After being rear ended . Caliber Collision made the repair process as smooth as can be. Nicole and David were amazing at keeping communication throughout the repair. I had my car back in 8 days which is extremely fast. My car looks as new as it did before the accident . 5/5 would recommend .

This Caliber Collision location is the best! They were able to repair my Subaru ahead of schedule and my car looks brand new again. My Service Advisor Jeff was awesome! I really appreciated the daily communication and updates during the repair process. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is the first time I've used Caliber Collision and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I have a 2003 truck and its very hard to get parts. But, the parts guy was awesome and never gave up looking for my bumper that was crumpled in the accident. It took him over 5 places and a few of weeks but finally found it. The paint job turned out great. You would never know it was done. They even detailed my truck which I didn't expect. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and use them in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience at Caliber Collision before and after receiving services, PHENOMENAL Matt was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, communicative and consistent during the whole entire process of my car being repaired. My car looks newer!! Simone was also someone I interacted with during the time of repairs. Professional, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 10 Stars Thank You!!

Called in 02/21/2024 to check the status of parts from a claim filed 09/02/2022. I haven t received an update in weeks and when I call them they either tell me to call back later or that the parts have not still come in. I m going on 7 months of not having my car together and now I m driving the car around and it looks a mess. It s embarrassing that a business wouldn t update you and then you you call in to receive an update they give off a bothered attitude. I just want my car completed you guys were already paid from my insurance company months ago. At this point either get my parts or refund the money and I ll fix my car myself.

Very courteous and nice people at Caliber and they kept me up to date on my repairs. Car looks amazing and it was completed on time. I would recommend Caliber to anyone in need of car repairs.

Excellent service. Caliber Collision kept me informed of progress and completed job ahead of schedule. They made a very unfortunate car accident bearable. Employees were very knowledgeable and respectful.

Scam. DO TRUST THEM!!!! Caliber Collision will repair your car that not needs to fix in order to ask insurance company to get more money!!!! My car had a minor rear end accident few months ago. The insurance company quote around $1,500 to fix it. They finally fixed for $5,700. They claimed that they found additional damage that needed to fix. NONE OF THEM CALL US OR INSURANCE COMPANY REAGARDING THIS SITUATION. I ask them to send me the photos or purchase orders for the additional repair record that explain to me why the cost so high. They said they don't have it and refuse to explain. The insurance company refused to pay that ridiculous cost to them. I have to pay whatever left. I learn the lession. DO NOT TRUST Caliber Collision!!!

Not only will I not recommend callibur collision, I will be telling everyone I know to avoid it like the plague. Worst customer service experience I ve ever had, with the manager Nicole. The car was missing key pads, and now requires 2 keys, one to start the car and one to open the door. I was told to bring it back and they would fix it, I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived at the appointment the guy that does it wasn t in that day. I ve had to miss two days of work dealing with this and my car still isn t fixed. Please save yourself the time and money and find anywhere else to service your vehicle!!!!

When I tell you if anything happens to your car, take it to caliber Collision on cottman Ave and ask for Simone or any of the receptionist will help, not only are they all kind at the shop but so helpful beyond words. Again don t look any further and take your car to caliber collision on cottman AveThank you for all your great work, my mother s car looks amazing

The Company fixed my dad's car last year and we realized there was an issue with the free bonus key that they gave us. I returned and Angel immediately fixed the issue while we waited. Top notch service.

Lane and his staff at Caliber Collision were extremely accommodating and professional. They ensured me that my vehicle would be fixed in a timely manner and got me back on the road when needed. Easy! To start off. Nicole (I really hope that s your name I m bad with names) who answered the phone, set up everything for me is one of the sweetest people. Great customer service! She gave me times and dates. I switched on her a bunch and she didn t even flinch. Completely courteous the entire time. She even called my rental company for me to come pick me up! Told me if I forget anything in my vehicle to come back anytime and pick it up. Which was true. I showed up the next day because I forgot some important work items and she showed me personally to my car to get them. Again. Super courteous!Through out the process I received text message updates which I preferred and they even answered questions I had within a reasonable about of time!When it was all said and done they called me to let me know I was done. I came, they took care of my rental return for me, showed me my freshly washed and fixed car. They even vacuumed my interior. It was like a new car.I can t say this enough. I didn t have to do much of anything but show up. Best customer service experience I think I ever had. Amazing. Love it!Ps: the guarantee their work. Gave me an official pamphlet with the warranty and all!Service: Body & Trim
