I gave five stars for several reasons. One, no wait time. Denise, the sales representative did a diagnostic check on my vehicle in the rain with no complaints. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Denise!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!! I got commercial parts and they couldn t even install a battery for me. I was told they couldn t then I was told they didn t have anyone who knew how to do it thennnn I was told to go to the Midas and get it done. I went to another Auto Zone and they did it in less than 20minutes!! They also gave me the wrong parts for my car! Went to get brakes put on and they were wrong!! So now I m inconvenienced and have to go to ANOTHER AUTO ZONE who will most likely give me the correct parts because they were too lazy to do their job!! I say fire the lady manager first and go from there. I will never go there AGAIN!

This auto zone has a great staff!People are usually helpful! The store is well-stocked and clean! Great location! I will definitely continue to shop here.

I like this AutoZone a lot I have a commercial account and staff are very friendly, but lately it seems like commercial has been going down hill. Any time Matt is there things run smooth as silk but when he isn't there things down hill. And like I said things have been bad, being on hold for 20+ mins. I understand it gets really busy and i don't wanna lose business with this place.

They only help you if you not with a man lol i went there before they helped me put my light in went above n beyond. I jus went yesterday and they couldn t even help me put a headlight in then gonna lie and say they don t help wit that kind of stuff like i don t b there all the time just pissed me off

Great customer service. I'm not sure the older lady name. But it seems every one is pretty cool in this autozone from past encounter from others I been to and manger had the worst attitude for some reason don't know if she didn't want to be there because she was pregnant or because she didn't like that I kept asking more questions when she said they/and no store didn't have the parts. Witch was a lie. This store not only had many of the parts service was great didn't have one issue there got parts and help getting then to my car with the cart they use with help from another employee. The older lady was great don't know her name but she was good. The other work that help me was cool also. This store other store should learn from. I can't play the race card cause it was a black guy that help me also and had no problems doing so and the Spanish manager was helping others and far as what I saw and heard he was doing a good job. Keep up the good work at this location. Will be back.

Stopped in on the chance that the PCV valve I needed was in stock and Denise had it in stock and ready to go...she was very professional knowledgeable and polite I was very surprised when she told me she was new to the store and auto business...Good luck with your new career Denise

Awesome customer service! Bianca Pinto greeted me at the door and checked a code on my car. Then she help me with my headlights. She was able to fix one without replacing it. And then replace the other one. Fast. Friendly. So helpful!

Had a great experience at your store Paul Ramos was so kind and helpful I bought a new battery and he installed it for me took a little time because the old battery was really old and wasn't east to get out but he didn't complain and took his time with it great guy and good employee thank you Paul and auto zone for saving me susan

The female red shirt (I believe her name was Bri) is great! The other 3 gentlemen in the store (with gray shirts, two with no name tags) were not very attentive to customers and more worried about themselves than customer service. Someone needs to take their gray shirts and give it to Bri!

Popped in for a fast purchase of a battery. I am sorry to say the names of the employees escape me but their helping hands will not. They were informative on the exact battery needed for our new vehicle as well as testing the strength of its energy level.

I miss the old staff. If you want to go to a store that feels like you just walked into a hang out of hood friends, then here is the place. All the employees were talking trash and being loud, like if they were hanging out at a friend's house. I'm all about having fun at work but the store was empty and I still had to sit and wait just to pay while the employees played around. Not a good look to customers that come in to buy things. Thank God I know what I'm looking for because I would hate to interrupt their load conversation to ask for assistance.

Not that buying windshield wipers is a big deal, but it was an experience today that was awful after going to three other places until I came to this Auto Zone. More than five star customer service, and the gentleman that assisted me put them on for me, no problem! I wish I knew his name, he certainly should be recognized for being the poster child of customer service. Utilize this Auto Zone for any of your car needs!

Amazing customer service. Always trying to help. Younger generation, and older. Sometimes they'll put the part in your vehicle too. Very good for the mechanical inclined.

Great staff, not lazy, Javier was the most helpful autozone employee I ve ever come across, he went the extra mile to help me diagnose the real issue with my car and we got it running. Big shout out to Javier! You re work ethic, customer service, and communication skills are amazing bro, don t ever lose that!I wanted to add (because Google won t let me leave a new review) I can t remember her name unfortunately (and I apologize for that to her) but she worked behind the counter last Friday around 10am. She was just as amazing as Javier, she helped me numerous times even walking out to my car with me and actually helping me with the battery problem I was having. She was just as good an employee as Javier and if she reads this she knows who she is. I wanted to say thank you for all your help and I will continue coming back to this auto zone for employees like you guys A++!

Me & my husband own a commercial account! I recently just met Kaitlyn & she s absolutely outstanding, she called to informed us that she had to order a part that we put threw electronically. Normally the others will have us waiting but she didn t she gave us a call a second after we sent it threw! Shout out to you girl we appreciate you so much!

Luis spent his time helping me and my girl Erin without pretty much our entire fuse box. He found out which ones needed to be replaced and helped us replace them quickly and accurately when he could've turned us away since they were about to close the storefor labor day. Thanks Luis

Hello everyone I m Nathan Gonzalez and my dad recommended this Autozone and I have to say that this Autozone has to be the best auto one that I ve ever gone to. Thank you to Matt and Chris for such a wonderful experience and such professionalism! unfortunately I was having a problem starting my car and initially I thought that it was a starter problem. We ll find out my battery was dead becuase the Altinator wasn t charging my battery. so I decided to go to my local Autozone on cottman and Roosevelt and they didn t want to help at all. I remained patient and hopeful that I would be able to solve my issue right away but unfortunately they waisted not only 45 minutes of my time but they didn t want to do anything at all regarding my vehicle. The excuse the sales associate gave me was that they close that 10 pm but that they lock there doors at 9:45 pm. It was only 7:30 which means that I would have had plenty of time to get my car read to see if there where any issues or fixed if the issue wasn t anything the worry about. So becuase of there unwillingness to help and there unprofessionalism I had to wait longer and thank God I found this place! Will be going back again thank you very much.

Below two ratings(1 star) are me and this morning strike three. Besides the district manager, who is very polite and respectful, this store is a nightmare and needs an overhaul. Returning almost all of my items this morning since I don t want your business was also a hassle. One item despite being on the receipt(which again was the wrong account) and lucky kept the receipt otherwise it wouldn t be under my account and assuming store credit which I will never use. So one item returned needed manger approval, (windshield screen), even though on receipt. Also I m expecting a long refund to my bank account cause that has happened in the past. Besides upper management, absolute disgrace. In case of some sort of emergency, will reluctantly go but to another location which if same will contact BBB. I did send below to the customer email. No need for response.

I came in and there was a strong odor of like deceased rat as soon as you walked in. Also towards where oil filters and oil are smells really strong, great staff very helping
