I am so happy that I found CK auto!. It is refreshing to be able to trust a company with one of your prize possessions and know that it is in good hands. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fast, service that is top of the line. There rates are reasonable and fair. They provide you with an accurate estimate and stay true to that. The customer service is great. If you need help with your foreign car, this is the place to take it.

CK Auto was fast and fair priced on my Jeep repair. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I'd recommend this shop if you're looking for a reliable place. They text and email too which is helpful.

I couldn't recommend a better staff and business for auto repairs. Called in with an ongoing electrical issue that other shops were not able to fix. John was able to pinpoint the issue, got on schedule quickly. Throughout the process from start to finish, they were great at communicating of what was going on with repairs. The rates are reasonable for the great quality of service they provide. They don't try to upsell you here. From the phone call with John, I felt reassured and confident in leaving my vehicle in their care.

Professional, honest, and efficient are 3 important qualities that I look for in mechanics - and I've found these characteristics at CK Auto. On top of that, they are friendly, don't talk down to novices like myself, and are very easy to communicate with. You will never have to worry about dishonest diagnoses of your vehicle, and they will always let you know exactly where they're at in terms of your repairs. You can even bring your dog with you while you wait! Recommend.

The team at CK Auto Image has been great. It is easy to get on the schedule, they are friendly, the cost is reasonable and the quality is great. Only trust my car with CK Auto- appointments are easy to get, diagnostics are quick and they give options in several price ranges. Been bring my cars here for over 5years and never had any reason to go elsewhere. Thanks CK Auto!

Called for an alignment and they were able to get me in the next morning. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and the waiting room area is also very clean. Highly recommend this shop if you re in need of any auto repairs.

Had a great experience with CK auto! Able to get a same day appt for an inspection and it was compeleted in under 2 hours, with a text letting me know it was ready and had passed! Great customer service, we will be back!

Here's your explanation, sir. I DID call you on January 31st to ask you to apply an exhaust treatment into the front of my engine, which I had purchased. You refused. You may "bust your butt" on other people's cars, but you wouldn't even entertain the 3 minute job I asked of you. After 13 other shops refused, with one which even hung up on me, I did the job myself, with no prior experience of working with a running engine. It was one of the scariest things I've ever done. Maybe if you had spent the amount of time that you spent researching my past ratings on figuring out how to do what i asked of you, you would have earned my money and my 5 star rating. It would have been nice had a professional helped me with this, but unfortunately and apparently, no shop in Philadelphia is that professional. I will not change my rating, as I stand firmly by it.

They re trustworthy. Been going for years, never had a problem. Far cheaper than the dealership. If you have PPA permit 23 or 24 then they leave your car in perfect spot, it is on-street parking when your car is finished, which works fine if you re local.

I'll keep it short...LOL...then again...CK Auto Image is the only Auto Repair Shop I have continually gone to EVER for 10 plus years!!!!WHY??? Are you looking for an honest, dedicated Team of American and European car mechanic specialists that will provide you a reasonably priced competitive Auto Repair estimate???? .... I couldn't find any... until a friend told me about CK Auto Image 10 plus years ago...I haven't gone anywhere else since the first day I took my Nissan Z.Do you want your sports car, race car, family car or Minivan fixed right the FIRST TIME....The CK Auto Image Team are TOP NOTCH both professionally and in being experts in their craft ...CK Auto Image is the only Auto Repair Shop in 25 years that actually will tell you everything that your car needs now AND tell you what you can HOLD OFF doing until later!!!! READ THAT AGAIN...These guys are car enthusiasts like me outside of work and at work. However, unlike myself who can barely change a flat tire, they KNOW how to fix their own race cars and your car either American or European. Several guys go to NJMP with the race cars that are ridiculously fast, loud and built by THEMSELVES..I take my motorcycles to NJMP race track but not my car....WHY...because if you can't afford to fix it then don't break it.....STOP...CK Auto Image Auto Repair will be your mechanic's for life.....as they are mine...John, Dan, Gab and the whole Team are the most talented repairmen, friendliest, most helpful and honest mechanics I've ever had the opportunity to work with ever...Over the past 10 plus years they've worked on all my cars..BMW M3, souped up Nissan Z, Cherokee SRT8, VW GTI Stage 1 300HP RACE Go-Kart..which they did the Stage 1 Tune and fixed since I bought it in 2018. It replaced my M3 which they worked on for years as well. Along with my 1994 old skool 2 door Tahoe, 1981 piece of SH*T Corvette (All show and no go) and the list goes on.... Always excellent service by Gabriel, John, and the entire staff at CK Auto Image. From an oil change and inspection; to the complete replacement of the rear axle assembly on our 1998 Toyota 4Runner, they do a superb job every time.

The auto industry in general may not always have the best reputation for transparency and customer service. Maybe that's especially why, over the last 15 years or so, I've truly appreciated the integrity, honesty, skill and professional competence of all the folks who work at this South Philly shop. Dan, Kati, Gabriel, and the rest of the crew there are all first-class people who are excellent at what they do, and who have always been willing and able to explain exactly what maintenance or repairs my car has needed while also helping to keep any costs to a minimum as much as possible too. They always do their absolute best to take care of you, and there's nowhere else in Philly I'd rather trust with auto service than CK!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto side window replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, General repairs, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

They're great and reply fast. Originally, I only used them for my inspections, then someone broke off my side view mirror on Broad Street and they were able to get things sorted out within 1.5 weeks for my older car. If I ordered my side mirror online it was going to take a month. I had a 2008 Volvo XC-90 that my local mechanic couldn't handle anymore. He recommended CK Auto Image Repairs. John, Gabriel and his crew were the first people who could fix the computer message system including the Check Engine light. Even the Volvo dealership said it couldn't be fixed. They took care of a problem that gave the car six more months. The next step was an engine repair or replacement. Gabriel gave me an estimate and honestly told me to put the money towards a new car. John even said he would give me his opinion on what cars I was considering and the best places to sell my dented and dinged car. I can't recommend CK highly enough. They are professional, honest and stand by their work. They deserve 10 Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance

10/10 experience! Efficient, no haggling or false advertising- honest work and workers. Hard to find good mechanics and/or car places in the Philly area and I am very pleased. Friendly service and quick. Will be coming back!!!!
