Cal is a frickin wizard! I came to him with a scratch beyond the primer, a dent, and one of my moldings coming off. a few places I went told me it was borderline repairable, but Cal was able to get me in and out within a week with a price that was MORE than fair. He even came in on a Sunday so that I could pick up my car for my commute on Monday. He and his team were beyond professional and they made my car feel brand new (even cleaned it!). Definitely would recommend. Very professional and courteous.

Had an amazing experience at Cal's! From the moment I called to inquire about the service I needed, I was met with great customer service. Cal took the time to walk me through everything that my car needed and explain it in great detail. The service was quick and I was updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this shop and will be back if I ever need any other work on my car.

I can't recommend this shop enough- Cal is a king among men! When our vehicle experienced severe issues while 6 hours from home, Cal provided A+ service, explaining at each step what he was seeing. He went above and beyond to source parts quickly and workee into the night so that we would be able to return home safely. Thank you Cal!

Cal is amazing!!!! His business card showed up on my car for a reason. I love a mechanic that shows you the problem and explains the solution. Very detailed. And a surprise car wash too Thank you so much. I will be returning.

Cal is the best! He takes the time to explain what work he's doing and sends pictures when everything is done. He took my car to the wash and removed the front license plate holder for me as well.After he reset my check engine light, he had me come back twice to make sure the monitors were recalibrated and ready for inspection. Really great experience!

Amazing service! Was able to accommodate me on a Saturday. I initially scheduled just an oil change, but he was able to also change my brakes and rotors at an amazing reasonable price. I highly recommend and I will be back for sure.

Great service. Had my rotors and breaks replaced as well as some other stuff fixed. Cal was very communicative throughout the process and didn't do anything without asking me first. He showed me the replaced parts after the fix, and answered all my questions. He also made me aware of other issues going in my vehicle that I was unaware of. I'm not a car expert but I would recommend their service. I have a 2004 BMW X5. I've attached a bill from 12/20/2022 that you could use for a general price comparison, but note that BMW parts can often be much more expensive than parts for other cars.-Edit 9/13/23 - I also later got an oil change and my tires rotated with my newer car, and I had a great experience. Cal took it to the car wash as well and I think even cleaned the inside of my car which is above and beyond. Great service. If you're not going to Cal's, you're missing out.

I've been at Cals Diagnostic a few times, and he has been consistently great to me and my car. He is always on point with his customer service. He doesn't talk down to me when he explains what's wrong with my car. He is definitely my permanent mechanic.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place !!! Calvin is the guy !!! He was very fast and efficient. Any issue I ever have wrong with ANY of my Vehicles he was always there to happily assist. Even when he s not available he will even go a mile to recommend a person or more , His customer service is amazing!! A few months ago I called Cal in a bit of a panic, from a parking lot a few minutes from his shop. On my way to work, my suv threw an engine light and didn't want to accelerate (which I now understand was limp mode). I was too nervous to drive it even a few more feet. Cal was there in 10 minutes and drove me and my car back to his shop, where the shop was able to promptly check codes, do some light research, and recommend a next step for me.Car trouble is stressful. Cal's zen-like demeanor helped me center myself, and curbed my anxious state that day. His knowledge and selfless nature shine brightly. Thank you Cal!

Very professional and good people, awesome service and the mechanics love they work and will explain to you what you need for now and the future. Very satisfied with the work and service was efficient, brought my car to him for a alternator, water pump, and battery at like 4pm yesterday; they had my car ready at 12 pm the next day.

I did my apprenticeship with brother cal, sometime back, and all I wanna genuinely is. This is a nice place, nice guy, this guy is experienced and knows what he is doing. this guy will never try to snitch you as is the usual customs with mechanics. You ll know it when you check this place out yourself.

I visited Cals thanks to the reviews he received lately, is hard to find an honest and trustworthy person who owns this type of business, he took the time to do a drive test to make sure the previous diagnostic was correct, he shows you the parts and the process to make sure you are informed on what's going on and give you a price in advanced, I'm happy with the price and with my new brakes

One of the things in life that I can not stand taking my car to the shop. But Cal made me enjoy my experience. He was very professional with conversation,he is very knowledgeable about what the problems with a vehicle may or may not be,friendly,he also does a step by step process with the vehicle to find the problem with the vehicle . He sends pictures of the work being performed and parts that were purchased. A honest and fair young man when it comes to helping to get you back on the road. He also gave me a car detailing that I was not expecting. I had a great experience with my Cal. I am going to take my second vehicle to him also and get that one looked at. It hard to find a good mechanic that knows his stuff. Cals dam good at what he does. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.

If you're reading this review do yourself a favor and don't look anywhere else. Cal's has so many 5 star reviews for a reason and now I know why! Talk about an incredible experience. I brought in a lil crv that used to belong to my twin brother who passed away last year, which is now mine. It is *incredibly* sentimental to me. I was with him when he bought it in 2012 and drove him myself from New Orleans to Boston when he moved there to go to Grad school. Cal gave it the best tune up in town and to top it off, I picked my car up CLEANED inside and out! It rides so smooth AND it looks good. I was so shocked and so very thankful. Talk about a genuine soul. So lucky to have found this perfect neighborhood shop! I will be coming back forever! Thank you, Cal!!

I have kind of a quirky van that needed a lot of little details done for it to be road-trip safe. Cal did such a fantastic job making sure everything was safe and up to date. He even washed and vacuumed the inside as an added bonus. Reasonable and honest mechanic for sure. Definitely recommend. Will be back.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Cal is the epitome of outstanding customer service! The things I needed he ordered right away and he communicated throughout the process and didn't try to up sale me on anything I didn't need like other shops. He walked me through what was happening and why the brakes I provided weren't going to work and even recommended another business to fix another car related issue. He even took my car to the car wash down the street while doing a test drive!! If that's not rare and exceptional I don't know what is! Honestly 1000/10 all around from me, HIGHLY recommend. If your looking for a guy to work on your car. Look no further this is your guy right here. I have a honda 08 crv and it been sputtering on me for abit took it in to get work on by another shop they held my car for a week and said nothing no call or anything and they didnt find anything wrong with it. Drove it off and it acted up again along with adding a check engine light. I took it over to Cals and not only was i greeted with great customer service, But the next day i was updated on what was wrong with my car with photos. He fix my car along with some other issues that day and also detail it. he will continue to get my business along with anyone else i know who looking for a damn good place to get some car work done.
