Whether you know exactly what you need or have no clue what it is you're looking at in your hand because you only drive it, the staff here knows their stuff. If they are busy, they may tell you the aisle to find your item in, but it's easy to play "Match Game" although they will verify your work before checkout. If they aren't busy, which is rare, because the staff is excellent at this store, an associate will gladly walk you to the item you need. Basically they're trying to be as efficient to help as many people as possible who need to get the part for the vehicle and get on with their day. And don't hesitate if you have questions. That's why they are there, and they will tell you that!

I came in and asked for a battery test and charge. The woman at the counter had a terrible attitude. She just looked at it and refused to test it, saying that it just looked bad and told me to leave. I have to go to another store, and they charged my battery. Definitely would not come back to this store again!

Just got new windshield blades at the auto one on city line Ave with the help of Sylvia. She was the most pleasant, helpful and overall awesome person. She even offered and then helped me to put the window wiper blades on my car. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for any car parts to stop in and visit her. Thank you Sylvia!!

I went in to get a taillight bulb. I tried finding it myself online and matching it once in store but it wasn t the taillight bulb, it was the one next to it called something I didn t know. I tried matching it by look by myself once again but they all look similar. The assistant manager at the counter as I walked up was on her phone, I don t think there was one other customer in the store. I said Im checking out and was then going to make sure I had the right one. She told me she had to help fill some kind of order and that someone would be up to help me. No one came until about 2-3 min when she walked up with a deep sigh and told me she could help me. I asked and she looked it up and I was wrong so I said oh let me go grab it . I left the other one on counter and she said can you put this back? . So I put it back and went back to checkout. She s now on her phone obviously talking to a friend and didn t acknowledge me. Finally, she rung me up and I was using cash and she seemed annoyed I didn t have correct change. I gave $10.60 on a $7.55 purchase. She took the cash, gave me change and handed me my receipt without saying one word. I can t see myself ever going here again.

The woman who helped me out this morning had a name that started w M and she had the most beautiful butterfly necklace on. She was kind and compassionate and patient. She helped me set up my account and did it even when my email kept getting rejected. She was amazing and provided such great customer service. Very clean and organized location as well with extremely helpful staff and easy parking.

As soon as I opened the door, someone was already assisting me! I told him I needed a new battery for my car key, he even replaced it for me! I was literally in and out! It was amazing!

Today I needed a battery test and possibly a new battery. Lisette stepped up to help me and she was energetic and eager to help which was impressive in of itself, but when she needed assistance, your closing manager, Ky came to assist. His calm demeanor and patience with Lisette was top notch! I would like to recognize these two for exemplifying the true meaning of customer service!! Well I just had a very unprofessional experience there, Went to get an air filter for my wife's car, the rep who served seems to have heard Nissan Maxima, when I said Altima, so he grabbed the wrong item, I purchased it, he offered to installed it for me, Which I Gladly accepted, on the way, he found it appropriate to throw the air filter at the windshield of his co-worker/friend. which I didn't like but found okay, cause they seemed to have a fun time at work. I wasn't going to be a karen to them.But then we realized it was the wrong item, he asked to wait for him to check, he went in and came back with such a bad attitude, treating me as if I was a thief, I don't know what sparkle that change, but I didn't mind, he told me that I now have to do a return and pay for the correct one, which again I didn't mind, then he was rushing me to get in, standing behind me and telling me to move, again I didn't return the attitude, he completed the return and scan the correct item, I asked him the price, he has the gut to tell me that it didn't matter, because I have to pay for it. Like for real??I can't asked how much I will be charged???At no point did I disrespect him or anyone there, I didn't mind swiping my card 3 times because he got the wrong item. Anyway, another rep who seems very nice, saw the scene and stepped in to take care of me, asking the unprofessional one to step aside.This whole thing was at no point a problem, I didn't refused to do the return and get the correct item, the attitude was completely uncalled for. You need to keep an eye on this employee

I was in the store about two weeks ago. A young lady named Char helped figure out a very confusing return I was making. She was not a part of the original transaction, but she was able to step-in and problem solve to process my refund. She was fast, knowledgeable, and professional.

I needed a battery for my Ford Fusion.I found help with the online chat verifying that the battery was in the store location near me. (City ave).I was greeted warmly and treated like a friend.The GM Char and assistant Mo installed the new battery for me with excellence.I'm so glad I went to this location for my automotive needs today.I'll be returning in the future for anything else they can assist with. Every time I come to dump my oil they're always give me a hard time I know they get their oil picked up on shipments I used to work there a couple years ago and they keep giving me bologna.All I want to do is just dump my oil off so I won't have all this used oil in the back of the house is just basically playing unsafe and I can get fine you guys are supposed to be the main ones collecting our oil like how it is advertisedEvery time I go into the store location 5292 they give me a hard time with dumping oil knowing that the oil is not really full all the way

Wow customer service isn't dead. Not only did the woman show me the different size wipers for my car, also showed me her recommendation for a premium brand at 1/2 the cost and then the manager put on the car for me. BRAVO! THANK YOU SO MUCH

12/10/2022 (am). The representative seemed to know nothing about products related to the industry, interrupting my question to show me how limited their computer system was in offering her information. She asked me what the make and model of my car was and I turned the user manual toward her so she could see it. She said, read it, ma am. I would imagine that a representative at an auto parts store would at least know HOW to problem-solve and find the right information about their products. Also, the blasting R&B was a big turnoff and made the store look unprofessional. I am not going to take extra measures to communicate my experience through an additional email, because all of the details are listed here. Thanks

They were short-staffed but the cashier/manager did a fabulous job. She was able to attend to customers and answer questions (there were 6 of us in the store at the time), and check out in a very timely manner. She deserves a raise. Kudos on a job well done.

Great store All around, Great Customer Service . I Was more than thankful for the help and effort I received from the employee Ky . He was quick to identify the problem with my car, aware of his inventory and placement of products within the store, knowledgeable of the item I needed for my vehicle , & was quick to assist me with tending to the issue .

Deno the store manager went above and beyond for me....my check engine light was on after I just replaced an O2 sensor and my check engine light was still on and he went out of his way to grab his code reader and cleared my code for me. I just want to say thanks to Deno for clearing my codes today and solving my issue. Even when I didn't buy anything from the store today he went out of his way to clear my check engine codes. So thanks Deno for going out of your way for me today. That's customer service.

A very helpful staff, great attitude, and extremely friendly. A young man that wasn t even supposed to be working today put my battery in for me (Ahmad). The place is great and that young man deserves a raise. Highly recommended.

Went in to buy oil and oil filter. No catalogues at the filters and was told that I had to stand in line to get part number then get filter and then get back in line. What a pita.

Service here is usually nice. I walked in the middle of two employees openly conversing about someone's personal business at the counter and I included my humor. The female caught an attitude that stevie wonder could've seen and it was okay. Great customer service is key and that's really not the place for that type of behavior

Terrible customer service! The 2 ladies working yesterday 5/2/20. Attitude with every customer and not helpful. I wanted rear brakes but she wouldn't or couldn't help me find out how many calipers my vehicle has. She told me I had to know that before I walked in so go take your tire off and find out. If she couldn't help there's a way that you speak to customers. They need more training. Or quit if you don't like your job. The night before I knocked on the door not knowing they were closed and she came to the window saying what do you want? That's not how you speak to customers. I'm gonna try my best not to spend my money in that store again..
