They did a great job. The staff was super friendly. They did a repair job, not a replace job. And you couldn't tell the difference. I am more than satisfied with the work they completed on my vehicle. Definitely would recommend them to anybody great job. Thank you so much, caliber, collision.

This location was hard to find as gps takes you to the wrong different location. Janessa gave me the correct address to enter over the phone. She was helpful through the e tire process.they were very professional and got the job 1 day early!

What a stellar team and great customer service!The front of my car was badly damaged in a accident just before the end of the year. It took just over a month to finish repairs due to the holidays and part delays however it looks like new. They have great coordination with the insurance estimators and rent-a-car agents. Customers are provided a link with real time updates so you're informed about which stage in the process your in.

They made the whole process super easy! We got our estimate online, set up our drop off time, met with the team to talk through the work we wanted and they even helped us get our rental car AND have it returned! They have amazing communication and went above and beyond for us.

I appreciate this shop. They did great and quality work. I couldn't even tell my car was in an accident after they fixed everything. I was totally satisfied with Caliber Collision. From the time I reached out Linda was a doll. So helpful and courteous. My estimated completion date was 2/8/24 and I ve had my car back since the 1st. Besides the customer service being top notch my car looks and runs like new.

Everything was perfect! Easy to book an appointment in a timely manner. Great customer service. Car looks brand new. Communication during the process was frequent which made me feel cared about. 10/10

Good work on my repairs but not happy with my Puerto Rico flag that was missing from inside of windshield. Also noticed my clock was reset, as if my battery was disconnected and put back. My Ram was in great condition with no service issues at all. It only needed side paint and dent repairs. Nothing electrical.

My car was hit while on a day trip to Philly and they made the whole insurance process easier with how communicative they were and I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how quickly they were able to complete it all.

I am truly satisfied with caliber collision from their customer service, the whole establishment is excellent and the service is awesome From the time my vehicle was check in ,I was informed with updates of my vehicle progress. until the very day my Kia was complete and ready to get pick up. The office manager and the CSR are always accessible to help. The 2 estimators do an amazing job and a very thorough job are very knowledgeable. The site manager is always available to help with any questions or concerns he makes sure your car is done right and on time. The body techs ,paint department and detailer are top quality personnel. The entire team here always do the best job to make sure you car is as good as new or even better then it was before. They will get your life back with less headaches or aggravation them any other company out there

My experience with Caliber Collision was an awesome one. They arranged for the rental to pick me up at their, shop and when my car was finished, I was able to leave the rental at their shop to be picked up. The work on my vehicle took a little longer than anticipated, but with every delay I was notified via text or a phone call. I will definitely recommend calibre collision to my friends and family..Thank you guys!!!

Caliber Collision was amazing. wonderful staff. The only thing I would say was disappointing was the numerous text messages saying my car would be ready earlier then expected but it was actually a day over the estimate time frame. I was pretty anxious to get my car back beings though it was there for two months.My advice: don't go by the texts, JUST CALL

Third or fourth time ( unfortunately) using your shop and I have nothing but positive results from everyone from the ladies in the reception area to seeing the completed work your shop have completed. I have not meet the mechanics but by the work they do they are A++ mechanic. Thank You

One of the WORST services ever. Firstly scratched my inner door when replacing seat which they later painted. Next ambient lighting not working on the door, which they kept of fooling me by saying ordering it's on the way. Does it take over 1 month to order ? Bmw has part in stock, I checked with them. Lady at reception kept on lying to me will call you he is on the phone blah blah blah ohh and they don't give you no updates.Finally went to bmw got it fixed in a day which they did charge me for. I filed for complaint and deductible back via state farm.PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I honestly gatta say you'll killed it with fixing my car from a deer hit, id recommend this place to anybody , they even detailed the inside and outside before handing me the keys, they made me feel like i just bought a new car, man they really good at this and most of all matty boyyy much love to you man i appreciate you this was worth waiting it was fixed in less then three week's, much love to all of who worked on my car, amma just let the pictures speak for they selves now

Took my car here after an accident with my front bumper. The team was very professional. I got consistent updates about my repair progress. The team was friendly. My repairs look amazing as if nothing ever happened. They also cleaned my car after fixing it.
