I brought a used car into the shop to get it inspected before purchase. The guys at Class Act lived up to their name. They put together a comprehensive list of work and even broke it down into immediate needs and work that could be pushed off. Their explanations on required work empowered me to negotiate a much better price back at the dealership. If I wasn t located so far away, this would definitely be my go to shop. Can t say enough good things about these guys.

This shop is top notch service. They are able to get your vehicle in quickly, always give you an honest opinion, and are fairly priced. I was told by AutoZone that I needed a new alternator and starter, but Rob and the rest of his crew looked and the car and determined that the diagnosis wasn't accurate, and no service was needed. I have been going here for multiple years for various issues and have always had a great experience.Services: Tires, Auto battery maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

It says so right in the name, Class Act Auto Repair is truly one of a kind. I started coming here a few months ago after I was recommended a repair on my hub bearing. It was before the holidays and they were able to get me in and out just in time when the first place I went to (big name brand) didn't have an appointment. They were faster and quoted me a price that was well below the big brand auto shop. Jack and the team here are really knowledgeable about what they do and took the time to explain what they were doing snd why which I really appreciated. I've had a few more auto repairs I've needed since then (including some major brake repairs) and they've always been on time and super solid.Tl;dr: come to Class Act for your auto needs. Best choice you can make!Pro tip: park close to the shop on 16th or 17th, there's typically a spot or two open.

These guys are amazing! The mechanics are quick/efficient, detailed and have great customer service. While your car is being worked on, the others will make sure you are informed of the process and recommend local places to hang out. Transparency of what my cars needs and pricing is communicated. Pricing is also reasonable. I will continue my business here that's for sure!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Rob and the rest were amazing. After being screwed over by my previous mechanic, Rob had to break the bad news to me that my simple little repair wasn't very simple or little. He was very kind and empathetic, and even helped give me good advise on what to do in the situation. After everything he let me take pictures of the parts they had to replace and showed me all the work they did which involved changing the entirety of my exhaust system. Every piece of it pretty much. Awesome guys. I'd go back for sure.

Very honest mechanics! Took my car to another shop for a safety inspection and was quoted needing over $800 of work. I came here and they told me I didn't need anything done and I passed inspection without an issue. The service was quick and they were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this shop and continue to come back!

It's hard to find honest reliable mechanics. Especially for females. I have been going to Class Act for about 17 years. And I will continue going here for all my mechanical needs weather small and large. The prices are reasonable but as well. I highly recommend.

Yes you seen right I gave a auto repair shop 5 stars!I feel you can really can trust them to look at your car & tell you the truth. Of course any Unexpected expense to fix a car is not pleasant to say the least but I never felt that I was overcharged for what was fixed on my car.

I've been going to these guys for years. First with my truck, now with my car. They are pretty much the only mechanics i actually trust. They're straight up and honest and will even work With you to get what you need done with your budget. ...ie, they actually told me how to fix something myself cause i couldn't afford to have them do it. These guys are top notch. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

As good as it gets. My van broke during the move, and Class Act fixed it, for less than what was quoted over the phone, within 3 hours. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I knew of a shop this good in New York, my life would drastically improve overnight.Bravo!

Respectful, up front and honest. Rob was straight with me from the start. I was relieved to have found a great shop with great people. I highly recommend seeing them if you're having car troubles. They're worth their salt.

Nicest fairest gentlemen I've ever met!! Honest bunch of guys I've met in long time!! I was so worried about how much it was going to cost to fix my truck seems I didn't have to worry at all. Everything was explained to me (even though some of it I didn't understand) lol I'm a girl lol) I'm really pleased and very satisfied with the price. I recommend to anyone! Polite,courteous guys!!!
