If I could leave no stars I would. They've had my vehicle for 30 days and now I'm being told additional parts are required. My thought is when did you start working on my car to determine additional parts are required? Surely not when it was received 30 days ago. Now I'm inconvenienced with no car due to your incompetence. I do NOT recommend this establishment!!!

My insurance company recommended DeSimone after my car was hit while parked and also took on interior water damage. The gang there did a great job getting me back on the road quickly and called me several times to update me on progress along the way. A week after my car was returned I had taillight fuse randomly blow. I brought the car back in and they took care of that fix at no additional charge as a courtesy. Should I have any more future needs, I ll definitely use DeSimone Auto again.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

After my accident, this body shop was able to obtain new parts quickly as well as work me and my busy work schedule in order to repair and test my car in a very efficient manner so that I would not need to rent a car. Stuart there was great to work with. I would come here again if I ever had any car troubles.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Went through my insurance company to get some body work done. This was a insurance approve shop. They did a wonderful job. Paint match was flawless and things lined up like it did from the factory. When they were done they wash/clean my car inside out. Only problem was they would tell me a day when my car would be done and when that day came it wasn t. I m happy with the results and it was worth the wait.

This place is absolute garbage.DO NOT LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR AWAYThese trash human beings are unprofessional and will take advantage of you. They use your car accident as a means to make as much money as possible off your insurance.They charge you however much they want because they are greedy p.o.s.They will ignore your insurance adjusters phone calls to collect more fees.Do not play yourself by going here

I'm so sorry that I took my NEW Telluride here for minor body repair (but noticeable). I was referred by the KIA dealership to go here being though my vehicle was only 4 months old with no damage other than what needed to be repaired.The body work was completed after several attempts.But the left over damage to my NEW vehicle is HORRIFIC. When I picked up my vehicle it appeared to look like new.....it was washed & shined up nice.But after it has rained a few times then the IMPERFECTIONS appeared. There is compound all over the trim of my car.....everybody knows that it doesn't come out. So, apparently my vehicle wasn't taped off properly. Parts where not removed for paint job...there are particles under my paint and several brushmarks / sanding marks. My roof has backsplash paint, front and rear light has clear coat or something all over it. There are rough spot all throughout the paint work. Then to top it off there are SWIRLS all over the entire vehicle from buffing or whatever. I'm so so upset that this has happened. Desimone you have done a very very unprofessional and horrific job to my New vehicle. I need a New vehicle. So, you will be hearing more from me.

I called two weeks ago and spoke to both Rebecca and Mary regarding a car part. Both ladies said they would call me back and I have yet to hear anything from them. Very unsatisfactory customer service
