Best customer service, professionalism, speed, price and efficiency, EVER! The overall experience was way better than the larger companies and was more affordable. You could tell he has great passion about his work and many years of experience to back it. He cleaned out the broken glass and was carful with my car parts as he took it apart and put back together. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend, very unprofessional very rude owner. Bad tint job they are just looking for fast money. They just slapped my inspections back on how ever they wanted too. Scratched my roof and took the paint off.

Some idiot bust my window while my car was parked. Called BP and they replaced it quickly and at an unbeatable price. So thankful and the owner (I believe he's the owner) is very friendly.

We needed a rear passenger side window replaced after someone broke in to the car. We were able to setup a mobile appointment for the very next day, with the rain we ended up having to go to the shop to have it replaced. Alex was very responsive and kept us up to speed on everything. Once we arrived at the shop we were in and out in about 20mins. Customer service was excellent, friendly, professional. Called on Sunday and Monday my window was repaired. I liked how easy it was to schedule installation. They did not take me through many hoops. I love the simplicity of docusigning as well. The lowest price I could find! Happy / Satisfied Customer.(2011 Chevy Traverse Windshield)I got 4 quotes from other shops.They practice what they preach.
