Craigs Collision is a very great company I was in a car accident early June and due to high demand of car crashes, it took a little over a month to get my car. My car was hit on super bowl sunday. I found the shop online and gave them a call. They looked over my estimate from the insurance and said no problem. They kept me informed every step of the way and fixed my car good as new. I definitely recommend them. Best place for collision repair! These guys are amazing! Thought my truck was totaled but they brought her back to life in a timely fashion and the ladies kept me informed every step of the way! If you need anything you should definitely call them! Drop your vehicle off and go on about your way!

ZERO. Horrible experience. They took 38 days to fix my car. Which they started to work on before I even gave the okay for them to do so. They kept making mistakes over and over. The place parts incorrectly, didn t notice the back window was cracked, and on top of that they put me in danger by letting me take my car with the battery cables cut. I had to leave the car a few more days because they didn t do their jobs. Thanks to all those mistakes I got stuck paying almost $500 for the extra 8 days they kept the car. But because that wasn t enough before I took my car the last time I went to pick it up I noticed the front bumper was damaged because the tow truck. The owner insisted that I must have done that as if I was an idiot. I called and they don t want to take responsibility. But they will pay!

This place was highly recommended to me however, Im Not happy at all with the work done to my car! I was given a used door that was rusted on the bottom and covered up with silver spray paint, the door wasn t installed correctly and air seeps in while I m driving, the door also shakes! They broke my fender wall, which still hasn t been replaced as of yet! After several calls and complaints about this issue I was finally promised a new door and have yet to get a call to come in to be repaired, it s been about 2 months and still no call! I filed a complaint with the BBB and I m waiting on a response.

Thieves and scam artists. I recommend only the rich use them. These guys are so petty it s embarrassing. Over charges my insurance 400 % but who cares except they had my car held hostage until the insurance finally paid. On top of that scratched my car and wouldn t fix it. You go to a body shop to fix scratches not buy new ones. Totally unprofessional and uneducated. I felt like I paid for the service and it was free. They made me do all the legwork gave me no updates and threatened to charge me if the insurance didn t pay. Lied on the labor, I never knew there was 69.1 hours in 2 days. My car was struck in the middle of the night while parked. My Alfa Romeo was towed to this location for repairs and returned in better operating and cosmetic condition than before. It is running smoothly, almost silent mechanically, and looking good. I approve and recommend Craig s Collision Center based on the quality of service I received.

Got in an accident, John T showed up at the scene and help steer, my husband and I in the right direction, he took our vehicle to Craig s, once our car was evaluated the body shop kept us informed and gave us updates on our vehicle. When we pick up our car it looked brand new like we just took it off the dealership lot. Craigs collision was 11/10 service. Not only were they fast & efficient but they were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I thought my car was going to be totaled but they fixed it to be good as new. I highly recommended and will continue to go to them in the future.

I was in a car accident in December. By chance, Craig s Collision was the company that towed my car. Little did I know how lucky I was. I chose to have Craig s fix my car as well. This facility is so professional and kind. I ve never been in an accident before so I was confused on how things worked. They explained everything to me and gave me updated throughout the process of my car being fixed. I just got my car back this week and it looks incredible. I think it also runs better than before my accident. I can t thank Craig s enough for what they ve done. They made a scary, confusing process-easy.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I've actually never written an online review for anything ever, but I needed to for my experience with Craig's. Every single person I've encountered thru this company has been extremely professional, courteous and helpful. From the tow truck driver who was immediately on the scene who reassured me I was in good hands, to Dan who explained the whole process and made sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the end result, to Liz in the office who updated me frequently on the status of my car. Everyone was so helpful and I am truly grateful. I am very particular about my Cadillac, and a perfectionist when it comes to detail. I can honestly say my car was fixed to perfection. Great company! Everyone at this establishment was extremely helpful with reporting the claim to the insurance company and answering all my questions throughout the process. They did amazing work on my 2020 Lexus, the car looked just the way it did the day I bought it. They went out of their way to make me a very happy customer and I am thankful I found this shop and will refer them anyone in need of a repair. Most people do not post positive reviews, I was so impressed with Craigs collision, I had to leave a post. I was in an accident on Roosevelt Boulevard, and their driver John, pick me up and told me to the body shop. They help me call in my claim , get a rental car , and made every thing seem less. From the moment I got in John s truck, he explain to me how the whole process works and he was right on the money. Liz and Ashley, we re in constant contact with me to keep me updated on my car. The shop manager I believe his name was Dave or Dan, got the right money to fix my car and gave it back to me looking good as new. I would recommend Craigs collision to anyone that I know and anyone who reads this postService: Body & Trim

I was in an accident about a month ago and this is the shop my car ended up at. I was originally going to have my car transferred to a shop closer to me for servicing, however the owner Danny personally took the time of his day to ask for my business and offered a number of benefits to allowing them to service my car. They were done exactly when they were expected to be and always answered and got back to me as expected when I had questions. The owner runs his business with great integrity and shows the value of true customer service! My car came back looking fabulous! I got into an accident and I couldn t be happier that these guys showed up to the accident to tow. This was my first accident and I for sure thought my car was totaled. But Dan and the ladies & gentlemen at Craig s Collision Center took car of me! Even with the pandemic of COVID-19 happening, I was able to get my car back within 4 weeks and she drives like a dream! 10/10 would recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!I had a head on collision and was so upset. Broke my hand. But everyone was very professional and so nice! 99% of people who write reviews are just salty customers. Usually people who enjoy service don t take the time to write a review. From day one I was treated with professionalism this business went well and beyond all of my needs were meet. I had serious damage to my car. Wow how can you describe a level of service that doesn t exist anywhere anymore. Craig s went above and beyond from the point when they towed my car after a wreck on the blvd to being delivered back to me completely detailed two weeks later. They dealt with my insurance company directly and had everything handled promptly. They respected my concerns regarding the COVID-19 situation and delivered my car sanitized and completely contact free. They even had all of the paper work completed between us electronically! Bravo finally a business that s doing the right thing!

After a drunk driver plowed into my car, I never thought it would never drive again. Craigs Collision Center fixed my car from back to front, they were very detailed and I got my car back quicker than expected.
