repair process. One Saturday I locked the key in the trunk! They sent over their sales person (Hemi) to open the trunk! Who does that? Everyone is so friendly. I just can't say enough. My car looks better than before the accidents! OUTSTANDING!

This was the worst auto shop experience I've ever had. They told me an appointment wasn't necessary when I called but took my car in later than when I was told over the phone. They also asked me if I'd be willing to just trade my car into them since it was a popular make and model, and wasn't in "the best" condition. I did not drive an hour one way to trade in my car. Then, instead of investigating the problem I has asked them to, they claimed there was another, more expensive problem that needed to be attended to, but they didn't have the part. Four hours later they told me the part was in transit and would be here soon, and after it was fixed they could look at my original complaint. I told them it wasn't necessary anymore, seeing as I'd spent 4 hours here already and they had done no work on my car. As I type this I am still sitting in their waiting room, with no word or estimate on my car. And to top it all off, their bathroom door doesn't lock, and one of their employees just walked in on me without even so much as knocking. I'm never coming back.

I arrive this evening just before Desimone Auto closed. I met a representative by the of Regan. He answered some questions, reviewed some pictures of my vehicle, and even gave me directions to the location. Me being a mature person in age and being first time driver.I call that "excellent customer service," standing in the hot weather. He even mentioned that he would make his time and self available if need be to a new customer, "me.""Thank you Regan "

Had my first accident and they took care of my 2011 Ford Fusion, they gave my car back clean and brand new. Took a month, I was angry but I forgot it takes time when your car need certain parts and they have to order it. The order takes a while and they have make sure your car is good to go. The rental was alright, and ran smooth from A to B, I would come back if I get into another accident.

I had gotten into an accident about a few weeks ago and my car needed a lot of work. The guys at DeSimone Body Shop worked tirelessly to get my car looking brand new again. The owner G was very understanding and even worked with me to pay the deductible and gave me his card to call him if ever I gotten into another bad situation. These guys are best.

This is by far the best dealership I've been to yet. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. If you decide to go here for you next car purchase, you should, trust me. Ask for Regin. He helped me pick the right car for me and of course made the car of my dreams a reality. He made that possible. Regin not only takes care of everyone who walks into that dealership but he makes sure every customer walks out satisfied. Desimone auto group has by far the best luxury cars you could think of, anything from muscle cars to high end sport cars. I was shocked when I saw the amount of inventory they have to offer. But at the end of the day, I was beyond happy driving off with my new car. Not to mention how patient Regin was with all the questions I'd had for several vehicles, he answered them all. Last thing I'd have to mention is how clean and well taken care the cars are.

Desimone took care of my son's car when he was rear ended and also another car involved that was infront of him. They towed his car and provided him with a rental car. They did an awesome job with the body repair and paint. The owner Gene is very nice and very accomodating and so is Dave who took pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend them . Excellent service!

After a hit and run, they made my car look like new! They also did a synthetic oil change much cheaper than the place down the street. Highly recommend these guys. Fast, friendly, affordable service!
