I purchased a battery for my outlander sport and after 5 months I started having a problem with my battery and realized the girl employee gave me the wrong size battery. The cable kept coming off. Today I go to Auto Zone and explain what happened. The store manager Matthew was excellent he had an employee come out and changed my battery he was knowledgeable and explicitly at teaching me about negative and positive. Put my new battery in. The correct size of course. and the best part. I didn't have to pay another cent.

Sebastian saved the day for me! Sebastian is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and he displayed strong technical skills with helping me with my vehicle. From now on I'll only come to this Auto Zone and hope he's working. I can't thank him enough.

AutoZone on Cottman employs two wonderful young ladies who are very knowledgeable and hospitable. Now that Pep Boys has closed its stores nearby, that makes Autozone my closest store for car cleaning supplies. Prices seem competitive, and choices are about the same. Since I rarely interact with the staff, I do not know how competent they are.

Auto Zone its one of my favorite places to shop for car parts either on-line or at the store but tonight when I went in to get my antifreeze And pay for it cash the girl at the register had an attitude it was $14.& I was paying with $20 .bill she said no change then I lowered to $15 just to get $1 back & she still rejecting my purchase.

I have always bought in this store and all the guys who have treated me excellently, but this girl who I had today was very rude and aggressive, I didn't like it, please, if she doesn't like to serve or be patient with customers, she should report it to her job and look for another where you feel good.

Employee Akram store 6781!!!!This is my 2nd interaction with this young man. I got super busy with life and didn't do a review after my 1st visit to this cottman ave location. He has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. From helping customers in store to answering the phone 100% amazing. I came in with multiple issues for multiple cars and Akram was extremely patient and helped me with everything. 95% of people I'm sure only do reviews when they have a bad experience, but it's time we start doing them when we have a good one as well. I saw him again today and he even remembered who I was and asked what I needed immediately. This time his store manager was there so I made sure to tell him how great Akram is. He truly deserves a raise, a bonus or something. You don't meet young people like this anymore so hold on to him he will go far in life. Great Job THANK YOU (Tempest)

Very good and very attentive customer service. The supervisor Alex is very helpful he knows his stuff. I came in and within 5 minutes. He found the correct part and I was on my way. Thank you so much Alex for your will definitely recommend this autozone.

If I could give no stars, I would, for this Auto Zone, worst ever. I wanted to buy windshield wipers, but needed the number that would fit my vehicle. I don t buy them every day, so I didn t know. I didn t get in the checkout line because I didn t have my purchase. I stood in another line behind a gentleman that was being helped by another employee. Once he left, the employee told me I had to get in the checkout line. I told him I needed the numbers for my wipers. Again, he told me to get in the other line, or I could look them up in a book. Who is the customer? Isn t that his job? So, no one at that counter, but wanted me to stand in a line 10 deep to ask for what I needed, then go pick them out, then get back in line to purchase. And , they found it amusing as well.This place needs classes in customer service. I ended up at Auto Zone on Frankford Avenue. They are five stars, absolutely! Take lessons from them, you need it!

Francisco went out his way to help me with my Acura Mdx . I was unable to start my car and he went above and beyond to help me get it started without having to go back and forth. He made sure the battery to my car was installed correctly and made sure I got what I needed. I truly appreciate you and your hard work Francisco

one of my least fave locations for AutoZone the traffic is horrible your lucky if u can get in the lot which is always packed & the store is even worse EVERYTIME i go in there.

I have 35 minutes in the queue, first there was only one cashier, another one arrived, there are two and the third, what is he doing, should we put more cashiers here, people are in a hurry to wait so long

Bad service from the attendant Maia. I needed help understanding the difference in a product and she was rude. When I decided to leave the store, she was still laughing so loud because I had asked questions.

Amenia was absolutely helpful the store manager. Even helped me out when I had a problem with my BMW. Went above and beyond with her help and professionalism. I'm happy to say there people like her in Philadelphia, especially working for an autozone, she is completely a asset and and major help to just customers when in need. Thank you Amenia!!!

Hello I m Nathan Gonzalez I purchased a battery around a year ago with a warranty and all so when I decided to go to my local auto one on cottman and Roosevelt and use that said warranty so that I don t have to go out of pocket. So when I arrived there on Wednesday I decided to get a replace battery and after waiting 45 minutes they tell me that I didn t have a warranty but my name was some how on the system. They then proceeded to tell me that I have to pay for a battery and In confusion and desperation I was then going to purchase another one. I was having a problem starting my car and initially I thought that it was a starter problem. We ll find out my battery was dead becuase the Altinator wasn t charging my battery. I only found out after going to another Autozone at 8966 Frankford avenue thanks to Matt and Chris. The Autozome on cottman avenue didn t want to help at all. I remained patient and hopeful that I would be able to solve my issue right away but unfortunately they waisted not only 45 minutes of my time but they didn t want to do anything at all regarding my vehicle. The excuse the sales associate gave me was that they close that 10 pm but that they lock there doors at 9:45 pm. It was only 7:30 which means that I would have had plenty of time to get my car read to see if there where any issues or fixed if the issue wasn t anything the worry about. So becuase if there unwillingness to help and there unprofessionalism I had to wait longer

The best auto zone team in Philadelphia! 10/10 these people are super helpful, friendly & they will look out for you. They are people helping people. I went for a battery & both the manager Alex & his coworker Arkham gave me the best service ever.

Will not return to this place. The woman cashier with the gray shirt has an attitude problem. Before it got to us, she just ignored a previous customer s demand and told him to go away. Will not move out of her way to assist. This place is a joke.

Battery died across the street while getting food. Called the store 15 minutes before closing, and they came over quickly to give me a jump no charge! Great customer service

So I went to Autozone because I had a bad brake light, and was I so fortunate to have Alexsey the store manager that was so kind to come outside on a rainy day and put on my brake light, he came out and used the proper tools and did everything so Nicely and even teached me how to do it on my own for the next time it happens, Alexsey I just want to thank you for your help it was greatly appreciated!!
