I trust them with all of my car servicing needs. I stopped going to the dealership because they were ripping me off. Cee Johnson's is honest and does a great job caring for my car.

Went for stickers in May, was told to wait on the windshield sticker. 2 months went by no call. After calling multiple times, I was told that he forgot about me and that he had to order more. I had to call in weeks later because he forgot again. He put a paper in my dashboard lying saying my car needed work and it didn't. I asked since I waited so long, if he could put the new month on and ge said no. So I do not recommend him for service, especially if your a female. We're going to get done dirty

This place is 5 star I've been going here since 2017 and Ms Caroline is the best at what she does, was very informative and helpful to keep you on the right track so that when you do paperwork it is very smooth. And the other two ladies who do Ms Caroline's job while she's gone are simply amazing as well, Ms Caroline I want to thank you publicly because the city needs more people like you. Terrible experience. Brought my car in for a number of small repairs that were needed. Three trips & $100 later my car is in the same shape as when I brought it in. Communication is awful/unclear when it comes to what they re doing with your car. I was asked multiple times if I was single, allegedly because the work needed on my car was so easy/simple. Yet the one concrete thing they claimed to do was change my headlight, and as soon as I left it was not working again. When I came back to try to get my $100 worth through an actual working headlight I waited several hours just to be handed a fuse & told to have a good weekend (without any other information). I am at a complete loss for what they are doing there and at this point just need to move on - the shop should probably be checked out by L&I.

I can t say enough good things about Cee Johnson s Auto! Not only is the staff very kind but they are trustworthy and honest. It took a while to find a good Auto shop and I m very glad I found this one! Stopped by here recently looking to get an oil change and possibly get my headlight replaced, staff is terrible, no greeting as your walking in, everyone was standing around, one guy finally called out to another guy in the back to check his availability, I was instructed to "go back there" and talk to the guy, no one pointed him out and he didn't have enough decency to come up front where customers are, went to the back, guy says "we're out of oil for oil change did you bring your own?" I found this completely unprofessional especially considering I had called in advance and was told what time to come around, was never mentioned on the phone to bring my own oil, I was sad to see what this place has become, I used their services in previous years, it was an older black man and a woman who ran the place, so I was happy to support, unfortunately that has changed and I do not recommend this place

Been taking our car here loyally for years. No longer. A tow truck driver parked our car blocking their driveway overnight. We were not made aware of this until we spoke to the shop at 10am when they suggested we take the car to the dealership for the issue we were experiencing. We called a tow right away. A little after 11, the shop called and said our car had been sideswiped due to how it had been parked. We immediately called the tow company from the night before to complain as well as our insurance company who had arranged the service. My husband also called the police to get a report for our insurance claim. We show up and find our car perfectly fine. The owner smugly claims, "well, that made you move quick." Come to find out he was upset about the car blocking his driveway (rightly so, but not our doing and nothing we could do anything about until the new tow showed) and lied to us so we would show up immediately. When I was clearly angry that he'd lied to us, causing us to contact multiple people including the police, to file claims he said he does this all the time. Again, FOR WHAT? We didn't park the car and it wasn't running, so its not like our presence was going to change anything. I will never take my car there again. This is just not the kind of service I expect from a business we've chosen to frequent for the last eight years.

Everyone was nice and professional. The service didn't take that long and my car is running way better than it was before going there. Fantastic service!I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate one of the mechanics, Kevin. Kevin performed an inspection on my truck today and helped with a mirror issue i was having. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about my truck. People sometimes don t trust mechanics because they re worried they re getting ripped off or scammed. Kevin is the prime example of what a mechanic should be. Professional, helpful, informative, and technically savvy. I was really impressed with him and left Cee Johnson feeling really good about the service I received. Good work deserves recognition. It goes without saying that I won t be going anywhere else for my truck needs they ve earned themselves a customer for life.Sincerely,Dave Weinman

The attendant clearly laid out the services and options available to me. He even helped me examine the pros and cons of selecting those options. This business also appears to be black run and the attendant openly expressed concerns about black youth. This plus the fact that he was fast and efficient prompts me to endorse this business.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Theresa was on point with everything, while being extraordinarily personal and professional. She was able to answer all questions, and even educated me on a few different topics including registration and title work. You would be foolish not to go here to tag work.

This has been a family favorite my Dad and the original Mr C j were great friends my Dad had a TV shop and they ofton were seen outside of the original location trading stories but the service is still the same and the advise is always spot on I was there today with my SL 500 Mercedes and Mike really gave me good advice..glad the family tradition was carried over

By far the best mechanic I have come by in Philly.the last three where sub-par by comparison. Fast,friendly service, at a reasonable price. And the work they performed was top notch. I will never go anywhere else again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! I needed a new alternator and a brand new battery! This shop never replaced my old battery and charge me for my own old battery! They failed to replace the battery and Charge me $115. Please don t call waste your money! THANK ME LATER!

Everyone here are so nice and helpful! They are very professional. When you are waiting for your car they make your wait time very comfortable. They are very informative concerning the needs of your car. I never leave dissapointed because I always recieve high quality work.

Got in the shop at 8am had 3 people in front of me. Was told I d get a call back around 12 noon. Called me back at 9:30am with my car finished ready to hit the road. 2005 Infiniti g35x (wheel bearing hub assembly) DEFINITELY stopping past again.

We're in a pandemic and it has been for All businesses Raising Prices like someone has changed the minimum wages. A run of funds isn't Up to abuse on your Own neighbors.
