I was very happy with the work that Caliber Collision did on my 2021 Ford Bronco. There was considerable damage and it was repaired to new despite all of the obstacles with obtaining parts that we are experiencing. I was also kept in the loop throughout the repair and the vehicle was returned to me in mint condition. Highly recommend this shop for thoroughness, workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Great customer service! They had a pickle flavored popcorn that was surprisingly good. Haven t gotten my car done yet but they have been communicative throughout the process. Miss Havier was amazing!

Just took my vehicle in for repairs and spoke to the office manager Christine Javier. She was able to pull my claims and get me into a rental. She had Enterprise picked me up and got me into a large vehicle selection from Enterprise. Customer service is a A+. I haven't seen the repairs yet as this is fairly new but I'll keep an update once it's all complete. I do feel confidant that this experience will be a great one.

Caliber Collision is awesome! My car looks brand new after a tree fell on it. Ashley kept me informed every step of the way about everything that needed to be done and my car was completed in a timely manner. These guys are very friendly and understanding, from the receptionist to the repair guys. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision to everyone in need of repairs.

I love going here for all my car repairs. They are affordable with or without insurance and they really make sure you are getting the best service. Don t forget to try the popcorn. They definitely keep you updated by text and my car is always ready before the estimated time. My go to car repair shop always!

My experience in full detail.February 5th at 11:00 AMI dropped my car off at the repair shop located at 4436 Market Street, Philadelphia, and discussed the necessary repairs with Ashley. The vehicle sustained damage to the front left side (as evidenced in the provided pictures), and the back left tire began slowly deflating around the time of the accident. I specifically requested Ashley to document the condition of the back left tire in her notes, ensuring it was inspected for any potential damage resulting from the collision with a deer. She assured me that the repairs would be completed within 2-3 weeks, a timeframe acceptable to me as my insurance policy covers rental expenses for up to 30 days.February 14th at 3:41 PMAshley contacted me to inform that all parts for the repair had been ordered, except for the headlight, which was still being sourced. She mentioned that the painting process had commenced while awaiting the arrival of the remaining parts.March 6th at 12:24 PMHaving not received any updates since February 14th, I contacted Ashley to inquire about the status of my vehicle. She informed me that all repairs were completed, except for the headlight, which she claimed had been ordered. She assured me that the car would be ready for pickup by Friday, March 8th, or at the latest, Monday, March 11th. She promised to notify me once the car was available for collection.March 10th at 9:30 AMI received distressing news from my mother regarding my father's deteriorating health, prompting me to rush back to Rochester with the rental vehicle to be by his side. Despite my hopes to return promptly, my father passed away on March 11th at approximately 5:00 AM. Subsequently, I decided to remain in Rochester with my family to grieve for the rest of the week.March 12th at 10:03 AMAshley contacted my mother to provide an update on the car's status. Upon learning of my father's passing, she assured my mother that the repair would be expedited. She estimated that the car would be ready for pickup by Wednesday, March 13th, or Thursday, March 14th.March 14th at 6:13 PMDespite previous assurances, Ashley informed me that the car was not yet ready for pickup. Frustrated by the repeated delays, I requested clarity on the timeline. Ashley indicated that the car required calibration of sensors and promised it would be ready by March 15th. Given my return to Philadelphia on March 17th, I requested the earliest possible pickup time.March 15thDespite expectations, I did not receive any updates from Ashley. Consequently, I decided to await her call on March 18th to confirm the car's availability.March 17th at 11:00 AMI returned to Philadelphia and returned the rental vehicle to Avis rental at 30th Street Station, incurring additional expenses exceeding $800 due to extended rental duration beyond the coverage provided by my insurance policy.March 18th at 12:11 PMDespite assurances of a morning call, I had to contact Ashley at noon for an update. She admitted to forgetting to call earlier and conveyed that a mishap had occurred during preparations for car pickup specifically, the driver's side door handle had been broken. This damage was not present when I initially left the car for repair.March 19th at 1:39 PMUpon notification of the car's readiness, I arranged for transportation and retrieved my vehicle. However, upon inspection, I noted discrepancies, including unresolved issues with the back left tire, which continued to deflate, suggesting the repair was not properly addressed.March 21st at 5:10 PMDespite assurances from Ashley, the tire issue persisted, and subsequent investigation revealed a nail embedded in the tire. This discovery, after six weeks under the care of Caliber Collision, led me to question the thoroughness of their service.In conclusion, my experience with Caliber Collision has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I question the reliability of their service. The accumulated delays have resulted in significant financial burden and inconvenience.

The work was done well but I was just getting two windows replaced and and a back bumper replaced and it took a month before I got my car back. I have several neighbors who had their windows smashed the same night mine was and they all had their cars back at least two weeks before I did.

Tire of had slashes (inside walls) from collision that were not noticed. Found only when tire was checked by other mechanic because of TPMS light. Same wheel was badly misaligned due to inadequate part being used, and TPMS system is still not working.

Had some storm related damage to our car and picked Caliber in University City (Philadelphia) through my insurance company. Dealt with Sean and he was great! Got the car towed in within an hour and everything with the repair went like clockwork. Car was ready when promised and done as expected. They replaced my catalytic converter in just three days. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanic was kind and honest. They were happy to answer my questions about the replacement process over the phone, and they sent me text updates about the repair.
