Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car repaired. I was side swiped pretty badly. I took my car to Caliber & they did amazing repair work. They dealt with the insurance company, provided me timely updates whenever there was progress or changes, and gave me a fixed car complete with a full wash (inside and out) and recalibration. Cannot recommend this enough - thanks Caliber & Bruno!

I cannot speak highly enough or thank the amazing group of people that work at Caliber Collision on Washington Ave. Rob, Bruno, Joe and Tyler all helped my son and me after an awful smash and grab ordeal while visiting Philadelphia. They went above and beyond and their kindness can never be repaid. THANK YOU!

I love this Caliber location! Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. Bruno has gone above and beyond to help me as well as the front desk staff. My car was so clean when they were finished as well!! I will always bring my car here for repairs! Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying Bruno is awesome. He went above and beyond for me and my family. He even rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. He was incredible nice and friendly instantly putting me at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. With his reassurance and his flexibility I left feeling confident that all of our needs would be met. I would recommend Bruno and Caliber to anyone and plan to return for future needs.

I got my BMW X1 rear bumper fixed because somebody hit it,When I picked it up, the part that they fix looks good but, I noticed that my left passenger door paint had cracked and could be peeled off. I asked the associate what's going on, and they insist that it's been there. They said the previous auto body shop did a poor job, and it wasn't related to the caliber collision.It was snowing when my car was being repaired. Maybe whoever cleaned the snow didn't clean it carefully. Or maybe something else happened.I am the owner of my car, and I know its condition. I'm very sure it wasn't there when I dropped it off.But no respond from them.I'm so upset and didn't expect to get a new problem after another.I hope that caliber collisions fix this problem since that happened in their place while my car was being repaired. But they refuse to fix it or give any solutions

Excellent experience with a highly organized, clean and friendly atmosphere.The repairs made to our vehicle were excellent and efficient. The people were extremely caring and I appreciated the personal attention from Bruno to review the repairs and show me the finished product personally. Thanks to a great team.

The worst experience I ever had. I got the run around about being able to get an online estimate after attempting to schedule an appointment to get some body damage inspected. I was involved in a hit and run and caliber s far from professional staff not only failed to inform me of their standard operating procedures (delaying my case and car repairs), they also instructed me to do something they don t even do! Online inspections are not allowed PER CALIBER PROTOCOL, yet that was the option given to me when I showed up to my appointment thinking I d be serviced that day when in reality it was a DROP OFF appointment (which was never even communicated properly). This was horrible customer service, horrible communication, and a complete disorganized mess. I STILL have not even gotten an inspection, much less an estimate on the damage and I have been dealing with this horrible company for almost 2 weeks now. DO NOT come here if you expect decent service.

This was my second time bringing my car to caliber. Both times i had Bruno to guide me through the process i specifically asked for him the second time because i knew he was trustworthy and had my back. He is the best of the best as far as customer service goes. I wish all businesses had someone like him.

Immediately helped at front desk, and an inspection team member. They seamlessly coordinated with my insurance company and also coordinated the rental. I truly only had to arrive and the Team did the rest.Also the office is clean and welcoming.

Yes they were very on point and my vehicle was very clean inside and outside the body work look like nothing was ever wrong once they fixed it !!!! Also my service rep Mike was very professional and pleasant and made sure I was very satisfied about the work on my vehicle. Yes definitely a FIVE STAR BODY AND COLLISION SHOP!!!!!!!

From the first time I dropped off the car, the receptionist was friendly and nice. But the staff, Mr. Bruno was excellent, He was very helpful. He s detailed, explained what will he did with the car and text us the progress up until we picked up the car. His service was above and beyond!

Excellent service. We had a bumper/headlight job after someone backed into our car. Once we were able to get on the schedule everything was smooth. We received frequent updates and even got our car back one day ahead of schedule. It was clean and shiny with everything neatly arranged inside. We worked with Bruno. Through my insurance company I used Caliber Collision. I have to say they do excellent work. My car looks fantastic and much better than it did prior to it being hit. Bruno was very helpful and knowledgeable. The communication between me and the these guys was very clear from day-1. They kept me informed and updated during yeh time of the service. The car was washed and waxed and they cleaned out the interior as well. They do awesome work, plus the car was done 3 days earlier than initially promised. Highly recommend !

Funny story time, almost meme I'd say. Brought car (jetta) for minor front bumper (small dent) and minor-medium rear damage (rear bumper, trunk lid, probably body). It took 55 (fifty five) days to repair.1) They "fixed" everything but somehow ACC radar was not working. They assumed it was damaged due to front damage (although it was working fine on the way to the shop and front damage is so minor and nowhere near radar placement) and ordered new one. Surprise, it was not posting again (so issue was not radar itself) and they also found out that blind spots are not working. They assumed something went wrong with blindspots wiring when they were fixing rear (sensors are there). Somehow they fixed it redoing the rear2) Coming to pick-up a car. Terrible trunk lid alignment (gap on one side is literally 2 times bigger than on another side, you have to be blind not to see it). Trunk lid has "TSI" letters on it although they where not there originally (they said they ordered right part based on VIN but this is how VW send the part). Inside part of the trunk near the lock is crooked so trunk is not closing appropriately (you have to SLAM it). New rear bumper has one of the corners damaged with paint peeling. Not agreeing to accept a car.3) Later (2 weeks probably) they call again and say everything is fixed. Coming to pick up a car and... Trunk lid was misaligned again, although better this time lol. One of the rear lights was somehow scratched (not deep but clearly visible all over the place). The funniest part - they took out TSI letters but there were paint chips now. Then need to repaint the whole trunk. Not agreeing to accept a car4) It takes eternity, I call them - paint guy was out initially but after he/she got back, when repainting the lid they took out JETTA letters and BROKE THEM. Just imagine the irony - it all started with other wrong letters PRESENT and now right letters were missing. So they ordered letters...5) Again 2 weeks later, 55 days total I'm finally picking up my car with $10k bill (half of it is basically fixing their own mistakes I guess)I'm not at fault in both cases and not my insurance is paying, so I don't really care. Rental was compensated too. Communication was fine, they apologized. And clusterfcks happen - I guess this car was one of them for these guys. But this is just too much for 500 reviews 4.8 shop

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! Maya, the receptionist, was super friendly and personable, so it made scheduling appointments easy and comfortable. Chris was also amazing. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and how long repairs would take. It actually ended up taking less time than we expected, which was a relief. When I picked up my car, everything that needed to be fixed looked good as new! They even cleaned the inside of my car! The damage done to my car was very stressful to me, and these guys made the fixing process extremely easy, pain free, and quick. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!Service: Body & Trim
