Worst service ever .. I walked in asking for a simple item. They directed me yes but I cudnt find it where they told me. So I'm walking around up and down repeatedly the same aisle and lost .. so I finally walk back up 3 people were up front didn't acknowledge me and 2 of the 3 walk away separately and I begin to wonder am I invisible or is this just straight up bad service. It was 6:40pm-ish and I ended up walking out

Yesterday, I came to auto zone because my engine light came on. I asked for assistance, and young man helped me and educated me about the services. He took his time to explain the details and the parts that I needed in order for my car to be repaired. He was very patient and kind. He went above and beyond his job, and I am very appreciative for his kindness.Thank you!

I went there to get a battery jump system. They were very nice & patient & very knowledgeable about what I needed. Even when I called them first they weren't rushing me off the phone.I also like when you go it's always wonderful service.

It s terrible this, like the third time I go there no manager in sight trying to get a refund or get another part. No one s there no one can know because manager hast to be there.

I bought some Radiator Flush, when I decided to use it. It appears to have been already used and refilled with Soapy Water. I guess someone used and returned the item.

These guys are approachable, and patient. My salesman went above and behind his abilities to help me with my questions. For the manager, it's fair to say that He wasn't too pleasant. He probably didn't have his training at the same place as his employees. The store was clean, and not too congested Overall. This store passes my expectations.

THIS MY FIRST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM COMING TO ANY AUTOZONE I WHEN TO ADAMS AVE AND PURCHASED A PIECE FOR MY CAR AND WHEN THE NEXT THEY BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE AND I ASK FOR A RETURN MONEY BACK TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY JUST SAID THEY CANT DO THAT.THAT I NEED TO GO WHERE I PICK MY ORDER .AND I TELL THEY WHY IS THAT IF I PURCHASED HERE I JUST PICK UP IN ANOTHER STORES AND THEY JUST WAS REFUSING GIVING ME THE MONEY BACK OR THE RETURN ON THE PIECE FOR ANOTHER ONE..THEY NOT A FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AT ALL ALWAYS HAVE ACTITUDE .AND I HAVE YEARS ON WORKING CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND THIS IS NOT THEY WAY TO HANDLE A SITUATION. ALSO WHEN MY WIFE BUT A CAR BATERRY THEY DIDNT EVEN ASK HER IF SHE HAD BUY THE BATERRY ON AUTOZONE SO SHE CAN USR HER WARRANTY IS SO RIDICULOUS HOW THEY HANDLE THERE BUSINESS ON THIS LOCATION.they didn't even gave me the real receipt and just gave me a duplicate transaction paper

Sean was awesome. I realized one of my headlights was out and stopped by here on my way home from work. He offered to change it even though I said I didn t mind doing it and be got it done super quick. Excellent service.

I needed a battery. I'm a 30 year old female I went into AutoZone because when I got out of work my battery wasn't working and I needed to get a jump AutoZone was the closest place the battery all together with the taxes and taking off $22 for my old battery but then adding $22 for something else which I guess was putting it in my car it came to a total of $259.19 I'm not sure if that's a good deal it has a 3-year warranty the guy told me the only batteries they had in stock or $199 and over which is what I got but with the taxes and installation that's the total it came to he said I could drive to another AutoZone where they had a cheaper one by 40 dollar's cheaper but I was so scared my car would not make it there so I just bought the battery I'm not sure if I was taking advantage of because I was by myself and I was very worried because I was not close to home anyway that was my experience the first time at AutoZone

I went in for one item. The front door had a sign saying that masks must be worn. None of the 4 staff members were wearing masks correctly. They are face masks, not chin guards.I asked the person at checkout why and he pulled his mask up over his mouth but not his nose. Inside there were signs encouraging people to rate us on google so here I am. Enter at your own peril.

I came in bc my moms cars was having battery trouble and these guys jumped right on it. Even though the system was down for a hot second, Roberto still managed to get the battery type, replace the battery, clean the corrosion on and around the connections, and include the anti-corrosion gel. during installation. These guys are phenomenal. Really makes you question why you should go anywhere else.

The place has good staff and the stores neat clean and organized. They always have what I need and if not they will help me find the parts needed. The auto zone took over the industry they killing it with the prices and good products they sell . I went in got what I wanted and had no problems all went well.

During this virus thing that's going on they are still open and accessible. The staff was very friendly had to go in there to get something where I'll be able to change my mirror on my car myself and they had all items that needed including the paint.

Sean replaced my battery in 95 degree heat Totally efficient,expert,pleasant,and understanding to my nervousness The staff was efficient yet cordial on a very busy Saturday.Would go 2 miles out of my way and WILL cause they are that GREAT

There was a long wait to be helped. We were picking up an online order and there was some kinda of problem, so we winded up making a new purchase and paying slightly more for it!! Not good...but they did have the parts we needed...catch 22 I guess

Was a female very nice made sure she could do everything in the computer to help me because I wasn't sure of the name of the part just a description and she found it for me very nice didn't get mad or say she couldn't help me or anything. Great store to visit.

Went there on a 9am on sunday. Go to open the door and its locked. Knocked on the door walked to the back side door and knocked on that call the store to see if they were open they said they were and then i finally see somebody and all he does his twirl his fingers in the air like i'm some mind reader and then walked somewhere out of sight. Got annoyed and left along with the people that was wondering why isn't this place opened when they're supposed to open at 7:30am got my new battery at Pepboys. Never going to this place again.
